They were great!! US Express Moving made moving so much easier!! They did show up a few hours before they were supposed to but one phone call sorted that out and I wasn't charged a dollar more than I was quoted!! Their service was excellent and all our stuff was handled with great care. I definitely recommend US Express Moving Systems.

I wanted to praise the people who I have come into contact with while working with US express moving systems. Most people are so quick to complain, but they rarely give compliments. I am so happy with all of the people who helped me move. I received such great service that I was actually shocked at how good it was. The gentlemen who showed up to help us move were the best movers I have ever encountered. Great pricing was what drew me to your company, but it has turned out to be so much more than that.



I cannot say enough about the value for the money. The man who set up our move was so professional both on the phone and through email. He seemed like he really enjoyed his job. He was not faking being nice. He was not your average pushy sales man. All I can say is that US Express moving systems hires the best there is. He never kept us on the phone endlessly with questions and he always got it right the first time. He was really listening!



When the movers showed up, the exceptional service continued. They must have a really great training program at US Express moving systems. Those guys really knew their stuff. They packed so quickly I could not believe how organized it all was. I could have never done my own packing that fast or have done such a meticulous job. When they were done unloading at my new house they took the time to ask if I needed anything else. They did not rush off like they were in a hurry to get out. It is so hard to find people with such high standards and who take so much pride in their work, but US Express moving systems seems to have them all. I did not even mind unpacking because I was in such a good mood. I smiled all afternoon because my move was so free of hassles.



I am going to tell everyone how great US Express moving systems is. I have no problem recommending them to anyone who is moving. I will definitely be using US Express moving systems for my next move. No other company can rival the service provided by these movers. I am one satisfied customer!

I move a lot because of my job and every time I have to move I start getting migraines thinking of it because there is always and I mean always a problem with the moving companies, it's either they want more money or they want me to buy their lunch or they want me to tip them when they damaged some of my furniture that is going to cost me to replace.



Anyway I called this US Express Moving Systems company and they seemed great right off the bat because all of their employees over the phone were very helpful and courteous. I scheduled an appointment with them practically the same day and when they arrived on time I was surprised and a little excited because I thought maybe there finally is a good moving company. When they entered my home they went straight to work and packed up all my boxes and labeled where each one would go.



All the furniture was wrapped in blankets and gently carried into the truck. The movers had such agility that you could tell that not only did they know what they were doing but that they were good at it. Everything was loaded onto the truck pretty fast and so far so good, not one single damage on anything. As we arrived to my new location the movers did not even stop to take a break but I told them to take lunch and even offered to pay, they did take lunch but refused to let me pay. As they finished their lunch they went right back to work and finished unloading the truck with in two and half hours.



Everything was then put in its correct room and the furniture was unwrapped; the one thing that really amazed me was that any mess they made they cleaned. As you can see US Express Moving Systems did a great job relocating me. Thank you so much US Express Moving Systems and a big thanks to the crew you did an awesome job and I already know which company to go with every time.

The movers showed up on time. They were very friendly and knew exactly what questions to ask and what to do at the new house. They moved Mom���s belongings carefully and efficiently.
