Had another outstanding visit at Kool smiles. My 4 year old had to have her tooth pulled because she knocked it out and Shelby was awesome with Aubree again. All of my kids enjoy coming here and live the love the staff. They always ask me when we r coming back. Thanks Kool smiles for always being sugh a wonderful and enjoyable dental office to come to.

Dr. Zain and Tee were wonderful today!!!! My grandson needed three fillings....and he walked out with a smile on his face. I needed to be out by 10....and we were! Awesome experience!!! :)

WOW----What a Circus !!!----Will never return to this place again!!-----Appt at 12 noon, arrived at 11:45. Was seen about 12:30--x-ray--then told I would have to wait till 2PM for extraction. Waited in waiting area full of children yelling screaming , and fighting on a MCDonalds like Jungle Gym. Children everywhere--a toddler running up and down the side walk in front of the office while his Mother was back having teeth cleaned. They were double booking , and herding folks in like cattle.. Was seen to have extraction at about 3PM and finally tooth extracted and ready to leave office at 3:45and was told a perscription would be called into pharmacy down the road close by---script was never called in and after almost 2 and 1/2 hrs of wait a t pharmacy, and phone calls back and forth--went back to the office where I was given a handwritten script. Took the prescription to have filled and was told the script was written wrong and could not be honored. Drove back to office at 6:48 pm and the dentist was called back to office to correct the script Then back to the Pharmacy again.. I do not blame the Dentist--he was very apologetic and clearly upset-----I do blame however the office manager and the dental assistants, and the Kool Smiles Corp as they make practice to double book patients and have newly added orthodontic surgery and orthodontics to their very small and unaccommodating office. A Doctor is osly as good as his staff allows him to be. They are hired to assist him, not to work against him. His office should be calm, quiet and reserved . It should be a professional setting---NOT A PLAY LAND FOR CHILDREN !!!!!! There was no private area for adult patients. There was no organization or control in this office. The office manager does not even enforce that parents must be with their children in the office at all times.( No signs or any reminders via paperwork with registration.Very displeased as it was a 7 hour ordeal for me today at the Kool Smiles Office. A dentist is only as good as his staff allows him to be--the assistants and the office manager clearly were not supportive of this young Doctor==who was clearly overwhelmed! They need more training and organization for doing their jobs in a professional and proficient manner. The office manager allowed him to be over booked, over worked and overly stressed to the point of confusion. And then the icing on the cake------- as the office manager( who says she is the regional manager) blames it on the Dentist Himself for all the days problems---WOW--she and his assistants should be ashamed and so should the Kool Smiles corporation for pushing this young doctor to his limits. Might want to get a real mangers in that office location and get this fellow some help from trained professionals to make his days go smoother-----NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO EXPERIENCE A SEVEN HOUR VISIT FOR A THOOTH EXTRACTION !!!!

I had no ideal about the lay- out of your dentist office and the glass windows are mirrors you cant be see out of once your inside....how cool is that ? ..lol the service is great and just keep getting better as you wait ......

We've been going here for about two years. The staff is awesome and efficient. We're in and out and they have great hours and are awesome with kids! Love this place!

We have been coming to Kool Smiles for over a year and we always a good experience. My son got his routine 6 month cleaning today. Shelby was our dental assistant and Tony cleaned his teeth. Both were very personable and they made today's visit great. Thanks Kool Smile.

I recently had to switch dentists for my children and im so grateful for Kool Smiles!! Shelby and Julie were so comforting for my kids. You ladies are great at what you do!!

I would not recommend another dentistry over them!

We had a really great first experience at this Fredericksburg location!! Staff was great, especially Kim who gave us really great tips and advice on keeping our daughters teeth healthy. She also thoroughly went over our daughters treatment plan which was a big plus. Besides having a play area and TV and games for the kids, it was a win win for us and we will be making this our permanent dental office!!!
