Yesterday was a great day at my daughters first appointment Kelsey and Taylor made her comfortable and fearless. We'll be back for more great service. Two thumbs up!

We had a great first visit with Kool smiles very friendly clean kid friendly and welcoming we will be back in 6 months ya to no cavitys

My daughter had a visit today at KoolSmiles , though she waited over an hour to be taken to get her teeth cleaned when taken to the back Kelsey showed great spunk when explaining our visit. She also never forgot us and kept us informed. Wintu cleaned her teeth and was very thorough. The girls seemed rushed. But they made the best out of our visit. We'll be back. Hopefully during a less crowded visit next go round.

I have been here with my kids before but when I needed to go to the dentist I decided to come here for myself & Marisa was so helpful & cheerful as well as the dentist I just love how thoughtful and help he is!

My daughter, Jennifer Tran, is a new patient here at Koolsmile in Fredericksburg. We are very pleased with the treatment. Dr Zainul is very nice. He explained everything to parents from viewing the x-ray to his plan for treatment what he will do next and what is good. During the procedure he made sure the kid feel comfortable and always check for pain. My daughter told me after the procedure done that she didn't feel pain at all. She went home, did fine and didn't even need Tylenol for pain. The two dental assistants who worked with Dr Zain were very nice also. The staff is friendly and explained very thing for patients. I can see the clinic is very busy with a lot of little customers after school hours, but the staff still handle very well. I am glad that I choose this clinic for my kids' dental care.

LOVE Marrissa and her singing ! Dr. Zain is the best, always make sure he fills my cavities in. AKemi was very generous . :)

This was the best dental visit I have ever been to. Kelsie was such an amazing aide. She was very kind and friendly to me and the children. Ms. Shelby did my son's x-ray and she was very gentle and quick. My children enjoyed their visit and will be back in 6 months.

Kelsie was very sweet and caring for my child. I loved her. Chatted with me for a long time. Deff a great lady.
