US Express Moving System Inc

I called around a few different moving companies and US Express moving gave me the cheapest rate. I had never used movers before so I was worried that there would be hidden fees or I would get screwed somehow.



Best moving experience ever! The crew arrived 30 minutes early and got to work right away. They worked quickly and were careful with all my items. The big pieces of furniture were wrapped to protect them. I was really impressed with how quickly they got everything done. They asked me exactly where I wanted all of my items and even arranged some furniture. They got rid of all the trash and never dragged. They moved a 3 bedroom apartment in 4 hours!



I'll be moving again in 6 months and will definitely choose this company again.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE WHATEVER YOU DO!!! I cannot stress this enough, whatever other option you have must be better than this. They are all scheming, shady liars who will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to sign a contract with them. Once that contract is signed- everything they said goes out the window.I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE TO MAKE SURE MY STUFF WAS DELIVERED.



They have NO ACCOUNTABILITY ON DELIVERY TIME. I was given a 150% guarantee that my stuff would arrive to my new apartment in a new state before my job started and then that day I called over and over and nobody would pick up my calls. THEY SCREEN YOUR CALLS TO NOT PICK UP THE BAD ONES. After calling over and over and over, i finally got a pickup and they said my name as they picked up letting me know they knew it was me the whole time. I was told the truck decided to make more stops to make more money because I was not paying enough for them to care about my delivery time (they quoted me the price, I didn't negotiate with them), so my stuff wouldn't be arriving on the guaranteed day and I had to sleep on the floor the night before my new job.



I was very angry that I was deceived into thinking my stuff would arrive on time and I yelled at the person who had 150% guaranteed me and he started to CRY THAT I WAS STRESSING HIM OUT AND HE HAS HEALTH & EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS. I SWEAR HE CRIED AND HUNG UP ON ME.



Once my stuff arrived a day late at 10pm, the driver was completely shady and wouldn't even open the truck until I paid him the money. I said I wanted to see my stuff was there first before paying and he said he was leaving and not doing this. I knew if he left I would never see my stuff, so I called the police who made him stay and deliver the stuff, but also said I have to pay them first before I ever see my stuff and the condition it is in because of the contract I signed.



THE TRUCK IS PACKED TO THE TOP- STUFFED IN- WITH PEOPLE'S STUFF IN A DISORGANIZED MESS. I will post a picture I took of it. It took an hour to find my stuff in there and while trying to locate it and get it out, other people's things were being thrown out of the way and FALLING OUT OF THE TRUCK. I heard things smash that sounded fragile and saw a TV get thrown out of the way with no care at all.



They damaged my door frame and my floors while moving my stuff in, and two lamps were broken by them, but with the condition all of my stuff was in when I received it- I am lucky it was only that! I didn't even ask them for anything for it because I just cannot deal with them ever again.

Exceptional Movers!!! They were very professional and courteous. Moving in general is stressful, but they took care of everything for me.

They were great and I definitely recommend them.

The estimate was right on target, they packed it like it was their mom's stuff, and they pulled everything off as expected and on time. Hopefully we won't be moving again anytime soon but, if we do, we wouldn't hire anyone else.
