Jeff Odum was very thorough during his service job at my house. He was very polite and i would like him to make all future service calls to my house. It is rare these days to find someone with that type of customer service. You would be wise to hold on to him. I have my own business and I have a difficult time finding anyone that understands customer service as he seems to.

Jeff Odum came for our quarterly service and was great. He got right to work, treated our yard, cleaned the eaves, and took the time to see where our dogs hang out and treated for ticks and fleas. We are pleased with our service.

Sorry I am so late in doing this review. Todd came by to do our quarterly service and we were actually not home at the time, but I did mention to the person who confirmed the time that if we were not home could she have the guy leave bug traps for the garage. He definitely did that. We have been pleased with our service since switching over!
