Mr. Carl Williams was very personable and thorough on our regularly scheduled service today. We have been with Alterra for over two years and have been very happy with both the employees and services.

Had a fantastic sales experience with Jared Brown and he arranged for Lane Queen to service our home the same day. They both were very pleasant and accommodating to our requests!

We have been using alterra for about a year now and are extremely happy with the product and the service. They are always on time and they never wait until the last 5 minutes of their appt time to show up (like the other companies). Mr. Williams was

our service pro this time and he cleared all the webs off the house and was very considerate of my animals and my garden and was just a genuinely nice guy. Thanks for the visit.

Terry was my tech today and he was the best we have had from Alterra since we have been with them. Not only did he spray every entry point, but also removed all spider webs from all first floor windows including the deck without me pointing it out. Thanks Terry for doing it right.
