Goedeker's

I was so excited to find Goedeker's online!! We bought a beautiful stainless steel refrigerator. I searched numerous sites online and found the best deal through Goedeker's. Their customer service is outstanding they helped me with my order and kept me updated on my shipment ! I will be purchasing from them again in the future and I have told numerous friends and family to view their website ! Thank you Goedeker's your company is A++++++.

I recently purchased two GE wall ovens including the Advantium, Bosch Dishwasher, GE Profile refrigerator, Bluestar gas cooktop and GE Wine cooler. The level of customer service was quite unexpected. Phone calls confirming the order and a stream of emails incoming me of the status (The Bluestars are made to order) I will definitely use them again for my outdoor kitchen! Also, the best pricing anywhere on the web

When we ordered our new double oven range online fron an out- of-state retailer, friends questioned our sanity. Goedeker's phone rep was friendly, efficient, and gracious. We received our range in a timely manner from a responsible carrier. I love my stove and the people who made it possible at a nice price.

We bought a large freezer from Goedeker's online and the customer service and shipping was accurate and timely. No problems. We will keep them in mind for other appliance purchases.

I ordered 6 appliances for a new house I am buying. It is new construction, so timely delivery is essential. I explained this to the operator, who seemed to understand. Goedeker's uses a shipping company called JB Hunt where I live in NY. Here's how it went:

Attempt 1: Due to a computer glitch, the items never made it on the truck.

Attempt 2: Drivers said that for safety reasons, they can not deliver on a dirt driveway. I said that I explained that there would only be a dirty driveway to the dispatcher. The driver said he saw that in his notes, and it not sure why they would send him out, but that he could not deliver.

Attempt 3: Gas range was damaged. It would take a few weeks to get a new one. Also, drivers could not figure out how to take doors off the refrigerator to get it into the house. Claimed it was not their responsibility. I called Goedeker's and they said they would sent the guys back to do the job right.

Attempt 4: Refrigerator came back damaged. I refused delivery, and got my money back.

In the end, you get what you pay for. Goedeker's absolutely has the best prices. But it was not worth the irritation of such terrible delivery and damaged goods. It has ended up costing me way more in missed days of work and delays in closing on the house. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

We purchased our new refrigerator through Goedekers and couldn't be happier. The price was cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Online or in stores. We received a phone call about the upcoming delivery quickly and the delivery company was outstanding as well. Very friendly and competent and explained how to hook up the fridge and how to make sure the doors do not scratch when putting on the handles. We even received a little note in the mail from Goedekers with a phone number to call in case anything should not be to our satisfaction. Very nice and thoughtful! We also received a follow up call to ask if we were happy with the service. So altogether an awesome experience!

very pleased with purchase, and delivery guys were great, good price for both product and delivery.

We ordered a Samsung refrigerator and after installation discover the sealant was leaking. After many calls to Samsung with poor results from two service calls , Goedeker's took on the issue and got the unit replaced. We are thrilled with the Samsung replacement and will continue to be Goedeker customers on future appliance needs.

I was very pleased to find such a bargain on my new appliance. Goedeker's beat Lowe's and Home Depot's sale pricing by over $500! Shipping was free and as it turned out there was no tax (due to the inter-state shipping) which made the bargain even better. Customer Service was excellent as well.

Excellent deal and service!!! We had reservations after reading reviews but could not pass up the savings of over $600. Communication was excellent, received our new gas range within 2 weeks, driver great, and follow up throughout was great. No compalints and saved $$$!!!

I have mixed feelings about this review. While I did receive a product for a great deal, I feel as though they dropped the ball a bit. When I first received my stove the top was cracked. I immediately notified customer service. I was told they would call me back to resolve. This was on a Thursday. Monday I called back and they informed me the individual I had talked to was no longer working there. They explained that I could return and would receive a new stove in a few weeks, or just receive the glass top, but that I would have to pay to have it installed. Which shocked me a bit. I don't understand why anyone would have to pay for something they received broken.

I told them just to switch them out. They informed me that the new order would be put in as soon as the other was picked up, that someone would notify me when they were coming to pick up. I received a short email stating time and date a couple days later. They picked it up on a Thursday. Yet again, Monday I email them to see when I would receive new tracking info. The tracking info was promptly sent back. Apparently I had reminded them to order it, as the order date was that day. I understand there may have been some office changes during my order, but I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism I encountered. I most likely will avoid this company in the future. I would rather pay the extra to not have to deal with the added stress and the several weeks without an essential part of my kitchen.

The sales rep was friendly , helped us make our decision . Great prices. Good communication and on time delivery. Would recommend.

We bought a stainless steel Samsung fridge with all the bells and whistles in the "scratch and dent" section. It cost less than a much smaller Whirlpool we bought 8 years ago that didn't have half the features of the Samsung. Delivery was on time and the driver helped us unpack and inspect it before he even took it off the truck. I wish I'd known about Goedeker's years ago!

Goedekker's sold me a top of the line 29 1/2 foot fridge for half of the price of anyone else! Their customer service is top notch, and their shipping is very prompt!

So I live in California moving to Texas looking for a washer and dryer for my new place. My uncle who lives in Texas finds this place online called Goedekers, first thing that catches our attention no sales tax and no shipping fees are you serious that was a +++. I ordered my washer and dryer had it shipped to my uncles in Texas. When they came uncle inspected and there was damage on washer and dryer ( knowing that this has nothing to do with Goedekers because they have no control of what happens during deliveries) goedekers took it back no questions asked. Ordered another set uncle inspects everything turned out good. (mind you we were not able to see certain areas of the appliances do to wrapping).I get to Texas two weeks later and bring my washer and dryer to my place we unwrap everything, now we beginning to install and my uncle notices a good size dent on the washer he begins to apologize to me for not seeing it during his inspection. Once again no fault of Goedekers since product is shipped from manufacturer. I called Goedekers the next day explain everything and instead of going through returning the product we agreed on a credit for the damage. The customer service was above satisfactory not once did they give me any issues. There response time was immediate. I will continue to order my stuff from Goedekers and refer my friends. Are you kidding me NO SALES TAX , NO SHIPPING FEES AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE why get from anywhere else thank you Kelsey Jackson and Goedekers

It was a very smooth transaction from the beginning through delivery. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service staff. I shall look forward to future purchase with Geoedeker.

Wonderful experience- our refrigerator came as scheduled and no problems with delivery. We are getting ready to order the rest of our appliances from Goedeker's. I'm all for shopping locally, but they've made it such a good experience, we'll continue to buy from them!

Goedekers is a very easy site to navigate. They where very willing to help. Very good communication. Fast shipping and the people delivering the white glove service are nice, careful, helpful. I will continue to shop there as needed.

This is the second time I've used Goedekers to purchase kitchen appliances. 3 years ago I ordered all our kitchen appliances for a remodel to our home in California.
