I was in the market for a new oven/range and dishwasher. I visited a number of appliance stores and home centers in our locale (Atlanta). I really wanted to patronize a local merchant, but no one could match Goedeker's price and service. The customer service was top shelf, the delivery went as planned and my local handyman performed the installation. Everything was flawless.

I have literally researched almost every local Dallas, TX retailer and internet appliance dealer on the web in an effort to get the best customer service, price, and trouble free delivery. I am remodeling my kitchen and replacing the entire appliance line up including the washer and dryer. I just started last week and recently purchased from Goedeker's - a Whirlpool Cabrio Chrome Platinum edition with a savings of $600.00+ over other so called "best price" companies. This is just the beginning but I'll continue with my remaining appliance purchases from Goedeker's. This is one of the best internet retailers for appliances and I rate them an A+++ for staying in touch, shipping the appliances on time, and offering the best customer service available - especially Danielle Schorfheide: internet sales rep. She and Steve (owner) personally responded within hours on any questions. This is a great Christian based company that truly cares about their customers and the product lines they represent. I am very happy with my initial purchase since it has been such a pleasant one. Danielle was exceptionally fast to reply to emails, offered the info I was looking for, and is exceptionally pleasant to deal with. Everything arrived as scheduled, truck delivery driver was very cordial, and the entire transaction was one big pleasant experience - especially the major $$$$ savings, no tax, and free delivery. I'll continue to use Goedeker's and will highly recommend them to all my friends. Keep up the excellent customer service and prices. You are one of the best!!!!

I found Goedeker's on the web The salesperson was very nice in order to get the sale. This was truly the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. The range arrived, I paid $120 to have it installed by a licensed electrician, and it clicked incessantly. I called Goedekers immediately and was told that it was between me and the manufacturer. They refused to exchange, refund, return, anything despite the fact that they agreed that it was defective. It has been 2 months and I am still with the broken range. They are agreeing to pick it up now, but not to refund me, nor exchange it, nor refund any of my expenses...$120 installation, $80 another electrician to check it out (Geodekers mgmt told me to do this.) and delivery. The customer service supervisor, Lisa Hawkes, complains about how much work she has and how many phone calls she has to make. I reminded her that is her job!! The owners, Steve Geodeker and his brother, do not answer phone messages nor emails. They pretend to be religious Christians but are truly conniving awful people who have no scruples. Avoid the company, PLEASE. No one deserves what I am going through.

My first experience of ordering a queen mattress from Goedeker was great. Fast delivery. So I went ahead and placed a second order of a mattress. This time the experience was terrible. I placed the order on 11/26/2013, but received my order on 01/10/2014, after so many calls to the customer service to locate my order. They finally told me it was messed up somewhere, but didn't give me any explanation. This is very bad experience! Since I was in the urgent need of that mattress and the exceptionally prolonged time in delivery brought us a lot of inconvenience. And the customer service is not very helpful after the order is placed. I'm sorry to say that I would never order from them again.

I was on the market for a new refrigerator and looked at all big box stores in my area. I found Goedeker's online and couldn't pass up their competitive pricing. Also really loved their Philosophy statement. I was hesitant ordering such a large appliance from the web but I'm so glad I did it. I am extremely pleased with my refrigerator and with Goedeker's service. Would recommend a hundred times over.

I recently remodeled my kitchen and decided to purchase a new slide-in range to replace my 11-year-old ceramic top Maytag. I searched the internet and discovered Goedeker's offered a competitive price. I was worried about purchasing a large appliance from a firm located in the Mid-West, as I live in California. To my surprise, this organization was very pro-active about notifying me every step of the way between the time I placed my order and final delivery. The entire experience was positive. I will definitely be a repeat customer when time comes to replace my refrigerator and washer/dryers.

I had never heard of Goedekers until I recently placed an order. I am a deal seeking fool, who feels the need to research and shop around for everything. We have been piece by piece replacing appliances. Our last piece (our stove) we ordered from Sears. After ordering I researched a little further and found Goedekers web site. They had the same exact stove at a fraction of the price. Matter of fact they had a upgraded model for less than what we paid at Sears for the lesser model. I cancelled the order and placed one with Goedekers. My wife was hesitant but I reassured her I did my homework and it would be OK. Great customer service and the delivery guy was great. Wish I had found them for my other appliances.

This is the best internet retailer of appliances. My husband was an appliance professional with a major appliance company and he and I rate this company as A+++ for staying I touch! getting your appliances to you on time and the best customer service available. A great Christian based company that truly care about their customers and the product lines they represent. We are very happy with our entire shopping mad purchasing experience.

After having a terrible time trying to order a specific table from a local business, I found it online at Goedeker's. The delivery was fast and efficient and the quality of the table was perfect!

I just want to start by Saying, I have been known by friends and Family to be hard to please.

That said, I have had the best experience with The Customer Service/Support.

I have been working with several Employees at Goedeker’s and the support/Service has been fantastic.

Throughout my Kitchen remodel there have been several changes with regards to the Appliances.

The good news’s is Goedeker’s has been great and painless in making the changes.

A Large part of any job is the Planning, the “Lead time” or the amount of advanced time required to purchase and receive the Appliances is not something to fool with.

Make sure to plan for the worst. If the Shipping says 7-10 days, I suggest you order at least 14-20 days ahead of time. This will allow you to rest assured your order will arrive ahead of schedule.

I originally sent an e-mail to Steve Goedeker; His e-mail was on the web page so I figured I would check him out.

Steve replied and we discussed purchasing options and customer support, I felt so confident that I placed and order.

Back to the Kitchen remodel, I saved a lot of cash on the purchased items and saved by not paying any sales tax. Not to mention the Free Shipping.

I do have to be honest and report that I did change my order. Not just once, but twice.

I am so pleased with the Customer Service Support . I am also looking to purchase new laundry washer and dryer, So I know I can shop with confidence.

I waited and waited for back orders to be filled and was about to give up when I decided to try the Internet one more time. I happened upon Goedeker's and had a really great experience. Just received my 40" range, have yet to installed it, but it arrived with no apparent damage, just 10 days after placing my order. I was a bit worried buying online but the entire experience with Goedecker's was excellent, the price could not be beat, it was about $700 lower than locally (plus no sales tax because out of state and free delivery! I experienced great customer service and even the shipping company R&L was fantastic, super nice delivery guy! Just an all around great experience! I would definitely buy from Goedecker's again and I highly recommend them!

I received excellent service a few years ago when I bought a clothes washer and dryer from Goedeker's. Now we are renovating our kitchen . I performed extensive research to find the best deal for the five appliances I need and ended up saving over $700 compared to the closest competitor. The customer service I received was simply outstanding. I wanted a new double oven which they did not carry so I called them. Within 2 hours they had researched the oven and added it to their database. I was amazed to get that return call so quickly.

I am always nervous ordering over the Internet, especially when it is a multi thousand dollar order! However, I emailed the owner, Steve , and he personally responded to my request for clarification about a delivery issue. I can't tell you the last time I had the head of any company personally email me - on a Sunday no less! We ordered an entire kitchen full of appliances for our new home, and upon arrival the refrigerator was damaged. The folks at Goedeker's promptly re ordered the item, and we had it in our home in less than two weeks. Everyone, from the sales team to the customer service representatives were absolutely fabulous and we would highly recommend anyone to order from Goedeker's for their appliance needs.
