Just leased a Sentra with Kevin Berger. Third time I've worked with Kevin and all three times were easy and pleasant. Kevin is very up front. Never feel like he's being anything less than honest. I always recommend Kevin to friends and family and plan to come back next time I'm in the market.

These were my go to back up guys after a really bad experience with Bill Maynards Auto. They got my car working in 1 working day with an electrical short, after I spent 3 months at Bill Maynards with them not even checking the car.

I was looking for a very specific car and told the sales girl that I had been promised a car already and the other delearship ended up not being able to get the car. She told me there would be no problem and call me the next day when the car arrived. It was in the afternoon and no call. Called the dealership to see where my new car was that they promised me. It was already sold and they pretty much didn t care that they promised me a car that couldn t get. Horrible service left manager a message still haven t heard from him. Don t listen to them if they promise you a car. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Don't go there. Our experience is that this dealership has changed and not for the better. Our Salesman was not knowledgeable about the car we wanted to purchase and then he was less than honest about the price, we couldn't figure out if he just didn't know his stuff or this was all some sort of tactic to reel us in. As we go in to sign the final papers the cost of the car was different by $1500 and he had said we would get $500 on our trade in and it was $400 on the paper work. Then to add insult to injury, we honestly felt bullied and harassed into giving them a 5 point rating of our experience which we didn't do.

Rosen Does It Right

It is truly refreshing to go into a business and be treated the way I was recently treated at Rosen Nissan Kia. I went to Rosen to look at a few Nissan vehicles. I was never pressured, all my questions were answered and best of all, I received a very fair deal on my new Nissan. To top off the whole experience, the owner took the time to personally thank me for visiting his dealership. I will tell my friends and family about the great experience I had at Rosen.

Best dealership experience- Rosen Nissan Kia

I thought when I purchased my first vehicle at Rosen Nissan (Nissan Pathfinder) that it would be my best dealership expierence until I went there to purchase my second Nissan, I can't say enough great things about Jeff Rosen and his team, Not only did my salesperson Beni save me money he also made sure I purchased a vehicle with the features I needed not just wanted. Rosen Nissan is a friendly and caring dealership and when it comes to spending my time and money I want it to be at a dealership that cares and that's Rosen Nissan. Thanks for putting your customers first.

Excellent customer service! Made buying a car fun. Even though purchasing a car can be very stressful, they went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. The salesman made sure I understood everything and even followed up the next day to see if I needed anything . Definately recommended them to everyone

Buyer Beware!!!!

I purchased a new Kia from Rosen and they added an optional extended warranty on to the vehicle without even asking me. When i asked them to remove the extended warranty from my contract, they refused. They told me that they needed to keep the extended warranty (costs $2,000) in order to make a profit from the sale. A month later I returned to the dealership and asked to speak to Engin (Kia manager). He told me that if they cancelled the extended warranty, they would need to redo the entire contract and raise the purchase price of the vehicle. I have been driving this vehicle for a month. I called an attorney and found out that what they are doing is against the law but it is common practice among certain dealerships. Beware of Rosen strong arm tactics.

BUYER BEWARE!

If you want horrible customer service or to get ripped off on a car then go to Rosen.



Just beware, they are not out for your best interest. They (sales people) don't want you to feel good about buying a brand new car that we work our tail off for - even though they are getting top dollar for the cars. I came to realize they do not charge "average" market rate for their cars, which makes sense, since they just built a $2 million dollar showroom.



I spent 2 hours of my life that I'll never get back, trying to buy a new car. It seems it was too difficult for the new car sales manager to close on. Apparently commission for the month has already been made so there's no reason to sell another car. Ride the wave now, because once cash for clunkers ends, and you need that sale, my money will ALWAYS be spent at a different dealership!



And that's the great news, there are an abundance of new car dealers in the Milwaukee area. I'm pretty sure they will take my money.
