I bought a car from crazy Jims because it was certified pre owned apparently that means nothing. They guaranteed me it would pass emissions it didnt. When I finally got someone on the phone they said check my paper sold as is. I'm stuck paying over 1000 dollars extra for a water pump that was leaking and an electrical issue. Guess we'll see what a judge has to say 0 stars for these con men

today of 10/10/2015 I have went to this dealer. As soon as I've looked at a car I liked. They asked me quickly. When will I be ready to finance. Like really Not even letting me test drive the car first. Just telling me if I am they can only go with credit union. This old man was smoking right in my face which got me irritated. I soon want to test drive it but he wont let me since Im not purchasing the same day. Even when they say clean title but you can see clearly their was damage on the fender and bumper.

Went to Crazy Jim's and they had a very large selection of low-priced quality cars. I was looking for a car for between $5000-6000, and there was a vast selection of cars that fit my price range. I know that's not a lot of money for a car, but the cars were of quality and very clean! (Surprisingly clean). My sales person was Lori, and shew as very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely go back and buy another car from Crazy Jims or recommend a friend to Crazy Jims.

Purely disappointed and disgusted

These people are a total scams and rip off people don't buy from them!!! Bought 2003 envoy from them a week later our air ride goes out called them over and over and never answered our calls was told over and over that LINDA would call us back !!! Well LINDA never called so we drove there as we are walking in the door LINDA is running out another door ! The other liar and scammer Darrell said ohh she's not here . Are you kidding me I just watched her run out the back door . It's pointless to try to talk to these people all they will do is dance around the subject and lie to you I'm warning anyone who decides to buy a car from there don't do it it's sad when you work and save to buy a vehicle for your family and the people at CRAZY JIMS can just do this and not have a conscious and try to do the right thing ! The only reason I'm giving these people 1 star is u can't give them no star . Anyone who is in the process of having a lawsuit out on them please I'd love to join in !

Purely Disappointed

I had high hopes and expectations when I stepped foot onto that lot. I was eyeing up a vehicle and wanted to inquire more information on it. Don't get me wrong I read all the other reviews prior to doing this but also kept it in the back on my head of what everyone else mentioned. The guy gave the whole "I can't leave the lot to do a test drive." Red flag number one! I was approved for financing etc. So I knew I was good to go. Told him I wanted to take the vehicle to have it inspected by my mechanic. He mentioned "I'm sorry I can't let you do that you have my guarantee that we thoroughly inspect our vehicles. You can tell your mechanic guy to come here to check it. We have car Jack and lighting he can do that here." Red flag number 2!! Kept denying me my right to have a vehicle inspected by a certified technician. Like they have something to hide. No thanks. I asked for my deposit back which they refunded it in full. Thank goodness. I just feel that you should absolutely take your business elsewhere that is reputable and confident their selling decent vehicles so when asked to have it inspected without hesitation be granted a Yes. Disappointed it didn't work out but happy that I knew when to walk away.

Crazy Jim and his company are scams. We bought a used car from him at the end of February and asked all the wright questions. Well all the answers we were given were lies. We took the car for a test drive and everything seemed fine. As we were driving home, the gas gauge started jumping from full to empty, finally pinning on empty, and within an hour, the check engine light came on. When we called, they gave us same line of crap, the car was sold "as is" and the light could be that the gas cap was loose. We took it to O'Riellys and they check the code for free. Turns out the transmission is completely shot. They said we could use there mechanic and they would give us there discount. The repair price was $2500 which was more than half what we paid for the car! LAWSUIT PENDING!

Went to go look for a new vehicle for me and my girlfriend. We decided to test drive a few vehicles and found one we liked. While we were driving, the tire light came on and the salesman didn't think a big deal of it. When I asked if he could put air in the tires to make sure it wasn't a tire sensor issue he refused.

When we asked for a carfax of the vehicle he decided to go on a tangent about how carfax lies ect. and he wouldn't provide it. (I know the subscription fees for dealer carfax can be high. No problem. But his reaction to the question was weird)

Our salesman was an was an older white gentleman and was constantly steering me into the direction of the cheaper cars in the back of the lot, (which I had already told him I didn't want)

After looking at numerous cars, I found that their selection was mainly older vehicles with high mileage, or mechanical issues. I can say this in confidence as I checked with my own personal OBDII scanner and visually under the hood / suspension.

When confronted about the problems I was brushed off as incompetent. Never again. I took my business elsewhere and got a great vehicle!

Buyer Beware.

lemon lot

I had bought a car from them about 70 days ago.. Less then 30 days after I bought the car I found over $2,500 in damages I had told them about the situation. They didn't care that they sold a car they new wasn't any good. They had told me sold as is. That it was my problem. They're selling bad vehicles, and don't care. Please save your money, and save your time. Please don' bye a car from them.. I beg you.

Crazy Jim's Sucks

The only reason I gave them one star is because i couldn't give them a zero...

My husband and i were looking for a reliable vehicle, particularily an SUV. We visited the dealership and saw one that we liked at a decent price. Later, after visiting other dealers, we decided to go back and test the vehicle at Crazy Jim's. It ran good...as far as we could tell over the sales guy in the back seat (weird) yapping at us about how GREAT this vehicle is. Is it odd he wouldn't let us drive it on the freeway? His excuse...because he was the only one on the lot and couldn't be gone that long.

Truck ran and sounded good, after haggling that didn't go well, we still purchased the vehicle. He took the stickers off of the window and by the time he drove it from one side of the lot to the other, the check engine light came on! The sales person tried to convince us it was because of the gas cap...we gave them the benefit of a doubt...we waited a couple of days. Check engine light still stayed on and not only that, there was a loud screeching coming from the driver side front left wheel. We also noticed the anti lock brakes would kick in for no reason at all, even when not applying the brakes!?!?

We attempted to ask the dealership to fix the problems they said there is nothing they can do, all they can do is recommend us to a garage that would do it for cheaper...LAW SUIT PENDING! SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Pros: Large Selection of crap vehicles...if you like selection

Cons: CRAP VEHICLES
