Goedeker's

We purchased a GE Profile French Door refrigerator on February 7, 2017. It was the first time we have ever purchased a large appliance online, but no other merchant came close to Goedeker's prices. I also researched Goedeker's by reading all customer reviews, which sold me. Although the delivery time was close to 3 weeks, it was worth the wait. AM Trucking provided terrific delivery service. We are very happy with the exceptional quality & service provided by Goedeker's and plan to purchase from them again.

The Dishwasher arrive with indications that it had been dropped, from damage to the packaging, so we refused delivery. We contacted customer service and received a replacement unit very promptly, without any hassle!!

I received my product with minor damage but workable with cosmetic damage. I decided to keep the product since the damage would be hidden once installed.

I purchased a heat pump water heater from Goedecker's in October, 2016. The unit was installed November, 2016. The main component, the compressor, seized up in January, 2017. The authorized repair person recommended replacement of the entire water heater, as opposed to replacing the compressor, because the entire unit appeared defective. Goedecker's refused to help in any way and had such a non caring attitude it was extremely disappointing. They washed their hands of the whole transaction and sent me to chase the manufacturer. A real slap in the face when you put your trust in a retailer for a major purchase.

Great product and professional site and delivery. Very happy with the whole process. I spoke with Customer Service early on and it was a pleasant experience. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. I also found they had the best pricing for the product I was purchasing, a large electric fireplace unit.

Great experience! Ordered a bed from Goedeker's that was out of stock for months on every website we checked. Went ahead and ordered from Goedeker's and we received our bed in less than 3 weeks. Very happy. Great service. Will be using Goedeker's again.

We purchased our Samsung top loader washer and dryer set from Goedeker's and saved about $500.00 off the local big box stores! The shipping was fast and smooth. Everything about my purchase was 5 star! The customer service guy that took my order, the personnel that helped me set up a delay date for the delivery and the drivers who helped me put my new appliances in the garage were all great. I would definitely order from them again

The people are terrific to work with. I spoke with them before my order and then afterwards. Their site was easy to work with. I chose White Glove Delivery. That was my only problem because the local trucker did not give us the unpacking that came with it and claimed we didn't ask for it. Goedeker's made us whole with a refund and always acted in the best interest of their customer. The dishwasher was less than Home Depot partially because there was no sales tax and partially because their price was less. It works great and I would definitely use Goedeker's again.

I ordered a new washer and dryer from Goedeker's. I saved over $1,000 on the pair plus free shipping. The customer service reps who assisted in placing my order were wonderful. When I called with questions regarding shipping they were amazing. My order arrived and was in perfect condition. The shipper made a mistake and delivered the dryer two days late, but they made up for it by installing it which I had not originally contracted for. I'm very pleased and have no complaints about this transaction.

I was researching to find a competitive pricing to replace my major Appliances. I stumbled upon Goedekers and was quite impressed with their Thanksgiving offering for 'Samsung'. Just to compare the prices at Best Buy & Home Depot, it was about $2K less (excluding the taxes). I thought it was a win win situation, as they are going to delivery it for free. So, I placed my order the last week of November. As I picked some exclusive models (BSS), I know it would be delayed, but not till first week of February! I know it's not their fault, but their Stockist, and I also were not in a big hurry. Finally, after a little more than 2 months, all the items arrived. As I've requested 'White Glove' delivery, the folks brought the items inside my house. When we opened the Refrigerator packing, there was a small blemish, for which I promptly reached out to their Support team. They were absolutely fabulous. Arranged for a replacement door along with a $75 discount. Goedekers exceeded my expectation.

Goedeker's is a fantastic business to buy appliances from. I have bought all my kitchen appliances from them and they were cheaper than anywhere else and the service is great.

Fantastic salespeople, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. NO SALES TAX! I purchased a kitchen appliance package and they walked me through a phone order and saved me even more money than if I had placed it online. They were upfront about back ordered items. Items came in before the back order date and arrived on time by a fantastic shipping company. I had an all around great experience and saved ALOT of money! I then followed up a few months later and bought my washer and dryer from them. Couldn't be happier. They are my new go to website before I look anywhere else for online shopping needs.

Bought two high end lamps gorgeous lamps for our piano room. Service exceeded my imagination! The lamps arrived ahead of schedule. An issue after delivery was rectified again beyond my wildest dreams.



The price beat everything available to check out on the web including the parent furniture store where the lamps originate.
