The guys were super fast and I am glad I found them. My wife was really tired of all the move and she wanted to get rid of the task once for all. We finally purchased our own house in the locality but moving is inevitable at this point. North Van Lines came in through my searches and I hired them.



The pricing was affordable and it looked like they had enough people to support the big move. The truck was clean and the packing materials arrived a day earlier. I am simply exhilarated by what the company did. They were so prompt, fast and responsive to my queries. Best of the best!

The guys, Travis, Alex and Max who landed in my home were exceptionally courteous and very helpful. The team really knew what they should do and shouldn’t do. I instructed them with the basics. Some of the stuff was already packed while the bigger ones were left intact. The team took care of it.



Max was totally responsive and gave attention to my requirements. He never slowed down the work at any point. The packing was totally satisfactory. It was packed in a neat bundle and didn’t had any type of damage on it. I was totally happy with the service and it was a satisfactory experience on the whole.

The first phase of the move was easy. I called up the people at North Van Lines and told them my requirement. They took it down and sent us their team on the fixed day. The real problem started on moving day. Some tools were missing as the ones they brought didn’t fit the home theater system.



I called up their customer care. It took almost 30 minutes to solve the situation. Another guy brought the tools. I should say I was totally satisfied. There was some commotion during the gap but nothing that can be solved later on. The service was really good, I would say.

One thing that most companies I hired in the past was that they lacked communication. The people from North Van Lines were quite sensible and they always updated me on the latest situation. I got calls from the customer care and the crew who worked in my home notified me of what they are doing.



The job was carried out in a totally seamless manner. The crew never called us for help. They just followed the instructions precisely and made sure the items were in place. The packing was really good. I had to pay a little extra in order to cover some items that were not in the list but it was worth it.

Once you hire a good moving company, the job is half done. It was such an experience that I was literally forced to write down this review. The good thing started as soon as I spent time talking to the customer care representative. They took time to finalize a nice package for me. It was affordable yet comprehensive.



The crew were on time. They were not just punctual but brought all the necessary tools. Some of the goods were packed by our family members but all the large items were packed by them. The packaging was definitely of best quality. It was reliable and got delivered to the new venue with utmost care.

After hiring North Van Lines, I became their satisfied customer. The crew consisted of three different people. One of them is Max, if I remember it correctly. The guys were really co-operative and made sure our entire family didn’t feel urged at any point. They took time to pack goods.



I would highly recommend the movers without any hesitation. They are obviously good at what they do. The pricing was affordable. Besides, they took time to get the job done and secure the goods. There was no damage at all. Packing, storage, loading and unloading, it’s a wholesome experience for sure.

The service provided by North van lines was highly professional. The team was educated and knew how to keep goods safe.



Packing was perfect. The only concern I had was they were a bit to slow to respond when I called them after the move. Five stars is an easy choice for the company. I reduced it little but I would highly recommend them.



If my friends or someone else would ask for a moving company suggestions, this is the one that comes to my mind first. They are totally reliable and has a very huge service area making it easy for anyone to hire them.

The customer service was amazingly polite. I was really happy with the staff. Being so courteous, polite and ready to answer your questions is something every company needs. I had some papers to be readied so as to move the items to another state. North van lines helped me throughout this job. It showed their dedication to customer satisfaction.



I even had a situation where storage was required for a week. While they did charge as any company should, it was quite minimal and there were some special discounts because the same movers helped me relocate. Definitely worth the cost and a highly recommended company.

Once again I would like to thank the movers. I am not a person who loves to write long reviews or actually leave reviews at all. But, I really wanted everyone to know how good these people are. After all, there are so many who just suffer from bad moving experiences. For all of you, I say go with North van lines.

They even do weekend moves and special packaging. I had a musical instrument which was properly wrapped and delivered.

Professional moving companies are many but it’s not easy to find a totally dedicated mover who would safeguard your goods as you would do. North van lines is one such company where everyone is inclined to help you out including the customer care executive and the crew.



I earlier moved from Texas to New Jersey. The company I hired was just ok. I had at least three different items damaged on delivery. The packing was not up to the mark. Arranged in the truck was not proper which lead to these damages. But, this time North van lines just ensured it was perfectly safe.

Spending time with professional people could either be really good or just turn into a disaster. It’s purely based on how the guys behave and respond to your queries. When moving, I had plenty of instructions to give because I was concerned about my goods. I didn’t want them to get damaged. The North van lines movers understood my perspective and worked with dedication.



It’s not easy to remember all their names. But, I did like this guy named Sheeran and there was Travis. Others were equally good but as I had to converse a lot with these two people, I remember their names better than others. At the end of the day, I was inclined to tip the generously.

The responsive people from North van lines simply blew me off. Actually, I am angry now that there are no more stars to give to these people here.



They were simply phenomenal in responding to my queries in quick succession. The documents required to move were handed over without any delay. My building’s management couldn’t find fault with them at all.



The crew was efficient and polite. Some boxes required additional cushioning and they did it. Bubble wraps were used in excessive quantities for fragile items. They brought these supplies with them on moving day. Charges were highly affordable which is another highlight of this company.

I clearly remember the names of the guys who were in the team. It included, Dean, Curtz and Roland. I told them that the grand piano in our home was in the first floor. These guys brought it down without any damages and most importantly without flinching.



They actually loved their job and I fell in love with their professional prowess. The moving crew was totally kickass. I asked for five members because my house is pretty large including a first floor to cover. The task was completed in just 3 hours which is pretty quick. Another two hours and they unloaded it all.

At first, I just couldn’t believe the amazing number of positive reviews these guys have received. Customers had good things to say about North van lines. I am one among the list of patrons now after having experienced their services. Punctual. Dedicated. And, most of all, they responded to our requirements and worked accordingly.



The pricing was at least two third lesser than what the competitors quoted. I am glad that I did my research before hiring the movers. Or else, I would have lost more money in the move than what I should have paid. I am surprised but at the same time happy to have found the company.

Fantastic service right from the start. As like most other people, I hardly had any time to pack my goods. I informed them the same and the team arrived at least an hour earlier to start packing the items.



Even though, they charge on an hourly basis, the job was never slowed down. The entire task was completed within an hour which was totally surprising. After all, not every company will finish the job earlier when they actually get paid, the longer it takes.



North van lines crew was simply professionally and unbelievably polite. I would surely hire them again and again without second thoughts.

It was a little difficult move at small time. I had my stuffs at different locations around the city, those all needed to be moved to a particular house in another state. All the works required precise coordination. I know that things never go as planned but the movers of North van lines were exceptionally professional and moved at prompt pace which was more than my expectation. Really, it was such a massive relief to have a mover that made the whole thing easy from tense situation. They took exceptional care of my all items, loaded and unloaded wisely without a single notch. I seriously appreciate their service.

Yeah, I agree that you have insurance for important goods. But, it is really possible to keep breaking them and claiming? I think not because everyday items are important. Insurance companies don’t entertain claims so easy. My previous experience was nightmarish because of those who didn’t care much but I finally managed to find a mover who cared.



The people at North vanlines took this burden off of me. Seriously, thank you guys! For not breaking anything, I would like to rate them six out of five. There were no damages or any sort of scratches done to my belongings. Patient, planned and dedicated work is how they managed to accomplish it.

Pricing was another highlight. The entire package including four people in the crew, moving accessories and rental for the cartons costed me at least ten percent less than what I budgeted.



Packing quality was simply superb. I had nothing to complain about how well they handled by goods. It was also properly unloaded in the new venue.

To be honest, I usually have a habit of making bookings much earlier. This time, I called the North vanlines movers like three weeks earlier. I let them known an approximate date and they just fixed it.



The call center executive was definitely responsive and polite to answer all my questions. Just a week before the moving day, I received a call from them to remind me of the move. We packed the smaller things that we could and got them ready to be loaded.



Crew was responsive to our expectations and didn’t slow down throughout the day. They were really brisk and did a satisfactory job.

I didn’t have to call them multiple times to get them to my house. They were perfectly on time. Instead of simply getting to work, they spent time to explore the venue. I instructed on the stuff that is already packed and the ones that has to be done.



Only after understanding what we need, the crew got into work. Mathews was quite helpful and I was happy to tip them at the end of the day. They really deserved it.
