Working with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory was truly a pleasure. Her knowledge of how to maximize the space and deliver exactly what we wanted is simply amazing. Our office is not only fully functional but also very comfortable and a pleasure to spend the day in. Thank you Jeanne.

I am so thankful to have met Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. I had met with other closet companies and none of them compared to the professionalism and talent displayed by Jeanne in the first five minutes I met with her. It was like she knew exactly what I wanted closets and she took the time to inventory all of my shoes, pocket books and everything in my closet, so she could customize the perfect space I needed. The way she handled herself and helped me choose everything, price was never an issue because I knew I could not get the closet she was designing anywhere else. Thank you Jeanne.

I surprised my family with new closets put in when we were away on a trip. Shellie Miller and the Closet Factory went above and beyond! All of us are so excited and now my husband wants to do the garage. I know it will be the best one in the neighborhood!

The service at the Deerfield Beach Closet Factory location was exceptional along with the products they had to offer. The displays in the showroom were good looking and reasonably priced for the quality. After we placed our order with Jessica Bentley (great designer by the way) the order arrived on time and the staff were helpful through the entire process.

In our new house our master bedroom closet is pretty wide, so I was thinking I wanted an island in the middle, but was convinced by the sales person, Jessica Bentley, that I would get more use and flexibility with another design. She was so right. I bought an entertainment center and also designed my home office while with her at the Closet Factory showroom. Very impressive operation as well as a very good deal. Didn't feel pressured- actually walked away feeling great about my purchase.

Me and my husband needed a cabinet made for the bathroom because there was too much unused space. Shellie Miller was really nice when she came to our house and told us about the Closet Factory. We went to their showroom and ordered what Shellie came up with and it looks so amazing in our bathroom! I like the extra storage for towels and five more drawers. We are really happy with it and will get more things made for our house soon. My husband really likes the Motor Trend garage options.

Bought a garage from the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach Florida, and have been very happy with it. A close friend actually steered my wife and me to this designer Jessica Bentley on the basis of their GOOD experience with her as well as great quality and value. Granted they were a bit more expensive than some others, we are very happy to pay for the experience and end result. We are now on to our next project with Jessica.

We responded to a Closet Factory advertisement when we were renovating our new winter residence. My husband and I envisioned a contemporary cabinet with glass doors to go in our dining room. They sent a design professional, Shellie Miller, to evaluate the space and make our vision come to life. We are ecstatic with the results! We have nothing but praise for this experienced designer and the excellent company that she represents.

My experience with the Closet Factory and Shellie Miller was very nice, with a minor issue after delivery. I loved that Shellie was ok with me making a few changes in the design before we finalized everything. The company worked with me regarding our scheduling issues and the closet was installed per our timeframe. When I spotted a small problem after it was put in, Shellie and the company addressed right away and I am very happy to say that all of my clothes and shoes fit and the closet looks perfect.

I was hesitant to buy from a store that are a large franchise. Plus contemporary or modern designs were either way out of our price range or of very shoddy quality. We decided to give Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale a try. When we purchased, the salesperson, Jessica Bentley was helpful, but not overbearing. We had no problem using a coupon we had from a mailing. We ordered our closets and it was delivered Saturday morning in perfect condition by very polite installers. So all in all, great service!

Thank you Jessica Bentley for all your hard work in setting up out closets. Love the finish and having the chance to pick exactly what we wanted. We will be back to have our Motor Trend garage next!

Our closets turned out better than I dreamed of. I am an organization freak and Jessica Bentley, our personal design consultant said this would “change our lives”… and it has. I'm so thankful to Closet Factory for making my house complete.

A stunning showroom gave us a good feel for what we wanted and the quality of work from Closet Factory in Deerfield. Our installation went well and the guys were very meticulous with their work and never took a break in order to get the job done. We are very happy with the closets and the entertainment center. My husband is excited about designing his Motor Trend Garage with Ms. Bentley in a few weeks. Very good experience and highly recommend using both the designer and company.

My partner and I are repeat customers of Closet Factory Deerfield, We did business a few years back and now we have a new condo and closely worked with Jessica Bentley on our Murphy Bed/Office design. We are very pleased yet again.
