Alterra is a fantastic pest control service. We have been using them for 2 1/2 years and have had few issues with pests on our property. The few times we have, they have come out at no additional charge. The technicians are exceptionally friendly, and do a very thorough job. Travis Dyer, our most recent technician did an excellent job and provided fabulous customer service. I'd recommend this company to anyone shopping for a pest service.

I have been using Alterra since September 2014. Derrick Ricky is my technician. I have very high eaves and he did an incredible job covering the whole roof area -- he even brought an extension pole and a ladder! I really appreciate the attention to detail. We used other pest services in the past who wouldn't go that high. That is why I chose them and why I am so happy with the service!

Alterra does a good job all around. They are effective and efficient and reasonably priced. They arrive when they say they are going to arrive and do what they say they are going to do. Brandon is my regular tech and he is friendly, helpful, and informative. They have a policy where they will return for free after a service if you see additional activity.
