Car Rental Denver

Waited for 30 minutes to get into the car. Four attendents passed by saying they had told the poeple in the office to come and help me. I went over to the (secondary) small office with the glass door to see two employees who said they were aware I was waiting. They wanted me to walk all the way back in so they could tell me they lost the keys to that car.

Worst rental ever. The car was filthy, dirty windows, ashes all over and the attendant didn't care.

The car and service was great. Only downside was that with the Denver traffic we were less than one hour late and were charged for an extra hour. Sunday traffic is a killer there. Didn't know...

Lower rating because car was not clean and windows were filthy. The rental experience and the car itself were great.

I rented the mini van for 4 days, when I received the car, it was dirty and got some damages inside the car and in the back pumper. I was in hurry so i took the car. During the return, I have talked to them about those comments, the lady who received the car, did a discount on the overall cost around 35% and give me one free day any time i can use from national. Ii think she did the right thing and I appreciated her great welcoming and offer.

I rent 25+ times a year from National and it is fast and easy. I rent from the Denver location 4+ times a year and I always receive great service. Thanks for making my car rental experience stress free.

I'm not sold on the Emerald Club experience, but mainly because as a single traveler, I prefer fuel efficient, compact cars. Those aren't available on the Emerald Isle, so I have to wait for one to be brought up. I'm 0/2 on getting a compact car and both times had to "settle" for a larger vehicle. There are worse fates, but I prefer a small, zippy, easy to park compact. I agree with Curtis on the bus ride, but they do a great job running them frequently to minimize delays.

Love the emerald club rental experience. The bus ride from the Denver International Airport to/from the rental car lot is a pain since all the rental cars are parked in Utah but, once you get there, it's a painless experience. The most difficult part is trying to figure out which car to pick on emerald isle. No fuss on the paperwork on exiting...show them your drivers license and go. Return is just as easy, they confirm the agreed upon price, print the receipt, and your back on the bus to the terminal. I also get a statement via email.

Efficient process for vehicle selection and check out, no waiting in a line is always great. Courteous associates, they call you by name enquire about your visit and wish you a good day, what more could you ask for. Vehicle checks in is a lean process with barely any wait time. I will use National for all my travel personal and business.

Rented from National for the first time. Emerald Club Aisle was an excellent way to go. Smoothest rental I've ever had. Return process was just as simple.

Denver - shuttle was great.

I rented from National's Emerald Club executive program for first time during a recent trip to Denver, and I will always rent cars this way in the future. A great selection of cars awaited me, the shuttle service was outstanding and the best part - not waiting in line at the counter.

I rented from National for the first time. The gal getting me set up did a great job getting me set up and on my way. But the real customer service came when I dropped the car off. I left a bag with a gift in the back seat and realized it when I was checking in for my flight. I called the location and they immediately tracked down the car and sent the bag on the next shuttle. Great service.

Used National Rental Car in Denver,CO - Emerald Club made it easy to get my rental. I will continue to use them. I have never had a bad experience renting with National over the years.

Been using Budget for years. Budget forced me to take a Ford Fiesta as a mid-sized car - twice. Plus they rent out too many asian cars where the seats do not fit the average american male. Signed up for Emerald Club and had first rental. Awesome experience and had the pleasure of driving an American Car - yes, that is important to me! I expect to rent an average of 50 days/year from National.

Rented a car from Denver to Vail as part of their Emerald Club. What an extremely efficient process. I would highly recommend signing up for the free program. Best experience we've ever had with a rental car!!

Our family rented a standard car from Denver- we are part of the Emerald Club- we were very pleasantly surprised with our options when we arrived! We were able to hop into a 2015 Siverado Crew cab with 4WD for our drive to Breckenridge! awesome!! National also came through in a HUGE way when after driving 2 hours to the slopes we realized that we had left one of our suitcases in the rental parking lot!! National found us a courier that drove it up to us- fantastic!! Excellent vehicles surpassed by incredible service. Thank you National Car Rental for saving the day- we are loyal customers for life!

I have been using National both for business (company preferred) and for personal for a very long time. The customer service is always top of the line and the selection of vehicles the best. I love best being able to select what I want to ride in for the next few days! It took me some time to get organized when I returned to the airport and I never felt rushed to finish and evacuate the car. They have clearly put their employees through good customer training. Hands down the best car rental out there.
