I should say that North vanlines were really up to the mark and one of the best moving companies I have ever hired. The team arrived at our venue at 9 am as planned without any delay. They were punctual and brought all the necessary tools to dismantle my electronic equipment at home. Our house consists of three bedrooms and one of them was located in the first floor. It was a pleasant experience and we didn’t have to even lift a finger. A breezy move that left us really happy and made me write this review here. I heartily recommend them.

The guys who came to my home for a move were definitely hard working and really professional throughout the task. The customer service was simply on par with my expectation. They took time to talk to me and understand what I need without offering a package of their own.



Packing quality is something we were really concerned about. Our last move was not just a memorable experience but these guys ensured to clear all our doubts. They were supportive of our requirements. The packing was definitely good and the goods were delivered in a safe condition. It took an hour to unload them at a leisurely pace.

With a job role that requires frequent travelling, we have moved at least a dozen times in just five years. I have experienced plenty of movers and their service quality. North vanlines easily stands out of the crowd.



I have not hired them just once but twice and the attention to detail was simply astounding. They made sure the items were loaded and has enough cushioning on the sides to avoid damage.



The moving got bit delayed due to lack of equipment but somehow the crew managed to finish it time. They didn’t hurry up at all. Later, we served the team some lemonades and chit chatted about their job. Really friendly people they were.

Before hiring North vanlines, the biggest hurdle I had was we were on a really tight budget. The house is big with at least four bedrooms to cover.



I sat down with the customer care representative from the start and they helped me work out the best pricing for the job. It took hours but they were patient to help me reduce costs wherever possible and I did some packing on my own to keep it under control.



The crew led by Jack arrived at our house at 9 am and they started to work right away. We had most things packed but all the big household items were loaded by them. Totally satisfactory.

I really wanted to write this review so that people could easily know how reliable North vanlines is. I don’t mean to boast too much but it was a fact that they did care about their customers and did a fine job of moving my goods.



Me and my spouse tried to get everything ready before the crew arrived. However, there were some items that still needed packing. The guys handled it without complaint and they even stayed extra hours for a nominal fee.



The packing was neat. I couldn’t find faults with it. The job was simply perfect and they didn’t miss anything. Everything was delivered as promised.

The experience has been quite comprehensive right from the start. I would like to say that the customer support executive was very responsive.



They didn’t just ditch me after we hired them and paid half of the sum. Instead, frequent calls were made to ensure the team is working as instructed. They even called me once the entire job was done. I gave the team a five star rating through phone.



It wasn’t enough but I was totally satisfied with the job and the North vanlines company. The team satisfied our requirements and kind of delivered more than we paid for.

I really couldn't pinpoint just one best aspect about North vanlines because they had a bunch of positive things to talk about. The customer service was simply brilliant and the sales person with whom I was in touch throughout the move took care that the job was done in time and with perfection. She was prompt to respond to my e-mails and phone calls. The crew compromised of four people which was more than enough to pack my belongings and load them into the truck. I think their efficiency made it possible to do everything in just 3 hours. Superb, guys!

Just kidding! We were really happy as a whole because with a family of seven, it ain’t easy for any company to handle the stuff we have.



A total of five guys came in and despite the bad weather conditions, they managed to get the job done in time.



Separate wrapping was done for most items, especially those that are pricey or fragile. The job was done on a weekend with nominal additional charges.



There’s nothing more we could ask for. North vanlines is a cool company to opt for! A moving experience that left good memories with all of us.

Being a customer of movers and other consumer products, I am quite aware of the fact that no company is perfect. There are often times when things go wrong but it is about the team and the customer service people who are supposed to fix it.



North vanlines did a perfect job of the hurdles that they came across. We didn’t have enough packing materials. And, even though, I specified that we have a huge speaker system, one of the guys mounted other stuff that overloaded the truck. They immediately arranged a smaller van at no extra cost to move all things cross. Good job!

The best part about hiring North vanlines is that the company’s guys were never pushy and allowed us to pack on our own accord. We were totally doing it in our own pace. There were plenty of small items to get into the cartons and some were very fragile.



The team helped us put them into cartons we have already purchased from the shop. It was a satisfying experience on the whole because of the support lent by the guys. They loaded it into the truck once the entire job is done. Being able to do it without being hurried up was so good that I might hire them always.

North Vanlines movers were so professional that we were amazed at their efficiency and their skill to get the job done earlier than estimated. In the past decade, we have hired piano moving services at least thrice. But, the level of competence displayed by North Van Lines was extremely high. My wife was convinced that we must hire this company after reading positive reviews on them. After all, those who have sufficient experience were supposed to handle things in an expert manner.



The persons, I am not sure about their names, made happy us to the core. I remember this one guy named peter who kept instructing everybody on how to move the piano. While it is normal for us to get tensed during the move, their knowledge gave us the much needed assurance. It was a smooth move! I would wholeheartedly endorse them for anyone and have already recommended the company to one of my friends. Thank you guys!

I had the chance to hire North vanlines. We really couldn’t have asked for a better move. The experience was totally worth it.



The number of items including some equipment, gym accessories, televisions were there in my home. It is obvious that they require proper packing. I was so worried about the hassle of claiming an insurance if it happens that way.



But, luckily it never happened as the packing was tight and up to the point. The goods were safely delivered because of these guys who took the pain to pack it with utmost attention. The moving experience was totally positive right from the start to the end.

Joe, I guess was the guy who was in touch with me ever since I hired North vanlines for moving services. We were really happy to have hired them for the job. The team was exceptionally courteous and well-versed with the job. Little instructions were to be given as they knew what to do and did it all on their own.



If someone would ask me to recommend a company, I would definitely recommend this one without any hesitation. They were not only aware of how to pack things in a safe manner but didn’t hesitate to spend a couple more hours to unload the goods and help us arrange them in the new home.

I made sure I asked the names of the people who helped us move. They were Arthur, Dan, John and there was one more whom I couldn’t remember. The best team around. When I called the company, I specified them that I need someone who is good with electronics. They had to dismantle and remove many equipment at my home. It took a couple of hours than expected which was a tough job. But, the four-man team did it without flinching and even stayed late in the evening until all the goods were arranged and set in the new home. The boxes were not enough but they arranged in such a way to get the job done.

The pricing really fell within my budget which was a good deal for me. I was looking forward to a company that would help me move my furniture. There were plenty of them in our home. Most companies suggested a higher price tag. But, not North van lines. They were the most affordable people around.



Another satisfactory aspect about the team was that they were pretty good with the valuable items. Even though, all of them was insured and there was a separate insurance for the move, it wouldn’t matter if someone keeps breaking them. We were totally satisfied with what they offered.

The moving guys were really good at their jobs and I couldn’t praise them more. But, I got to let others know that the people were professional and punctual. Our house wasn’t big and we didn’t have too many big items to pack or load.



However, there were plenty of small stuff that I couldn’t pack in time. The guys from North vanlines took their time to put them all in boxes before loading them. I just marked while my SO helped organize them in the truck. The people did their job very well and there is nothing I could complain about. Cool deal.

The guys who came to home were really punctual, polite and were honestly doing the job. They were never in a hurry. I have had a really bad moving experience in the past which intimidated me from going for it. But, after going through plenty of reviews, I found North vanlines really worthy of it.



They have been serving people for a long time now and had so much of positive reviews. I should say that the team easily lived up to it with all the amazing service. I don’t remember all their names because I was mostly interacting with one guy named Gilbert. He was considerate of my requirements and helped move goods with utmost caution. Glad I picked the company.

I really can’t thank the team enough for their dedicated service. The guys who came to help us move our home were courteous and took the time to understand the requirement. There was a piano and some fragile goods that they moved with caution.



I can whole heartedly approve and recommend North Vanlines to anyone looking forward to avail moving services. They have a wide range of packages to choose from, has trained professional movers in their team and help you with good customer support in case you need some assistance on moving day. It’s a complete service on the whole.

Less than ideal experience. But nonetheless a rep reached out to me afterwards and they are making efforts to improve.

I suggest you do more research before settling with this company. If you do decide to go with them out of desperation, ask that you get official weight before and after your property is loaded on their truck.
