The Closet Factory

I had a few quotes, but Pamela Amerson at the Closet Factory was the only one who took the time to put together something that was best for me. She really worked with me to give me exactly what I needed and educated me on materials. As a teacher I really appreciated the value of the education. The end result was a perfect closet for me!

We just had Laura Pedderson from the Closet factory transform a small bedroom into an entire closet! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and came up with the perfect design in no time at all! We are very, very happy with the results and would recommend her to anyone!

My husband passed away some months ago and let our walk in closets project half designed. I drove past the Closet Factory showroom on Powerline in Fort Lauderdale and that's where I was introduced to Mark Sidell, one of the Senior Designers. He was finishing up with another family but agreed to spend whatever time I needed to design exactly what I wanted for the closets. Amazing! Mark did a terrific job and I will post another review of the installation process when done. I never knew that Closet Factory did so many other things like craft rooms, home offices, garages and such so my advice is if you need anything like that done in your home just call Mark. Trudy

This is the 3rd project I have done with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. They have all been outstanding from start to finish. I am sure they will be more to come.

Jodi Dean came to my home and listened to what I wanted in a closet organization system. She listened and made great suggestions that were very helpful and kept in my budget. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product this weekend!!

Finally hired Jeanne from the Closet Factory to design my very large Master Closet. We put the project on hold for a year to find the perfect person and Jeanne was the one. By far she had the most knowledge and did an incredible job. The installer and the personnel there was also incredible.

Working with Dennis at the Closet Factory has been a pleasure. We are new to the area and had less than positive experiences dealing with other companies. Dennis walked us through the entire process, moved at our pace and has delivered on every expectation set. I highly recommend working with the Closet Factory and look forward to future projects.

We just finished our closets with the Closet Factory and we love them. Our designer was Dennis Uricola and the Closet Factory Team was excellent . Everything that was told to us from the initial appointment, to the follow up for the design, the installation date was spot on. I have never had such a pleasant home improvement project. They were not the cheapest of our quotes, but they were the most professional during the design stage and it was because of that feeling and the unbelievable showroom and manufacturing facility in Deerfield Beach, that we decided to spend more money. We got could not be happier with the decision.

After going under contract for my new construction house my builder recommended Jeanne from the Closet Factory as she had done lots of work for them before. After meeting with Jeanne we knew she was the right designer for us. Our closets were extremely large and her space planning, design expertise, and knowledge of her products was very impressive. I called several companies, but Closet Factory was by far the best. Jeanne came to our home and looked at our spare room we wanted to turn into an office. She came up with an amazing plan and could not believe the transformation. We then had her do our closets which came out equally as amazing. Great experience would highly recommend.
