This is my second time leading from benchmark and I have to say they did it again . I am so pleased with their service I am enjoying my new home. Thank you benchmark for fulfilling my single family home needs!

My husband And I looked for a new home for a long time, we had a long list of needs and wants for our new home. It wasn't till we found benchmark that then we could see the light at the end of the tunnel. We found our new home while working with JR he made us feel confined and comfortable with the moving process. Upon moving in we had an issue with our hot water heater, I called maintenance and they were here 15 mins later to fix the issue. We love our new home and love working with a company that truly cares about their properties.

We have looked at soo many homes with multiple leasing companies and it was a nightmare ... When dealing with benchmark our leasing agent was J.R and he was awesome he answered every questioned we had && has an awesome lersonality !!! The home we just moved into is what we were looking for .. Very clean and up to date, the move in was clean and easy if there were any questions the office staff had an answer ... The way benchmark is ran is how a company should be ran !!!!

Move In was great! We have almost been a year at our home and its great! Homes are in great neighborhoods, great to raise a family. I have only called once for maintenance requests and they were out in a timely manner. I recommend renting from Benchmark their homes are built to last!

My husband and I just started renting with Benchmark this month. So far so good. We had a few concerns in the beginning but Rachel and Dawn took care of the issues right away. JR was our leasing agent, and he answers his phone everytime I call. Never acts put out with any questions I may have. I am very happy we made the leap and hope to make this a long term home.

My fiancé and I just moved from NY to KC. The homes that we were shown by Lorenzo were all very nice and at affordable prices. Rachel made all the paperwork efficient and painless. She was also available to answer any questions that we came across during the application process. When we arrived in town on Saturday, Lorenzo was happily ready to meet us and spent a good deal of time ensuring that everything was up to our standards. I could not have imagined a better experience to begin our new lives in KC. Thank you Benchmark!

I just moved into one of their apartments and I love it! It is a great size and great price! They completely renovated the whole thing and it looks like it would cost a lot more than what they charge! I had looked at many many different apartments and nothing compared to their apartments. Rachel and Lorenzo are both very friendly and helpful as well as everyone else I have been in contact with! They are pretty prompt in completing work orders which is always a good thing! I'm definitely happy so far!

We were looking for the perfect home to start a new life as a married couple, and a safe,warm,comfortable enviorment to raise children. We found all of those aspects,plus more, with benchmark-kc. We recently transfered to another Benchmark property. (needed more space)That should say alot right there about what my family thinks of Bench mark. We love the house! Benchmark always take care of any maintaince issues within a timely manner and All of there Homes are nicley remodeled. There Staff is very friendly, and professional If your lucky to our JR as your agent he will keep you laughing. Something out of our control happened and we had less then a week to move to a new house and Rachel and Lorenzo did everything they could to find us a beautiful house and get us approved within 2 days! They were great to work with and very friendly. We can't thank Benchmark enough!

I relocated 2000 miles from the west coast to the Kansas City area at the beginning of the month(November). Relocating my wife and children and all of our stuff was quite the chore. I viewed numerous properties and spoke with quite a few Reality professionals on trying to find a good home in a good area.

Benchmark stood head and shoulders above the rest. Their properties were consistently clean, updated/upgraded and well kept. Benchmark's level of customer service was second to none. JR Scott was fantastic to work with. JR gave great direction and was extremely helpful in finding us the right house. Rachael was no less than awesome helping us get everything squared away and in order, making our move and transition smooth and seamless. Rachael is courteous and fantastic to work with. Benchmark and their team of professionals are second to no one when it comes to customer service and quality of product. Absolutely satisfied.

My Experience so far with Benchmark has been pleasant. They have came out a couple of times and repaired some things in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with the way Rachel made our t transition from one Benchmark property to another one. I just had to pack and move without having to worry about how things were going to work. The team as a whole for Benchmark work at making sure issues are fixed and things are as they should be.

Miss Rachel, was wonderful. We shopped around to for for many weeks. The first hour shopping with Rachel we found a perfect place with us, she made the whole process wonderful. Thank you to benchmark and to Rachel
