Had a great time b once again. My child enjoyed her visit up until her x-rays. I thought the tech working on her was a bit rough but this was my child first time having it done.

Kids friendly office and play ground in waiting room !! I love taking my kids to Fredericksburg dentist office and I became a patient with this office . Because I love how Dentist and Akime assisted my child . They are such a fun and sweet . Recommend to an adult who is looking for a great dentist office !!

10 stars instead of 5, koolsmiles brings expert professional passionate dentist like doctor Ghada,she is not a dentist only she care advice provides excellent service,i recommend Dr.Ghada to be the manager of this office and recommend all kids go koolsmiles and ask to treated by dr.Ghada,great job Ghada,my 3 kids love to see u again and again!!!.

We drive 2 hours just to go to Kool smiles. The dentist are caring and understanding of travel time for us. They have taken amazing care of my 7 year old.

Dr. Odeh & DA: AKemi I'm allergic to mint so they made sure there was none used. Highly recommend using this dentist. Fast, easy, and pain free dental work.

Brought my 4 year old here for her second dentist appointment. Her first visit was not a very kid friendly atmosphere, and did not go over well. So she was terrified of going to a dentist again. My child loved jungle gym and coloring station in the waiting room. We were taken to the back by dental assistant, Elizabeth. Who we learned has the patience of a saint! She was very kind, knew exactly how to talk to kids, and went over everything they had to do before actually touching her. My little girl took to her so they let Elizabeth actually stay through the process with her to brush/clean/floss her teeth and do her x-rays. She was able to get done a lot more than we expected with my dentist terrified kid! She was very knowledgable and explained the process of taking care of they cavities they found. All the staff were great and didn't just try to rush through the process at all . A big thank you to Elizabeth for helping my girl get through her first real dentist appointment!

Akemi and doctor O was awesomeeee ���� they were nice and understandinggg. Im happy with the work they have done.

I have been going to Kool Smiles for many years. Everyone is very nice and funny and they care about you and your teeth. They do a wonderful job and I highly recommend them.

My son went to get a crown today, but unfortunately his teeth were to dirty to do. So he ended up getting a cleaning and some trays to be ready for the next visit. Tan the male hygienist at kool smile was excellent engaging and informative. My son is 14 standing 6 feet 3 inches, Tan had him laughing and he even said that Tan was nice because he showed him how to floss. Now when it came to the rays that was done by Liz and she was awesome, inviting and pleasant. My son even let her take his hair pic to comb through his Bush!!!! He let's no one do that. Last but certainly not least was mercies at the front desk, she was helpful, patient, and professional. Thank you three for making our visit today wonderful, fun, and pleasant. See you guys in two weeks!!!!!

We had a GREAT visit for my kids cleaning and checkups at Fredericksburg 。One of our son was the first visit . Hygienist Ms Winta & Mr Tan was amazing with two Dr . They are great team and professional also all Assistants are very friendly . I LOVED about this office was they tried to make our visit memorable . Thanks SO much for Akemi , Gina and clenical leader Tiffiny for the awesome balloons and stickers to make them SO special !!The Front desk ladies are very fast and nice . Looking forward to seeing you guys in 6month

I was a little hesitant bringing all 3 of my children plus our newborn to the dentist for their check up and this being a new dentist to us I put it off for months and months but we finally came in and this was by far THE BEST dental visit I myself have ever been to as well as for the kids, we LOVE it! Everyone is so fun and friendly we already cant wait to come back :) Awesome job Kool smiles!

Had a 6 month follow up with all three children today and I have to say out of all the times we have been to dentist appointments this was the best visit by far. All kids were called back promptly and ease in scheduling for follow up appointment they even worked to get us in sooner than we thought would be possible. GREAT JOB Kool Smiles!!

It was SO awesome visit ! Parents I highly recommend to visit this office ! My son was really nervous since this was his first time experience . I was more nervous than my son ... The Consultation with Ms Akemi was very easy flow and very professional , she explained everything that parents needs to to know !! I learned more about oral hygiene !! it was a decent experience but the employes were really nice I have a next appointment soon and I would really enjoy coming back
