This mover is marvelous and hundred percent reliable. I used them twice and they worked with utmost care in both side. I shifted from NJ to VA. They brought moving pad to lug very heavy furniture from third floor to the ground. They were vigilant not to scratch any wall or floor on the way down. I had two bookshelves and wardrobe which were not possible to bring out. The expert workers took apart the items and the delivery persons again reassembled. I had a great experience with American quality movers. I moved from Clifton, NJ to Dover, DE. On the day of my move, they turned up in time and were very friendly and made us all laugh with their jokes. They were well organized, very polite and a great bunch of folks. I noticed they were well dressed and both their vans were very clean and tidy. They dismantled and reassemble my double wardrobe, the trampoline and the shed that was in the back garden. They also disposed of anything that I didn't want any more and offered to take it to the charity shop for someone else who could use it. All my fragile was bubble wrapped. Once the vans were loaded with our furniture, we then set off to the new house and when we got there, the guys unloaded in record time. I was happy that the move went without a glitch.
