Great prices and selection. But what I found to be exceptional was their customer service! Casey was extremely helpful and friendly during the entire experience from order to delivery!

Ordered a LG washer/dryer combo. I'm was very impressed with the overall design and full function of the unit. I loved the fact it is ventless and only needs 115V to operate. Yes, its pricey, but it's worth the money. We only have a small area where this would fit. And because of the small footprint, it worked out very well for us. It has all the features you would find on a full size washer/ dryer.

We ordered the GE Cafe Series Cooktop, Convection Oven, Dishwasher, and counter depth fridge. Saved a ton of $$$. Shipping was fast and free! No brainer!

GE PFE28RSHSS Profile 27.7 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel French Door Refrigerator. The order was promptly processed and shipped much faster than my wife and I expected. Unfortunately the side of fridge was slightly damaged in shipment. The delivery carrier even pointed out the damage on the box. We called to report the damage (on side) and were given any option we wanted to satisfy us!!! What great customer service Goedekers has. This was our first order but I guarantee this will not be our last. I believe Goedekers now has a new customer for any other purchases we may need. Oh, by the way it saved us from $700-$1000 dollars over any of our local or big box store vendors!!! Thank you Goedekers.

Ordered a Maytag MES8880 Electric range from Goedekers due primarily the low price and good overall reviews. The product was exactly what we ordered and arrived in new condition. The process was easy and when I had a question on the delivery timeframe, the customer service rep was helpful and courteous. I will definitely order from Goedekers in the future.

Always felt like the customer service from Goedeckers was top notch, and they offered a smoking hot price.

A little misleading as to delivery time, as the product (a dishwasher) had to get delivered to them before it could start its journey to me, but the wait was not a big deal in our case. Took a week or so to get to them, and then they

had to ship halfway across the country, so all in delivery time was about 3 weeks. Progress was a little hard to check throughout the process, but once I understood that they didn't actually have it in stock but needed to order, receive, and ship, my expectations were managed and Goedekers was always available to help. Tracking while in shipment from Goedekers to me was a little hard to monitor, more a symptom of the shipper than Goedekers.

Product is absolutely as promised, including rebates, (they really have the rebate process nailed) and is great.

We had a slight delivery problem but other wise my LG French Door Ref was in perfect condition and with a savings of over $400 hundred dollars. That's where I will be going for my next major purchase. Very nice people to do business with.

We read horrible reviews about Goedeker's, but received nothing less than great customer service and a great product. We ordered a sectional and it was delivered very quickly and the delivery company was very friendly and prompt. Something you never hear of. We had a great experience with Goedeker's and would recommend to anyone.

I ordered a Samsung NX58H9500WS 30" Stainless Steel Gas Slide-In Sealed Burner Range - Convection from Goedeker's on Oct. 24 for $1,698.11. I called Goedeker's customer service today on Nov. 20th because I saw it on sale at Goedeker's for $1378.99. I asked if they could do a price adjustment for the $300+ since I was under the 30 day return period. The first CS rep that I talked to was unfriendly and flat out said they couldn't do that. I wish I had purchased this stove at the local Best Buy, which has an excellent price adjustment policy. #dontshopatGoedekers

Wow. My first experience with Goedeker's was amazing. Price beat the big box home improvement stores and the service and follow up was amazing. We received a hand written note thanking us for the order!?!?!?!? Wow. On top of that we had a small problem after install (we had a bad valve that needed replacing, nothing to do with our purchase) that Goedeker's helped us diagnose. I know where I will shop first next time. Special shout out to Stephanie in customer service. You Rock!

What an awesome experience. Found the couch I had been looking at that could be purchased & delivered to my daughters house cheaper than any other manner. The couch is beautiful & high quality, so happy with the entire experience.
