The sales person Ruben Zavala and the manager Keith Reed are both honest, and knowledgeable ! I would rate them much higher than just 5 stars!

We appreciated that there were not multiple trips back and forth with the manager and multiple price offers. Manager came out to meet us and was very straight forward. fair pricing was presented. No pressure tactics were used and they understand we wanted to have time to compare other vehicles and make our choices. Our sales man went over all the features of the car, set up the blue tooth and told us we could contact him with any questions or problems. He went all out to get the features we wanted in our time frame as we wanted the car for a vacation.

I'm a repeat customer. Have had great experiences with both my purchases. Plan on returning in the future and will recommend this dealership to anyone..

Sherry went out of her way to find out what my needs were as far as the type of vehicle that I wanted and what I could afford financially. She was very helpful, I am very happy that I had the opportunity to work with her. My brother recommended That I go to her and I will definitely refer her to other people.

Sherri was wonderful as my sales contact. I felt like she was a long lost girlfriend. She helped me with questions & concerns that I didn't know I would have. She even programmed my bluetooth. I would definitly recommend this dealership for their outstanding customer service.

Abe is amazing, he helped put together a great deal and was a pleasure to work with. Felicia takes wonderful pictures :) the dealership is busy, yet everyone remains respectful, professional and fun. The entire process went smoothly and I would happily do it it again.

Beni is fantastic, very laid back, not pushy and easy to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Being that we live over 100 miles away, Beni kept the communication lines open, listening to our wants, needs, and budget. Mary (in the finance department) was very organized, had the paperwork practically ready for us to just sign and drive. She was wonderful to work with, very knowledgable and made us feel as if we knew her for years. Very friendly atmosphere. Rosen Nissan handled everything to my satisfaction. The answers I received on the phone were truthful and the price stayed what they said it would.

Their service dept screwed up my parts order, then I find out that they didn't disable the faulty motor (like they SHOULD have) & the window goes half way down when we got there - since it was RAINING I had to tape up the open window!



On 6/15 after recently asking for a very SIMPLE quote regarding installing a phone mount. They first never got back to me after I filled the form out, then after my complaints to them, I get an email from a yahoo address not identifying themselves saying they were from a "service department" and not from what dealership. Never identifying themselves, this "Chris" just asked me what I wanted. unprofessional of this place.



On 6/30 - almost 2 weeks after Renee Louis (manager) promised me no further contact, they decided to flood my phone number with 4 phone calls in a row. Not only did they lie to me about contacting me again, but they BROKE THE LAW and harassed my phone illegally.

i refuse to purchase my vehicles anywhere other than Rosen! Every person there always makes my visit extremely pleasurable. They take their time to make sure that I am 100% satisfied before I walk out the door whether it be for service, parts, or getting into a new vehicle!

I got the exact car I wanted and my wife git the exact car she wanted. All because Rosen cares about what we wanted. They worked hard and delivered. What else can you ask for? Engin is unbelievable. Josh also did a great job and stayed late to deliver the perfect cars for us. Thank you guys!!
