I'm so glad I went with North Van Lines because they really did an awesome job with my move. I wanted a moving company who could save me a lot of stress and hassle of actually moving. North Van Lines promised me a group of 4 movers who would disassemble, carry, and load all without my help. But again at a reasonable price. I talked with my sales rep, and told him what I needed and we worked out an agreement based on my furniture weight of about 3500 lbs. Including a team in both states and a truck with fast as possible delivery. My final total came to $2750. I can't believe the lengths he went to, to get me a good price. If there's anything that deserves attention it’s a company that goes above and beyond for its customers. It was the sales rep's care that let me put my faith in the movers. I wasn't going to be there for the pickup window so I had a friend let them in and supervise. She said they were courteous and got a lot done quickly. I was only without my furniture for a week exactly before the truck got here. I really can’t thank them enough for their help.

We move often for work. I am no stranger to the u-haul and overnight drives. But this time I had to start work within the week and didn't have time to load the truck and fly my kids to the new state and settle them in. I called North Van Lines exactly a week before we planned to move. They were so accommodating and helpful. There were absolutely no rush fees or extra charges they didn't tell me about. They walked me through my packing list to give me an accurate quote and to gauge how many movers I needed.Their movers pleasant, respectful of my belongings and hardworking. They made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. They arrived on time with no damage or missing boxes which frankly, is impressive. They got to my new address in the 4 days promised without a single problem! From one experienced mover to another, they really have a handle on what they're doing!

This move was great from start to finish! I got a lot of calls from movers and was a little overwhelmed. When I spoke with north van lines they took time to go over all the details with me and did not make me feel pressured. When the movers showed up they did a great job loading my stuff. I ended up not having as much furniture and my price came down a little! I am very happy with with my move and would recommend north van lines to anyone moving.

I hired North Van Lines after giving my number to one of those sites that connects you with movers so they could call and quote me. I've done it before and it’s annoying to have your phone blown up with movers but it really is effective in getting the best price. I got calls from about 4 places before them. Ranging from about $3100-$2400. The average estimate for my furniture weight came to 3,800 lbs. The price range was accurate but I was looking for the best deal possible with a reputable company. Spending a few extra hundred initially was worth it to me instead of having my items held until I paid a hidden cost at the end of my move like last time. A sales rep from North Van Lines called and quoted me for $2600. The price was reasonable considering she dropped a cost for me and agreed to have movers in both states. IL->NY. A month later the first team got to my house at 1 p.m. on the 5th of March and they were nothing but respectful. Laid plastic on the carpet. Carefully disassembled my furniture and loaded it into the large truck. I expected a few scuffs and scratches because I mean it’s bound to happen but if there were I don't notice any. I'm still not done unpacking even though they got to my NY address on the 21st. I really am happy with my decision to move with them and I wanted to give them a little credit where it's due.

I was quoted for 2700 including movers in both states and a driver. I packed most of the non-personal items, like dishes into boxes and then unplugged and defrosted the fridge. I wanted to pack up anything super fragile or valuable to be taken with me. Pretty much anything with sentimental value. Along with my clothes. I put as much as I could into luggage and packed it into my car. The sales rep actually suggested I try that so I would have everything of importance with me while I waited for the truck. Other than that it was all North Van Lines. They weighed the boxes when they were done to save even more time and to make sure I was within my estimate. It was actually slightly lower than planned because I didn't include my clothing. On the 9th the movers came with the truck on the first day of their pickup window and loaded everything. They were careful and I made sure to watch especially when they were holding something valuable or delicate. they handled each box with care and I was really appreciative of that. The second group of movers were just as courteous and I really have to thank them. I'm sitting here right now unpacking surrounded by my completely undamaged belongings and I'm just so thankful I went with them

I have moved without a team in the past and I just can't express how much easier it is with a group of movers. Definitely worth it. The packing we did ourselves to save money and my own peace of mind. With everything packed safely away, the movers came on the 2nd and loaded a truck they provided themselves. I truly am impressed with North Van Lines. The group of 3 guys were efficient but did not sacrifice the safety of my things. They were still careful and did not try to take on too much individually. For example, my boyfriend's large oak desk needs a few people to lift and they planned out which exit they would take and had all of them to lift it rather than struggle with just 2. Everything was loaded safely and arrived 3 days later in Temecula ready to unload with a new team. North Van Lines really knocked it out of the park for us and I just wanted to take the time to thank them

I don't have much time and I rarely leave reviews but the movers really impressed me. I had driven a truck myself in the past across state lines for my own move and there were delays and it was just so difficult arriving and I was late by 3 days to my own house. that was a major reason of why I chose to hire North Van Lines this time. I expected delays, difficulties moving, finding out my fridge wasn't entirely defrosted, I expected something to go wrong. But it all went off without a hitch. They told me they would arrive in 10 days including the loading day and they were stopping at other places along the way. And they still made it on time! I am just so pleased with the professional courtesy.

I never really leave reviews but North Van Lines and my moving coordinator deserves it. My husband is a Marine, so we move around a lot. I've practically got packing/moving down to a science but a moving team takes off a lot of the pressure. I've never used North Van Lines before and they were leagues above the others I've used. He really did his best to get me as accurate of a quote as possible breaking down my list of belongings to best find my estimated weight that he could base the quote off of. He was always available. I figured little issues like losing a box or movers being late just came with the territory. But I happy to find their movers pleasant, respectful of my belongings and hardworking. It was almost like moving with good friends if only my friends were that hardworking! They made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. I'm very impressed and pleased. They got to my new address in the two weeks promised without a single issue!

Instead of having a pickup window I had a set day when the movers would come by. We were set for the 5th of May at noon. The movers were actually 20 minutes early which was perfect for me. I had time to talk to the driver and make sure for myself I trusted these guys. They were very efficient and worked hard, they really pulled through for me. I was a little worried my estimate would be off and I would get burned but they stayed true to the original price of $2100. I had different movers for both states. The second team laid plastic over the carpets to prevent stains from work boots, which I greatly appreciated. The truck got to my new house in the same week they planned for with nothing missing. North Van Lines did everything they promised and more.

In a world of missed appointments and broken promises, we were pleased to have used North Van Lines. They arrived on time, worked steadily and constantly and loaded everything from crystal to furniture. The crew was courteous and hard working and we appreciate all their work. The goods arrived safely and on time and were unloaded and placed where requested.....and the quote was to the penny. What more could we ask ?

I planned on being present the day of the move but not for the entire day. Just long enough to make sure they got there by the second day of the pickup window, and then drive up North Van Lines. The movers arrived with the truck at 11 in the morning and took a few hours to load. They were courteous and incredibly careful with all the boxes and heavy furniture. They even got my fridge in the back of the truck safely. Bringing the final moving time to 2 days. Everything arrived safely and on time. did exactly what they promised to do and I couldn't be happier

They were careful and I made sure to watch especially when they were holding something valuable or delicate. But they handled each box with care and I was really appreciative of that. The driver seemed super capable and was at my new address within two days. I really have to thank them. I just moved from Forks to Davenport Washington. It was still in state but I wanted a next day delivery after pickup, because I didn't want to drive that far in one go. I expressed that concern when I first spoke with someone from North Van Lines on the phone and they said it wouldn't be a problem. I would just get charged for the driving time and actual movers. I wouldn't pay for downtime which was perfect for me! I booked them for an estimate of $1700. They were always prompt in replying back whenever I had questions and they provided updates from pick-up until delivery. The delivery crew were very professional, courteous and hard-working. What more could I ask for? Every single item was carefully loaded. The delivery was really smooth. I would definitely recommend North Van Lines!

North Van Lines was actually the one to tell me how to come up with an inventory list. I called them first but with no list or even possible estimate my quote wouldn't be accurate. The sales rep said I could estimate just on the number of people and size of my home, but I wanted to be as close as possible. With a 1200 sq ft 3 bedroom he told me I was looking at about $1500. I made the inventory list and called back the next day and my price went up to $1700. The multiple desks, bookshelves, and bed frames that needed to be disassembled led to the raise in price. But I didn't mind as long as I found out first so I could budget instead of it seeming like a hidden cost later. They honored the estimate and the final price came out to what we agreed upon no hidden costs. But they did have some trouble when it came to loading the truck. They were a little slow. Taking multiple guys to lift a few boxes but hey, I would rather they err on the side of cautious. Other than that they did a good job. Came on time and managed to get everything loaded before day's end and were at the new address as promised. All in all a good job.

I cannot express how much I needed a moving company. Everything was a hot mess. I could not fit everything in boxes. I had some for donation. Others to sell and more to store versus take. I was just so overwhelmed and the idea of having a stressful day of loading a truck with all our stuff and driving it across state lines for hours long of a drive honestly worried me. I wanted to hire movers and provide our own truck and made an arrangement with North Van Lines to find us movers who could just do all the heavy lifting. I didn't want to wait for the truck to arrive so that's why I opted to have my own. Anyways we came up with an estimate of about $1,400 because my weight came to about 4,500 lbs and I needed about 4/5 movers. The guys they picked were such sweethearts and even walked my husband through how they disassembled our furniture so he could reassemble it at the new location. We had movers in loading and unloading but just in case the others didn't know they taught us some tricks. North Van Lines did a great job of picking a reputable company to help, I just wish I remember the name of the other guys!

When I first called in the rep Greg walked me through all the steps I'd have to go through to get a quote as close to reality as possible. He waited patiently while I pulled up the specs for the new place as well as answering his questions when it came to my current home. Using the size of the house and the distance between them as well as a couple other things we determined my estimated weight and from there I got a quote of about $2,400. I accepted the offer for a binding estimate and sent in my deposit. From there we discussed my move date and number of movers I would need. We exchanged a few phone calls in the upcoming month and they answered all of my questions about adding more or assembly. I always spoke with different people but everyone was always friendly and helpful. There was never a time I couldn't reach anyone. The actual movers did exactly what I asked for. I've moved before and i know how easy it is to break things or misplace an entire box which is what I expected and why I paid a little extra for insurance. But these guys really knew what they were doing. They arrived exactly at noon on the dot. And they were all entirely professional in matching shirts with their logo. They laid plastic over the carpeting to prevent staining the carpets. They were very careful with every box. Especially with the ones marked 'fragile'. I am just so grateful I had great movers who were just there every step of the way from a reputable company. Everything arrived at my new house undamaged and present. Which is unheard of. Even I'M not that careful with my stuff. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their things taken care of

I had been planning this move for about 6 months and it all went really well and I don't think it would have without North Van Lines' help. They specialize in moves across sate lines which was perfect for me. I was moving much farther than usual and needed major help. That's where North Van Lines came in. For about 2300 they had moving teams in both states and a driver who would take the truck all the way across the nation. They were actually really fun to move with. One of the movers in the first team was super sweet and even gave me tips to save on space and how to lift a couch properly. They really knew what they were doing and worked super fast. I really love a company that can handle every step, and do it right. The truck came about two weeks later and the second team helped unload. Nothing was missing or broken and they were a bigger help than I thought they would be. The money seems like a lot. But with big moves changing all your information, adjusting to a new place, and changing jobs, not worrying about boxes and assembling a couch is totally worth it.

I had an estimate 1800 lbs but I was going fairly far. So I was quoted around 2500. It sounded like a lot at first but she took the time to break down the costs with me. I booked them right there. We had a binding estimate and I ended up paying what I promised. Sent in my deposit and chose my move day. They gave me 2 day pickup window, told me all the need to know about moving, like to defrost my fridge at least a day before etc. The movers came on the first day. It was 4 men total and they all were quiet and professional. They plastic wrapped our carpet and got everything into the truck. The actual movers took a few hours to load the truck. They were very fast, I was shocked at how coordinated they seemed. Must be the mark of professionals. The truck took a little under two weeks to get to the new address. Just as promised. I loved them and I would definitely use them again!
