From the time we first arrived the reception staff was extremely friendly. One of the assistants that stood out to me was Jamil. She was outstanding with my daughter and really made sure my entire family was taken care of. Julie and Dr. Zane did great as well and were really nice. A few problems I saw was a Kimberly I believe her name tag said she was a team lead. She was very rude not to me but the ladies that were working. I felt upset for them.Also I think that this location tends to overbook and should work on scheduling appointments. Overall this was a great experience with a great staff!

Had an amazing experience. Taylor was great with my child. She helped so much and never stopped smiling! She is amazing at her job. Place was nice and very well kept!

We were scheduled at 10:00 am for our son and received text and email notices confirming the time only to be told upon arrival our time was 10:30 am. When called back at 11:00 am we were informed we had a co-pay of $35 for fluoride treatment that should have been done during cleaning for our son at no cost for us. We finally had enough of the poor service and walked out. We will transfer our service to Southpoint Quality Dental where my wife and I both get service. We have had excellent service there from Dr. Swanson and anticipate the same for our kids. No play area, no problem! Customer service more than makes up for it!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at Kool Smiles. I arrived ten minutes before my daughter's 9:45 appointment on 10/11/2014, was treated disrespectfully by the receptionist upon entering the facility and then was made to wait until 10:26 before we were called back for our appointment. We watched three families that came in after us be called back before us and my daughter asked twice at the reception desk when we'd be called and was told we were next only to watch other children to be called ahead of us. We then waited an additional 12 minutes in the examination room before anyone even acknowledged our presence. At 10:38 the hygienist came over to us. We left the office at 11:15. There is no reason for a routine cleaning appointment to keep someone at the dentist office for an hour and a half especially when over half that time was spent waiting. I have always had good things to say about Kool Smiles but am looking for a new pediatric dentist for my daughter because this was the absolute worst treatment I've ever experienced in an office like this.
