Poor time management in office. Arrived 15 min as instructed them waited 1.15 min before being seen by Dr. Le. She had poor chair side manner. Didn't think there was anything wrong with my sons tooth when he was instructed to return by previous Dentist. She spoke unprofessionally telling my son to shut up. We left with more of an issue after her treatment then before. We will not be returning. There is a lot of Dentist turn over. You are lucky to see the same dentist twice.

Kool Smiles did an eceptional job on my mouth. Dr. Oder and Dentist Assistant Akemi did very well and took their time to make sure they got the job done the right way. Kool Smiles is a great place to go with great care for their patients. I thank Kool Smiles for helping keep my mouth clean and in good shape.

DA:Akemi and dr:O i had a abcessed tooth and a cap that had to be tooking care of and kool smiles performed it well thank you kool smiles. Very polite and respectful.

This is a good place for children And aldults! My daughter went here and got fillings and she said that while they were working on her teeth that she didnt feel any pain nor was she nervous!

Taking 6 girls to the dentist is a challenge but kool smiles made the experience a breeze. Tiffany did an amazing job at making my three year old comfortable in her chair.

I love kool smiles I been using them for 7 years now in have 3 year old twins who go here as well as my 7 year old. Tee was wonderful.

Wintana did such a great job with both of my girls. She was very friendly and made them both feel comfortable. She took the time to explain things to us and we didn't feel rushed. Wintana made the whole experience very enjoyable and easy.

Staff is really nice but the wait time is a little long waited about 45 min lat time we were there.

We recently took my 4 year old here. This was her first real dental experience. The waiting room was mostly chairs, with a small play area. It was very crowded, and we waited over an hour to get called back. It took over an hour for the cleaning and xrays as well. The constant changing of care providers made her very scared. There was no familiar face. The person that takes you back isn't the person that cleans your teeth. The person that cleans your teeth isn't the one that does x-rays. And then of course the dentist is a separate person. The assistant for her filling was also someone different. So in one visit, we had 6 different people. How is a child supposed to get comfortable that way? I am not sure I will be going back. I went because it is supposed to be child friendly. Besides the play area, it really wasn't.

All three children's cleanings done in 30 minutes and Stephen was a comedy show for my youngest.

Akemi and Dr. Zainul were awesome today!

Marissa was the best! I was in a lot of pain from my teeth and she put me at ease and got me laughing. Dr Odeh did my fillings quickly and with ease. Great experience!

My daughter and I met a great young lady this week at her annual dentist appointment. She got a few giggles out of my nervous one. Shelby was also very kind and gentle during x rays. And her appointment ended with a sparkle sticker. Can't thank you enough Kelsie at kool smiles ! See you on Tuesday for orthodontics!

Kelsie and Tony did a wonderful job with my daughter yesterday even with computer issues. Another good visit at our favorite office!
