With the help of Charlie, I bought a new car from Rosen Nissan/Kia. This was my 3rd time going through the car buying process but my 1st time at Rosen. This experience at Rosen was easily the best overall experience of the 3. There was no pressure or sales tactics. The experience was professional and courteous. My Sales Person, Charlie, had the knowledge and the straight-forward answers I needed. He was an exceptional help with getting this purchase done. I absolutely recommend Rosen.

I had a great experience buying a car with my salesman Ruben Zavala at Rosen Kia. He got me a great deal and was so knowledgeable on the cars and products. He has great people skills and really works hard for the customer. I would definitely recommend going to see Ruben!

Great service !! Always less than 1 hour for oil changes

A co-worker bought her car from Rosen last September and recommended I go there for the Nissan Maxima I was looking at buying. She said she had the best car buying experience she ever had. So I thought I'd check it out. I went there on a Saturday. The place was a zoo. I was approached by a sales man named Charlie Rono. He was very professional and even though he was already helping someone else, he took the time to show me a Maxima. Wow....great car. Charlie had someone appraise my trade in. While I was waiting, Mr. Rosen introduced himself and offered me a soda. When Charlie returned, he gave me a great price right away. I was prepared for some hard negotiations, but I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to buy a car here. I picked up my new car last week. A sales manager came out to take a picture of me and my new ride. Said, I can look for it on their Facebook site. Cool I guess. Anyways, I'm very happy with my car and buying a car from Rosen Nissan was a great experience. Not really sure why there's some bad reviews on this site. Oh well, I had a great experience and will recommend these guys to friends and family.

We are not the typical new car shoppers. In fact, my husband and I have now purchased 5 new cars over the past 4 years. We purchased 3 Nissans from Rosen Nissan and had fine experiences every time. For our most recent purchase, we decided to go with Mazda. After doing exhaustive research and negotiations with 3 different local car dealers and getting completely jagged around by every one of them (from being handed off to 4 different sales guys and not getting called back from any one of them, all the way to a dealer changing out a car to a less expensive model mid-way in negotiations without telling us). We were ready to give up. While on Edmunds, a pop-up box for Rosen Mazda in Waukegan jumped out at me. My husband immediately called Jeff Rosen to see if he could help us out. Because it was across state lines, he was unable to, however, since Rosen is an affiliated group, he offered to arrange the deal. We told him the best price we had been quoted AND our pricing goal. Within an hour, Jeff had called Waukegan, located the vehicles we wanted and called us back- beating OUR pricing goal by $250. We drove the hour and 15 minutes to Waukegan and our cars were waiting, shining and ready to go. We went smoothly through the finance process... were treated respectfully and the deal was exactly as Jeff said it would be. I can't say buying a car is ever a completely pleasurable experience. By nature of the process, it can be humbling and frustrating. Jeff Rosen really cares about clients- and wants the car buying experience to be fair and a good one. His passion trickles down to his staff members- who obviously share the same good for great service. We were no one to him- one of so many who buy cars from his dealership. But he took the time to listen to our dilemma and find a solution- and do it personally. That means a lot to us. We are thrilled with our cars and we are now Rosen customers for life. BTW- we have also serviced all of our vehicles through Rosen- and the service department has been just as exceptional to deal with as Jeff was. I would recommend the Rosen family of dealerships to anyone.

Eric Tharp was excellent -- he catered to my needs (currently disabled/recovering) and he managed to get all my paperwork/application done in a speedy process so that I could come in and be out within an hour. The finance manager who also assisted us was very efficient as well.

I just bought a KIA Optima from Rosen and the experience was excellent. Prior to coming to Rosen I stopped at over 10 different car dealers. Some of the sales people I encountered were pleasant while most were aggressive, arrogant, and/or negative. I was initially excited about buying a car, but was beginning to get very frustrated with the process. Then I stopped at Rosen and was fortunate to work with Dan Dotzler. Dan was very professional and he showed me all the different models. He was aware that I was looking at other manufacturers. He sold me on the Kia Optima based on its features without being negative toward the competitors. He followed up appropriately and was patient as I stopped by 3 times before purchasing. Being a technology person, I had a lot of questions regarding the NAV, radio, etc. and Dan was able to answer all my questions. I also appreciate the honest internet quote provided by Dan. I requested internet quotes from 4 other KIA dealerships and they either would not give a quote without me coming to the dealership or they provided an unrealistic low quote applying all available rebates even though I did not qualify for them (i.e. military rebate). Overall it was great experience with Dan. I will definitely tell those I know who are looking to purchase a new vehicle about Dan and Rosen. They really have the sales process down right.

I am very impressed with Rosen Kia. I have a Kia Optima and originally took my car to a different dealership for service, but had nothing but horrible experiences at that dealership. A friend suggested I try Rosen. They are amazing! So professional and polite. They Take great care of my car! I had a problem with my car right before a trip. I was able to drop off my car, they took me to the airport, fixed my car while I was gone, then picked me up from the airport to get my car. Rosen gets all my business from now on!

The third time trying to finance a car finally happened at Rosen after some other dealers couldn't make anything happen for me. The funny thing is they did it right away with less money down than what I had tried at other places and were able to get me approved on a brand new car. I plan on doing all my services and car washes here and in the future purchase more cars.

We had a fantastic experience with Eric Tharp! He got the job done! No pressure and answered many many emails and phone calls from us and never made us feel like we were a bother or wasting his time!!! He was very patient and worked very hard to get us a good fair deal for our trade and also for the New Nissan Armada that we purchased from him! He never pressured us and was very patient. It was really nice to test drive the vehicle without having someone ride along. We appreciated the privacy and all his hard work! I would highly recommend working with Eric Tharp! He gets the job done!!

I recently purchased a new Nissan Maxima from Rosen Nissan. My salesperson's name was Anthony Weide and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. He is a no nonsense type of guy and made my experience purchasing my new car stress free. I chose to go with in house financing and the whole process was quick and easy. I believe the finance lady's name is Kathy. Again this was a stress free purchase and I highly recommend Anthony and if you are financing ask for Kathy. Thanks for everything guys and I LOVE my new car.

This was the fourth Nissan vehicle I leased from Rosen. Kevin was great to work with and located the vehicle in the color I wanted since they did not have any in stock. Each time it is a very easy process from start to finish. Thanks again

There actually should be a 6 for going above and beyond. I had a little issue with the navigation and called Sherry but did not leave a message. I figured out by myself what was wrong. She called me back to see if everything was O.K. I was stunned, I've never encountered that before. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

When I started out looking for a car I had many questions which they answered they were very outgoing to make it happen for me to get a car they went above and beyond to take the time and do what it took to get me this car and they work together to make it happen as a team great job!

The people in the dealership was kind and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable buying my new car. Thanks to John and the rest of the staff that worked with me.
