How do you top having the best prices online for appliances? You knock your customers' socks off with superior service. People are polite, answer questions, handle delivery timing changes and follow up. What more could a customer ask for?

We ordered all house appliances at Goedeker's and it was a great experience from the creation of the order to the delivery. Their prices were great. Had a pleasant experience years ago but when returning to do business again recently, the order was difficult. Had to correct the address and contact info transcribed incorrectly and took longer than expected for customer service to respond. And maybe not their issue but the delivery company held the appliance in their warehouse for two weeks 10 miles from my home before delivering, really? And to top it off they delivered to the wrong address, had to chase the truck down the street to get them to come back! I don't need this frustration.

We purchased appliances and lighting from Goedeker's for our kitchen remodel. The sales and support staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. They provided plenty of phone and email feedback for our requests through our research and ordering process. The prices were in line with those from similar sites. In all, we were quite pleased and will do business with Goedeker's again.

I have purchased several appliances over the past few years. The prices could never be beaten by other vendors, deliver was within a very reasonable time frame, and customer service is great. I search Goedeker's program cing and products first, compare to other sites and local vendors, but Godekers is al aus the best deal, for purchase price and shopping as well as their product guarantees. I would most definitely guarantee!

I ordered my range and microwave from Goedekers after researching the different avenues to replace appliances to match the remaining appliances in my kitchen. I found the experience quite easy and convenient for a working person. The delivery team was fanastic and the customers service always kept me informed of the status of my order, since I had to backorder the range.

Customer service was a 10 with Brenna, as well as jR with sales and answering my questions. The refrigerator had damage issues, but these were quickly taken care of. We ordered a Whirlpool Ref, exactly the kind I had been wanting, at a savings of almost $1000. over other places we had looked. Was a little skeptical, but sure enough it came in. Unfortunatly it was damaged, I called and the ladies in the answering department were extremely helpful and made arrangements to pick up old one and deliver a new one as quickly as possible. We love our refrigerator. I simply cannot say enough nice things about Goedeker's. We will definitely order any other appliances we need from there in the future.

I purchased a Frigidaire Gas Range from Goedeker's and I happy with my purchase. Everyone that I dealt with were very professional and courteous. All were very knowledgeable about the product and pricing was very competitive. Delivery was excellent with the delivery persons being courteous and professional also. Purchased an LG over the range microwave from Goedeker's and I am very pleased. Customer Service helped me pick the correct one for my kitchen. The price was good and FedEx delivered it inside my house. Installation was fairly easy - I did it myself with a screwdriver and electric drill. It works well and I have no regrets. You can trust this company to do what they say they will do. They confirm orders and shipping with emails and follow-up after the purchase with with a phone call. Goedeker's is a good company with a good staff. I am very pleased.

Purchased an "in-stock" refrigerator to replace our failed one in early December. After they had our money, informed us that it was out of stock now...3 days later...and that it would not be delivered until the end of the year. They "worked" on getting it here sooner and promised before Christmas since we had a HUGE gathering at the house. That didn't happen. Apologies ensued. Long story short, we didn't get our fridge until early the next year. Also, white glove service is not white glove. The fridge was moved into its slot...all cardboard, tape, plastic still on it. No handles, had to do it myself. AND they took the doors off and put them on wrong and I had to fix it. It took me 3 hours to recover from their White Glove service. That is NOT white glove service, it is Brown Glove at best. Don't be fooled into what you are paying for with this service. Issue with the Samsung fridge. Goedekers did not respond until a week later. By that time I'd already spoken with Samsung. The price may be good but the headache is worse. Requests to customer service via their Reviews and Testimonials section go unanswered unless you are satisfied with their service. Beware.

Purchased a GE Cafe series range from Geodeker about a month before Christmas. The sales woman was very friendly and helpful. It was the lowest price I could find by a hundred dollars or more, depending on where I looked, and due to free shipping and no sales tax it was $200 cheaper than the builder's price my husband could get locally. Delivery was a week sooner than the latest projected date. It arrived in good shape and pleasant delivery person waited while we un-crated it to make sure all was well. A great experience.

Purchased a GE fridge from Goedeker's a month before Christmas and had some concern whether it would arrive on time......it did. The communication was very good, and you will not beat the price anywhere, the closest competitor would have charged $500 more. I got a great deal. The item was delivered and is working fine. I recommend this company.

After I look for appliances local in Orlando fl I find this place in Google and with the same money that cost me the fridge local I buy the fridge the range and microwave and I so happy everything arrive in perfect conditions and the customers services it's the best every time I call or email they take care of my call and responds my questions,I am very thanks to this people for my appliances and I recomm to everyone that need appliances and wants to save money this it's the place to call, thank you

Excellent customer service all around. Great communication during and after the sale. The appliances where excellent quality and priced less that the anyone else, online or in-store. No shipping cost and no sales tax makes for any even better deal. The shipping company when above and beyond to make delivery easy. I will definitely purchase from Goedeker's again!

Everyone at Goedeker's was great to deal with and had the best prices anywhere !!! Ordered a full kitchen of appliances and was delivered to my home in perfect condition I am quite busy at work and the day to day so being able to find an online retailer that is reputable and easy to deal with is great I would recommend Goedeker's to anyone anywhere that is looking for a great deal on appliances and doesn't have the time for all the bull that can come with process fast friendly and convient !!!!!

My KitchenAid KEMS379 wall oven arrived in perfect condition in time for it to be installed by Christmas even though it had been on back order causing me great apprehension resulting in my making a number of inquiries to determine the status of my order.



I have not dealt with an on-line company that communicates as well as the employees at Goedeker's do. The on-line manager Danielle S. and all of the employees I talked with always answered questions about my order in an extremely timely and personalized manner--Danielle S. even sent me a handwritten note to assure me that Goedeker's was doing everything within their power to expedite my KitchenAid order and to sweeten the deal, she upgraded my delivery to "white glove."



The reason I purchased from Goedeker's to begin with was because of the EXTREMELY competitive prices. Now, one of the main reasons I would do repeat business with Goedeker's is because of the competent employees who speak "understandable" English, answer e-mails promptly, and treat customers like real people.
