Goedeker's

This is my first experience ordering large kitchen appliances and having them shipped. I live in Central Texas. We just moved into a new home but needed appliance upgrades and I spent aroun 20 hours scouring pricing over the internet and reading reviews. No other supplier could come close to matching Goedeker's prices, especially with sale items. And their sale items were those in demand, not those they couldn't get rid of. We ordered a GE Single Double Oven. It arrived in about 10 days, was extremely well packed and the curbside delivery was perfect. I examined it and it was in perfect condition. We have used it and it is wonderful for us. A great purchase. We also ordered an induction cooktop and did not need it for about a month and a half. Melissa worked with me on shipping and kept me up to date. We decided to change to a GE 36 in. induction and again Melissa was wonderful to work with. The change went smoothly, we received it on time and Melissa kept me informed the entire way. Communication was great. Again, curbside service was excellent, shipping was great. I examined it on delivery and it was well packed and perfect. We've installed it and I LOVE IT. IT IS BETTER THAN GAS. No messy, hard to clean grates. I would not consider buying any large appliance anywhere else but at Goedeker's. Their service and prices cannot be beat.

This is my send experience ordering a large appliance from Goedecker's and it went much smoother than the first. The gal who helped me, Chelsea, was excellent in all aspects of great customer service. She was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and awesome! We will go back again for more appliances when the time comes!

I live in South Texas and it's hard finding quality furniture for a great price. I stumbled upon Goedeker's website. I needed to order furniture for our new bar/lounge in bulk and I immediately decided to try out the company, specifically because THEY OFFER FINANCING! This was a relief! Customer service is great. they really care about their customers and have great communication. I would love to order from them again! Highly recommended!

I recently purchased a GE Stacked Washer and Dryer unit. Goedeker's offered the best price I could find in the area. Since I live in Illinois, I didn't have to pay sales tax, which saved me at least $100.00. I handled everything online with several phone calls for clarification with their online sales department. Delivery without installation was only $99. The delivery was done with great care. The young men were very professional and took great care to see that the unit was brought in without any issues.

Goedekers is a great place to order large appliances from. We just moved into a new house and needed to buy all the major appliances and didn't want to deal with the retail chains and their markups. I contacted them and received great prices, I opted for the extra $100 white glove service and that was well worth the extra money spent to have everything dropped right where it needs to be and no additional garbage left over.

What a BLESSING to find a company that still understands what 'service' is all about! Let alone a family business, with ethics and integrity no less. Finding them was a God-send. I am a Direct Buy Customer and found that Goedeker's prices were extremely comparable and competitive to say the least. Not only did the prices attract me, but I didn't have to pay sales tax!! Ordering all new appliances, that price could (and did) add up to a substantial amount. To top that off, shipping WAS INCLUDED!!! We're talking a huge refrigerator (and water kit), cook top and over-the-range microwave along with the matching 'Trim Kit'. Shipping alone would have been a fortune! just ordered my first appliance online! We bought a Maytag Wall oven. this has been one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. They keep in contact with you through the entire process. And they even sent a thank you note in the mail. I will go to them first the next time i need an appliance small or large.Step aside Sears and Home Depot! I have purchased two washer/ dryer sets and most recently a new gas range and microwave from Goedeker's. They were all delivered in a timely manner and in perfect condition. I love my new items and they are over the top beautiful appliances. Also with free shipping and no tax, I saved quite a bid and will buy other appliances from Goedeker's in the future..

We received our frig and are extremely happy with the frig as well as our Goedekers experience. The frig was delivered earlier than we expected, the delivery service was excellent and the overall experience was the best we have had for years. While most businesses have forgotten, Goedekers remembers how customers like you to do business.



Yesterday we picked up our mail from our service and to our surprise there was a very nice hand written thank you note from the person that sold us the frig, Danielle. What a nice and personal touch. In this internet day where no one seems to care about perfect any more, Goedekers seems to remember that customers appreciate nice people. I had been searching for months and researching my new kitchen appliances. I usually purchase things only when I can see them in person but after searching the internet for better prices, I stumbled across Goedeker's. I was very cautious about purchasing somethng so large over the internet but the experience was absolutely wonderful! The customer service reps were extremely knowledgeable in helping me make my selection, in fact much more helpful than the sales people I came across in the local appliance stores. I even purchased a scratch and dent Bosch dishwasher that my representative personally inspected for me to make sure none of the dents could be seen once installed and my dishwasher is absolutely beautiful! I will use Goedeker's for all my future appliance purchases and recommend them to all my friends and family!

Goedeker's was the best experience I have had in buying appliances. Their customer service is beyond what a lot of people are doing in the sales field now .Although there was a part missing on my order and I was really at fault by not counting the boxes before signing for them, they made good on the part and sent it to me free of charge. We stumbled upon Goedeker's website while shopping for a refrigerator, and comparing prices with Costco, Home Depot and Lowes. They were the least expensive and we ordered a fridge. I just want to say that from start to finish this company went above and beyond the call of duty. Every time I spoke with a representative, they were helpful, efficient and nice. Ordered a lamp from Amazon, choosing this company as the seller over others for the discounted price. It arrived defective, and I asked about return options. Goedeker's had a representative call me in person to help me sort out my issue; I couldn't have asked for better customer service! The rep genuinely cared about my concerns and set up a replacement for me without hesitation.

Bought a dishwasher and a washing machine from Goedeker’s. In addition to a great price, the service was outstanding. I recommend that you work with a sales rep, rather than trying to figure everything out yourself. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Keep you from making costly mistakes. Also highly recommend the “white glove” delivery. Costs a $100 (covered both items), but if the items are heavy, the freight companies normally deliver to a loading dock so do not have a lift gate. Happened to me once before (with a different seller) – 200 lb. item, up on the truck, your problem. The white glove guys arrived when promised, wheeled the item to the exact final location, took away all the packing materials and the old appliances. There was one small problem with tracking during delivery, and Goedeker’s solved it within the hour, requiring one short (no hold time) phone call.

Before I buy anything, I research everything for months and in detail. I came across Goedeker's website. At first, I thought the prices were too good to be true, so I emailed the company. Tim Holland emailed me back with awesome pricing. No bait and switch either. We spent about two months on email before placing a large order for all new Samsung products. We had to wait for Samsung to release the items on the market before I could buy them. Tim is one of the best customer service reps that I have every dealt with in my life. He is very professional, honest, patient and friendly. He answered all my questions and was every detailed on his emails and on the phone with my order. I love the prices that Goedeker has to offer. You can't beat no tax and free shipping. WOW is all I can say. I will always shop here and recommend Goedeker to everyone that I know. He even gave me a 10 year warranty on my items. No one offers that at all. I bought a Samsung show case refrigerator, Samsung WaterWall Dishwasher and Samsung Chef Collection Microwave. I tried to buy an LG Studio series cooktop from him, however, LG doesn't ship to CA. Tim was very honest about the cooktop and even gave me leads on who sells them in CA. I was astounded at the savings! I purchased a new bundle (fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave). I easily saved $1,000 or more over other retailers! No taxes, no shipping fees put this bargain over the top. Plus, the white glove treatment is a real bargain. As a single woman, I truly needed the extra help in unpacking and installing.
