Diamond Jim's Motor Cars

My husband and I were nothing but 100 percent satisfied with Turk and the Diamomd Jim staff. The day we had the appointment Turk was just finishing with a customer and the nice office lady showed us around and actually knew what she was talking about. We wanted to get the car on our own without a cosigner (we have not the greatest credit) and Turk worked hard to make sure that happened. The whole process was faster then I thought it would be. We got a great car for a great price. We will definitely be going back to Diamond Jims in the future for another vehicle.

I payed 14,000 dollars when I got home I called to tell them I got an oil warning reading the booklet that came with the car it said to not lose the password cards that came with the car which I do not have have and did not receive. When I called them I was treated rudely basically TS go to an Acura dealer with my problems. All after spending 14,000 you were warned.

It was a bit stressful but only cause I already had checked out other places that already gave me a bad taste on shopping for a car but Andrew and Bertha really helped me get the car I really wanted and at a price I could afford. I really appreciate all the help and effort that they put just to help me finally get the car of my dream and also help me understand more about the features.

Yesterday I finally picked up my 2005 Chevy Tahoe from Diamond Jim's. Tony was the sales professional that helped me with the purchase. My wife and I saw the truck when driving by and decided to stop and test drive it because it looked so good. We drove it and immediately fell in love with it. The experience was flawless and Tony made everything extremely simple. I would definitely recommend Diamond Jim's and especially Tony as the sales professional .I am very satisfied and will return again in the future to purchase another truck. Thank You Again Tony!!!!

Purchased a Cadillac srx from these guys in less then 1500 miles later complete steering system needs to be replaced $1700 thanx for nothing

I have worked in customer service for years and this is the first time I have felt that I need to let people know of the great experience my wife and I had.



My wife and I were looking for a used vehicle after she had the brakes go out in our old one. We had gone to a big name dealer in Oshkosh and we were totally turned off by the service that we received. So, the next morning we headed to Milwaukee to Diamond Jims where we were pleasantly greeted and not pushed to buy something. All the employees that we met had exceeded our expectations.



We were assisted by Nick. He was EXTREMLY patient with us as we went back and forth trying to decide what we wanted a car or SUV amongst other options. After 4 hours of going back and forth we finally found the one that fit our needs the best. I however wanted a remote start. So we asked if that could be included he said for that we could for 100 bucks which for the car we got was a great price. Unfortunately, it was so late in the day when we decided on a car so my wife had to go back down the next day to have it installed. So, when my wife got down to the shop Nick took her to my parents and picked her up as well. He also lent her his cell phone charger.



Nick goes above and beyond the call of duty. He is an immeasurable asset to Diamond Jims. I would not think of buying a used car anywhere else from anyone else. He was polite, considerate, personable, and empathetic and PATIENT. We are so grateful to have met such an amazing person.

Bought my first SUV, a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Diamond Jim's and I am loving it! The car is great and I got it for a great price! The sales staff was so nice, and they made the paperwork and everything else very easy and simple. I will definitely be looking to purchase from them in the future, and I'm recommending all my friends and family to go there for their next car. Overall an excellent buying experience.
