Not only Goedeker's made sure that I get the rebate promised by Nationwide Marketing Group, but their price was the lowest I could find anywhere in the internet.

The Frigidaire wall oven arrived before the time it was promised in perfect shape. After installation it proved to be above and beyond my expectations.

In the future, I would not hesitate to ask Goedeker's for a quote first before anyone else, should I be in need of a major appliance.

Prices are much less expensive than the leading stores, saved over a 1000.00 on the same brand, color and actually larger refrigerator. by saving I actually bought a dishwasher which was also a very good deal. I have already given this site to a few friends who are thinking of upgrading and remodeling. Awesome customer service, from office to delivery. Very Happy customer.

We purchased all new appliances for a kitchen remodel. The process was easy and worry free. We did have several problems with our GE dishwasher once installed, that GE made it next to impossible to correct. One email to Goedekers and within 30 minutes I had a representative on the phone from GE wanting to send someone out to look at the faulty dishwasher! It was refreshing to see that some company's do truly care that you have a good experience. They took customer service to a whole new level!

We needed a refrigerator, freezer, rangetop, oven, downdraft, dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor, and wine fridge for our kitchen remodel. Needless to say, I was looking for GOOD pricing, when I stumbled upon Goedeker's website. I couldn't believe my eyes. It seemed a little scary to buy such things online, but we went to local appliance stores, knew what we wanted, and then checked Geodeker's. We ordered all of our appliances online from Goedeker's. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from them. Even with some glitches from Blue Star, Goedeker's came through each and every time! Their customer service is the greatest, and the shipping was super, as well. We saved over $4000, and didn't have to give the state of New York any tax money!!

Ordered a matching Fridge and Freezer. Afterwords I wondered if they would be dented during shipment, but no, not a blemish in the heavy cardboard containers or on the appliances!

Good job, shipping companies and Goedeker's. My current wife (Don't try this at home, Professionals only :-)) likes the Fridge and Freezer so we are happy customers.

I too, stumbled across Goedeker's searching the internet for appliances. I saw that they were listed as a Amazon prime vendor and decided to visit their website. I was pleasantly surprised at the incredible pricing. I purchased GE profile wall oven/ advantium combo, an induction cooktop, and a built in refrigerator and I love them all!!! Couldn't be happier.

I stumbled upon their website by chance, as they had the best prices for appliances (I needed a four piece kitchen appliance package for a house flip I am doing). What I did not expect was how great their customer service is. I can't remember the last time a company called me and emailed me to confirm everything not only came on time, but to confirm everything was satisfactory. I will be buying all future appliances from them.

What a great experience. I found Goedekers while shopping for a white ice stove by Whirlpool. I ordered on line, received excellent communications through the process AND got a hand written thank you note! Outstanding!

Anyone who says customer service is dead hasn't bought appliances from Goedekers. I was recommended this company by a friend and thought I'd give it a look. Not only were prices the lowest to be found, but every single time I called the company (and we're talking three or four times due to our closing date moving up two weeks unexpectedly) each representative I spoke to was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful.

Purchased a GE Double oven at a substantial saving. Delivery was a little longer than I expected, but the delivery company were excellent, waiting while we removed the packaging to inspect the product and offering to bring it in - though I had not purchased the white glove delivery. Will use again

Purchased a Maytag microwave from Goedekers online and couldn't be happier. The price was right and delivery was on time with a knowledgeable technician who installed it and removed and disposed of the old one efficiently. I am very satisfied and will definitely purchase from them again.

The prices were very competetive if not better than other places. We bought a stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. When we bought them online the status was in stock. However, we were informed that the microwave was out of stock and they could not ship any part of our order until the microwave was accounted for. It took 1.5 months to get our purchase. The customer service was responsive anytime we had questions and needed updates.

After a purchase from clearance store nationally known went sour, I found Goedecker's on line with a nice discount. I called the store and made arrangement for shipping. I received my order in a reasonable time. They unpacked and brought it into my kitchen making installation quite easy. I wlll look forward to shopping there in the future.

I could not be happier with Goedeker's. They did everything they said they would and then some. I have never had a call from a company asking if I was satisfied. Goedeker's did! I sent Steve a positive note regarding his Christian Mission Statement and he responded quickly with a thank you.

I had shopped at Goedeker's once before and had a good experience, so tried them again when doing a home remodel. I scoured the internet for the best price on the Kitchenaid double oven I wanted, and was surprised to find it at Goedeker's! It was on backorder, but Goedeker's sent a status report via email so that I knew when to expect the shipment. I will check with Goedeker's again next time I need an appliance.

Great to do business with. I was a little concerned ordering an induction cooktop and a oven/microwave from an on line store. When I had a question, I would send an email and get an immediate response. I received shipment by date indicated and in great condition. Also received a phone call a few days later from a live person! She asked me how I liked my purchase and was very pleasant. I would definitely do business with this company again!
