Overall

Buying your first car is always so exiting! I have never felt anything like this. Thank you, guys, for helping me to choose the most suitable car for myself. My twin brother and I decided to buy the same model. I managed to choose a 2010 Porsche Cayenne
at your car auction, while he decided to purchase a car at repokar auto auction. I am happy that we've got our Porsche cars for our 21st birthday.

I wish it was possible to give 0 stars. This place is a total scam and they will lie over and over in order to get a sale. Here is my experience:



I purchased a 2011 subaru wrx sti. I would have had a third party mechanic look the vehicle over but Jarrett lied and said that a trusted third party mechanic had looked it over and everything was done right and perfect so I went ahead and bought the car. Two weeks later I was going to get a tune and did a compression test only to find out that it needed the entire short block replaced due to cracked rings. After getting them to help some with the rebuild (because they're just so generous! hahah) I had to go to the same third party mechanic that "had looked over the car" before and he ends up telling me that he told them not to sell the vehicle because it had been beat on and had a whole list of problems. So Jarrett basically ruined a relationship that they had with that mechanic by making him look bad, screwed me, and made justus motors look bad as a whole, all to make 1 sale! Was the thousand bucks you made off commission really worth all this Jarrett? Rita is just useless. I'll give her credit for finding me financing but I have good credit so I'm sure that wasn't too hard. Anything else though and she has no idea and needs to call someone else to ask.



Ive now put over 4 grand into the car and was without it for 3 weeks over 2 months just to have a properly running car with only 50k miles and I'm still putting money into it as i just found out that it needs a new seal on the power steering and a new fuel pressure regulator!



Side note: they will say they only do appointments so they have more time with the customer but really they just don't want the customers to talk. last time I was in there a family was looking at a car with transmission problems while another person was waiting to talk about a truck with the exhaust falling off. obviously the three of us talking didn't work out well for the dealership. They buy garbage, cover up the problems and then you have to deal with it later.

I just wanted to take a minute and thank Justus Motors for their fantastic customer service when my husband and I purchased our new van. Ryan was our sales man and he walked us through the van from top to bottom, making sure that we were familiar with all the fun gadgets. Rita worked on the financing end of our deal and she made sure that we didn't have and questions about the paper work. This was such a relaxed and hassle free car buying experience. I recently purchased a vehicle from here. It has been the biggest purchasing mistake of my life. I was promised that the vehicle was not owned by smoker by Rita, but after a couple days the musky smell of cigarette smoke was prevalent. When I arrived to pickup the vehicle after purchasing it, the check engine light was on. Ryan immediately referred me to their "Warranty Company" (which only covers up to $1500, only covers very specific problems, and requires a $100 deductible). I followed Ryan's direction and began work with their warranty company. If I would of taken the vehicle to an emissions test it would of failed and Justus would have been required by law to repair the vehicle. Instead working with the warranty company has been long and painful. The underlying issue was found to be with the engine exhaust and intake valves, valve springs, and valve seats, a $2000+ repair and critical to the operation of the vehicle. My truck has been with the warranty company's mechanic for what has now been, 3 out of the 4 weeks I have owned the vehicle. I tried to call and work out some sort of settlement with the owner (Lisa Larson) but she was the worst person to work with out of anyone. The phone conversation ended with her telling me she is going to tell her warranty company to not pay a dime of the repair bill and then she hung up on me. I am now in the process of seeking legal counsel, reporting "Justus Motors” to the Attorney General, BBB, and the Auto Dealer Licensing board. Working with Justus motors had been the most miserable, depressing, and disheartening experience I have I ever had and I am still without a vehicle. BUYERS BEWARE!

I did not want a typical used ...

I did not want a typical used car purchasing experience. I just wanted to buy a good used vehicle for a reasonable price, I looked up my specific car on KBB & paid slightly under the retail value suggested for the 4WD 03 Tundra. Ryan ran a Carfax for me that looked good and I bought it - NO HAGGLING. On the drive home the engine light turned on! I called Ryan and he said bring it back, they'd get it fixed. As promised, corrected the issue and offered to help me if anything else happened.

If you're in the market for a ...

If you're in the market for a used vehicle you truly cannot beat the values offered by this company. We purchased a '06 Lexus 400H for several thousand less the same model being sold at other area dealerships/wholesalers at the time. We've had the car for several months now and it has been everything we were told it would be and more. We couldn't have been happier with the salesperson, Ryan! We absolutely loathe the car buying process but Ryan actually made it enjoyable. He was incredibly patient as we were undecided as to which vehicle we were looking for. He's very knowledgeable about, it seems, vehicles of every make, model and year. I particularly appreciated that he was completely straightforward regarding the negatives of some of the cars he was selling at the time. We enjoyed this experience so much and felt we got such a truly great deal that we will be calling Ryan again in the spring when our daughter starts driving.

I recently purchased a 4runner...

I recently purchased a 4runner from Justus. The car was in fantastic shape and a great price, but that was quickly outweighed by the smug arrogant attitude of the salesman. At one point I asked about a tire pressure light that was on, and if he could fill the tire to see if it would turn off. (I feel this is a reasonable request) His response was to grab the keys and storm off cursing obscenities at me. I have bought 7 cars from dealers and this was a first to be cursed at... His claim was that I was nickle and diming him. Well, you are a car salesman and everyone is going to try to haggle on price! He totally took the fun out of purchasing a new car and left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. Because of that, I will never go back. That said, the vehicles he has are in great shape and good prices.
