I am so happy to have found a great dentist in the area my kids love coming here and they leave HAPPY all the time. My kids love ( D.Le, the assistant Ghada and all staff ).

I am very pleased with kool smiles they do provide excllent care for my kids the staff makes our appointments memorable .

My daughter and son go to kool smiles, they are wonderful, friendly and know what they are doing. They tell you step by step what they are doing to your child. The important part is the patience they have working on children. I recommend everyone to go to kool smiles.

My boys likes going there. They were very friendly and made my kids very comfortable. The facility is clean and the staff are very friendly.

Very prompt and fast. Great activities for children, family friendly. Organized and professional work space. Liz explained and made sure I understood the process. Liz also explained what was needed and why, for future visits.

Took an early morning appointment hoping it wouldn't be as busy. My appointment was for 9:45. I arrived at 9:29 4 other people were signed in for 9:26 for that same appointment slot. There was 1 dentist on (I asked) and 2 dental hygienists (observed) we were there for over an hour and he never saw the dentist and we left. We will be going elseware. It's hard for a 2 year old to wait that long.

We've been going to Kool Smiles for over a year. My daughter is a tough cookie at times. Yesterday they didn't give up on her, they did a great job, helping her get over her fears.

Stay away, called me twice to confirm just to call me 5 mins before i am to be seen to cancel. told them NO. They over book. Out of the 6 kids onky 3 where seen. Never seen on time and again they over book. stay away.

If I could give 6 stars I would! Dr. Odeh and his staff made the appointment for my children so enjoyable. Dr. Odeh is very knowledgable in his field and professional. He was very kind and gentle with my kids. My kids have unfortunately been to other dentists before and it was a horrible experience. I'm happy that we finely found a dentist that is professional, knowledgeable, and great with children!

Watch out for the little Asian woman dentist. She is cold cruel and heartless to the pain and child can fell going through this. Horrible, horrible horrible. Once you meet her you will be able to tell quickly she is a cruel cold woman.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appt with my 3 kids.. for one the waiting area was extremely cold. . Our appt was at one. . We walked out at 3:30.. the did not have enough staff.. so bad my 6 year old thought he was done while waiting for the next person. The staff needs to communicate with their patients about time delays.. it's ok

Worst Dental Management in Virginia. The wait time is horrible, your appointment is 30 - 45 minutes behind. Once taken back you sit for an additional 15 minutes. The office does not want Camera's in the back, what I see. The Dentists do not want to be recorded making recommendations they state is covered by your insurance when it isn't. Received several bills after service and after the office stated would be covered. They also make false diagnoses to make money. Was told daughter had a cavity and I asked to be shown where, then the next visit she didn't have a Cavity. So to compensate, they stated fluoride and sealants would be covered, a month later I received a bill.

Dr. Le is the best!! From my son's routine exam, to removing his infected tooth, Dr. Le took excellent care of my son. The whole staff is great!!!

Both my 12 year old and 7 year old visited there yesterday for the first time and it is by far the best experience I've ever had. My oldest son had a horrible first experience at the dentist which included a straight jacket to say the least so he was extremely nervous and ended up Needing not only his regular cleaning and X-ray but two fillings, two sealants and four extractions and he was so pleased with the visit and the care he received!

Dr Odeh & Tee were absolutely great with my daughter today. Quick & painless. Today was the best experience I've had with Kool Smiles.

Marissa was a great assistant with my son today , and Dr.le was very gentle and kind the front desk staff especially kelsie was extremely helpful .

We arrived a hour early due to a mix up. They got us in quickly and we were provided great care for my 3 year old.

Stay away. These folks are impatient. They do not communicate with you. The wait is always long even when no patients are there. We have been here 3-4 times, and each experience was horrible. They have no patience with kids that don't do so well. Last time they tried to sneak in laughing gas without telling me if it was OK with me as a mother or with my son. They will NEVER see us again. Stay away.

Horrible time management. Our appointment was at 10 and we didn't get seen until 11:15 and waited in the back for 30-45 minutes before any work was started

Bad time management. Staff seen to not be knowledgeable. Front staff. Appointment was a 9am I didn't leave until 11:45. Wish there was a location in woodbridge va
