The process at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale is very different than the other closet companies. We were very impressed with the presentation of design and the ability to change and modify to our liking. The others just sent a quote and asked for money. I guess you get what you pay for? I am happy that Jessica Bentley took the time to explain to us exactly what we should expect, and the installation went flawless. We are very pleased with the Closet Factory.

Working with Jeanne Hessen of the Closet factory was such a pleasure. She took all the stress of deciding on what to do with our closets and custom designing our entertainment center right out of the whole situation. From the designer Jessica Bentley to the amazing show room, Closet Factory in Deerfield is the only way to go in my opinion. She was on time to our appointments (which is very rare in Florida) and the company went out of their way to make the process an enjoyable one. The whole staff was great in changing my installation date with no worries. I look forward to my future projects with Jessica.

She is very organized, reliable, and available if we needed her through this process. We redid our whole home, so it took some time, but at the end of it all, its exactly what we envisioned. When my wife and I were looking for someone to do our master closets, we stopped in the Closet Factory and it must of been our lucky day, because we met Jeanne Hessen and not only is she the best designer in the Deerfield store, but she is the best designer in the nation wide chain of stores from what we have been told. She is amazing based on our own experience. We could not be happier with how our closets came out. We look forward to working with her again on other projects in our home.

I am very happy to report that this process of redoing my closets was less painful that I thought. I am horrible at this kind of stuff, however Jessica Bentley from the Fort Lauderdale location put my mind at ease. So we called the Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach and asked to speak with Jeanne Hessen. Although she wasn't in she called us back the same day. She came to our home and after just a few minutes we fell in love with her. Long story short, she custom designed our dream entertainment center and everyone who comes to our home wants to know Jeanne's phone number, it's no wonder she is so busy. Thanks to a good friend of ours, we were fortunate to have Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory come to our home and design and custom build our master closets and we couldn't be more pleased. She was amazing in the way she inventoried everything we have and then customized the space to have everything go in it's place in a professional and stylish manner.
