Goedeker's

After searching for a piece of beautiful wall art, I found what I was looking for at Goedeker's. It was priced $50 lower than anywhere else and had free shipping. The piece arrived within 1 week and it was packaged extremely well. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will buy again from Godecker's.

Great customer service I ordered got a conformation email a thank you card in the mail and a follow up call to make sure everything was great! Only thing that needs work it the company that ships their items they had long wait times on the phone and not clear when i was getting my items. but I would order from this company again, I wish i would have gotten my furniture sooner it took almost 3 weeks from the time i ordered until the time they walked threw the door with my items.

I ordered an undercounted refrigerator after shopping around. Not only was the price the lowest, but the service was exceptional, and so was the delivery.



There were street closures around my building, and the delivery driver parked and walked the refrigerator two blocks to deliver it to my building. Outstanding. I also received a follow-up note and a follow-up call to make sure everything was ok. OK? It was awesome.

Looked all over for appliances as I am building a home. Goedeker's had the best prices, no sales tax, and the sales person was friendly and easy to work with -- got back to me quickly whenever I had questions.

I used Goedeker's for my washer and dryer purchase. Best price I could find anywhere, no shipping or tax so great deal as long as you can wait for the shipping.

I found Goedeker's during a web search for a specific appliance. Was very impressed with the price and eventually ordered 4 new appliances. Great prices, free shipping, you can't beat the deal. Very impressed.

Shipping was a little slow but may have been due to it being a holiday weekend.

After spending way too many hours researching sofa options, I spent even more time researching vendors to buy from. I went to local stores and contacted a number of ecommerce stores as well. Goedecker's had the perfect sofa, but the price was a bit more than the competition. I called and spoke with JR who was able to help on price and clearly explain the process of ordering, shipping, and delivery. Goedecker's was the ONLY vendor to offer the full package of best price, best selection, easiest ordering, best customer service (JR), and in-home delivery. The couch was delivered within the timeframe estimated and the delivery drivers went over-and-beyond to get the couch in the house and in the room they were supposed to go in. Very happy with my experience and glad I went with Goedecker's. I would recommend them and use them again if the opportunity arises.

I ordered two appliances (washer and dryer) worth $3000 and they charged me a $700 shipping charge fee for me not accepting it at the correct address...

I requested my appliances be moved to my new home 50 feet away, and they still could not do it because I put my old home’s address as the shipping address. I showed the delivery movers proof of ownership of everything, driver’s license, etc. They made me contact the company’s customer service that still requested an unacceptable abundance of proof when I was literally in the middle of the street.

I showed them EVERYTHING I could at the time. They expected a FAX, email, etc. Customer service here is absolutely downright atrocious. The lady I was talking to was extremely rude with absolutely no class. She was disrespectful to me, impatient, and ignorant. If you are reading this review, please save yourself a huge headache and DO NOT order from this senseless company. They have zero common sense that couldn’t deliver my product to my new home. FIND A NEW COMPANY to order from.

Again, if you are reading this, do not purchase anything from this company. They charged me a $700 shipping charge fee for not accepting the product…. I am contacting my credit card company and I will not let this slide. After reading other reviews on this company AFTER this incident, well, I dun goofed. Looks like they got a whole lot of angry customers as well. Please do yourself a favor, and do not make the mistake I made. Purchasing appliances from this company.

I was referred to Goedeker's Online by a friend who had just ordered all new applicable for a remodel. He was extremely pleased with pricing and delivery. He had no problems so I ordered a new stove and microwave. Customer service was very pleasant when I called. I would definitely use them again over the local box stores for my next purchase.

I found Goedeker's online and am glad I did! Their prices were lower than any other company I looked at for the appliances I was looking for. Equally as important, I called them several times and Melanie Knese was a pleasure to talk to and always very helpful. One of the items I ordered was back ordered and Goedeker's kept me updated constantly and offered me the opportunity to change my order, if I wanted to. I highly recommend Goedeker's and will immediately go to them should I need appliances in the future.

We are building a house and looked online for appliances. Goedeker's site was easy to navigate and had a great selection. Their prices were also lower than most places we looked at.

I stumbled on to Goedeker's after leaving an Ashley Furniture store very frustrated that while I had found the desk I wanted Ashley was unwilling to lower their price. Goedeker's was over $100 cheaper for the same desk and so I bought it from them online.

I will say the process of buying furniture online took SIGNIFICANTLY longer than merely picking it up in the store, To the tune of a month, so know that going into it. Still it saved me money and the desk turned out great.

The customer service was very good, however knowing where the product is and exactly when you can expect to get it are areas that they could improve upon.

My final remarks are for CIVAS the 3rd party delivery. You are instructed to thoroughly inspect the furniture before accepting it. However, they will not put the product in the house, making it hard to inspect an item that is heavier than one man can lift in the middle of the yard, especially as a thunderstorm was about to roll in so I definitely wasn't going to open the box. Additionally, I was told there would be a 30 minute warning and received 5. They also pressured me to sign saying the box was alright so they could get on with their day. This review is for Goedeker's though and I would use them again, assuming I could afford the wait.

I also stumbled upon their website and was so pleasantly surprised to find their prices lower than any I had found in my research. With their own discount coupons and the whirlpool rebates being offered, I saved hundreds of dollars on my purchase. Shipping and customer service were excellent. I will be back in the near future to order my dishwasher and microwave!

I would never recommend buying from Goedeker's scratch and dent. The prices advertised are certainly lower than the competition, but the lack of concern for customer satisfaction just doesn't make it worthwhile.

After finding the range I wanted and being delighted to find it in Scratch and Dent, waiting 3 weeks to get it, and taking a half day off for delivery, the range was crushed, frame bent and heavily dented all the way around. Whether damaged by CEVA (Goedeker's shipping company in this case), or sent from their warehouse that way, a respectable retailer would offer me a choice to repair, replace, or refund my money. The only thing Goedeker's has offered is to pick up and refund my money.Meagan at customer service went to the department manager with my concern and came back with an insulting $28 discount off their regular price on the item not scratch and dent. After my investment in time and the need to take another half day for pickup as well as store the unit till pickup, you would think a little more customer respect was in order. Additionally... I reported the damage 5 days ago immediately after the range arrived. I've still not received any communication to at least let me know the pickup has been scheduled and how soon they will credit my card back. Poor Customer Service Goedeker's...!!
