I purchase a freezer and the pricing was very good; however, in talking with sales they told me I had to buy the "White Glove" delivery ($49) because I lived in California, but the Website said Free Shipping for appliances over $398, which it was. I went ahead and placed the order and it took about 3 weeks to receive the freezer with very little communications in between. The White Glove consisted of them unloading, taking the freezer out of the box and leaving. Customer Service was useless with no understanding of the issues at. I am not impressed.

One of the best online experiences I have ever had. The process was very smooth. Any questions I had were immediately addressed by their sales and support staff. The price was the best price anywhere. The double-ovens arrived as scheduled in perfect condition. I will always buy my appliances from Goedeker's. Why would I want to pay more for something less?!

We purchased a double oven and not only was the price right the customer service was over and beyond the call of duty. We would recommend Goedeker's to all of our friends.

I purchased an inductive stovetop from Goedeker's at a very good price. It was delivered to my house in Miami in a well packed container. Danielle Schorfheide in customer service was great. She followed through by calling me to find out if the delivery went well. In addition she sent a hand written thank you note, an email and also followed it up with a call to find out if I was using my stovetop and liked it. Talk about great customer service! WOW!

I just made my first purchase from Goedekers. We needed to replace our electric oven so we looked everywhere; the big box stores and our local dealers. Then, I thought I would check the web. That’s when I found Goedekers. Not only were the prices substantially lower than everyone else, but the delivery was free too. Once delivered, they arranged for the stove to be installed (it was more than just plugging it in). These people are great. Will do business with them again. They made it too easy and priced right. On top of all that, I got a personal note from the person who helped me with my order. Can you believe that?

Customer service grows increasingly impersonal. Automated phone assistance and form email letters are standard practice for most companies. But there is one company for whom the personal touch is an integral element of their business— Goedeker’s of St. Louis, Missouri.



I know of no company whose customer service surpasses Goedeker’s. Have you ever received a hand written note AND a phone call AND an email thanking you for your purchase? AND encouraging you to call if you have any questions? AND friendly, knowledgeable and helpful individuals when you do call?

My Best online shopping experience yet!



It was time to retire my major kitchen appliances. After doing a ton of research and shopping around in-store and online I was discovering that not all retailers had all products and the big box guys were mostly excluded from rebate offers. Prices were all over the map until I stumbled upon Goedeker's web site. What a find. They had all the appliances I had selected (double wall oven, cooktop, dishwasher, compactor, microwave) had the best price on every item, offered easy visibility and guidance to available rebates, free shipping, no tax, and for $100 they added 'white glove' service to the shipping so that I could have the units placed where I wanted them in my house, unpacked and readied for installation. Everything was shipped together and I was able to installed all units myself saving a bundle on time and service calls.



Goedeker's website is excellent, easy to navigate and provides all the documentation you'll ever need on the products. No wait time on call center pickup, helpful and friendly reps, and regular email visibility throughout the purchase, shipping and delivery cycle. Their shippers were friendly, helpful and professional.



Overall, I could not have been more please with the experience. I highly recommend Goedeker's to anyone, and have already passes the contact over to a neighbor.

I recently purchased a Professional 40" Stainless Steel Dual Fuel Sealed Burner Double Oven Range - Convection Frigidaire-FPDF4085KF from Goedecker's. I was told it was on back order and that it would be mid-December before I would receive it. To my surprise I received it in only 2 weeks, Just in time for Thanksgiving. So needless to say it got a good workout. I am so happy with Goedecker's from the time I placed my order to the day I received my stove they were a joy to do business with and I will purchase from them again. I ordered a toilet online because the kind I wanted (Niagra Stealth) wasn't available through any local hardware stores and the price was reasonable. The product was shipped and arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I was really concerned about ordering a toilet online because of the risk of damage to the porcelain in shipment?, but Goedekers did a fantastic job. They also sent multiple follow up emails (proactively) to make sure that everything was okay. I am very happy with them and will order from them again should I have need to do so. I recommend them for online orders.

WOW! I've never ordered appliances online before but Goedeker's was incredible. The rep I spoke with was very patient and knowledgeable. This was as far from a typical call center experience as I have ever had. I saved a significant amount of money by using them would certainly buy from them again. Also, after the sale, one of the companies I ordered from shipped the wrong item and Goedeker's stayed on top of things throughout the process to ensure everything was worked out. Great price, great service and overall the experience was fantastic!

The Goedeker's shopping experience was easy, convenient and hassle free. No sales people breathing down my neck trying to talk me into buying something I didn't want - so they could make a commission, shopping from the comfort of my recliner...and a great price, too. I did the buying online, and was very surprised when I got a hand written Thank You card in the mail a few days later. I then received a call informing me about the delivery date and time. Even though the refrigerator was being brought from out of town, the timing was spot on, and the delivery service was very professional. First time buyer. The first rep. forgot to call me back. I waited several days and called them back. The second rep. took care of me and everything went well. I also received an apologetic email from the first rep. Overall, the price was excellent and the service was good.

First time I've ordered big appliances online so it was a gamble. I did the research for the appliances online (fridge and double oven) and knew exactly the ones I wanted. Goedeker's had them both with no tax, free shipping and a rebate. This was a no brainer. They were in contact with me when the fridge was discontinued and got the same model in a different size which the rep helped me find. The shipment arrived on time and again I knew where the appliances were at each step. On arrival day the truck was on time and the crew was pro moving it into the house. There was a small dent in the door. Immediately called Goedeker's and they handled it very quickly like within 10 minutes while the truck waited. Once a good solution was in place I signed for the appliances, the crew brought them in and done. The fridge is an LG and is awesome and the oven is too. I can't wait to order more stuff from these friendly and communicative people.

This was the first time my husband and I had ever ordered a major appliance online, and after this wonderful experience, it may not be the last! We are thrilled with our new stove and couldn't be happier.
