The repair was done in relatively quick fashion even though the service department was extremely busy.

They got the vehicle from another dealership right before Xmas when it was tough for them to do so, but they did it.

All other services are efficient & high quality, staff is courteous & helpful.

I do not understand how these people can have a 5 star average. They are rude and unprofessional! They created a situation after my car had been returned from the lease, where it aquired tickets. I worked with Don Kramer, completely unprofessional. When the conversation was complete, he just said,"yeah and hung up the phone". I would never work with Rosan again.

Craig was excellent! I have never worked with a salesperson as friendly and genuinely nice as he was. The whole process was low-pressure and I was allowed to really speak and tell him exactly what I was looking for - and he listened! Craig followed through on everything from providing a loaner vehicle, to keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. All of the employees, from the salespeople, the managers, all the way through to be friendly and inviting. Working with Craig on the purchase and Scott on the "extras" was a pleasure and I ended up with a vehicle that I am thrilled to drive! I recently bought a 2010 Nissan Rogue SL AWD. I drive 45 mins to work every day and needed a car that was getting at least 25 miles a gallon and would be able to get me to work when the roads are snowy.
