The Closet Factory

Both of our master closets had already been done when we bought our home, but I wanted my mother-in-law to have a custom closet of the same caliber. After seeing the Closet Factory ad in my mailbox I called the closet factory. They scheduled Shellie Miller to come and measure mom's closet and take all of the information. She came up with a plan, carefully explaining her placement of everything. I originally wanted only short hang areas, but she noted that my mother-in-law had a lot of dresses and housecoats and needed a different configuration. We completely agreed, and we are very excited that the outcome is meeting all of mom's needs. Thanks for the better plan, Shellie!

She not only designed the most unbelievable closet for us but as soon as we met with her, we knew we were in goods hands. She is a pro's pro. She completely took all the stress out of the picture for us. She made sure the installers were aware of all the tiny details we wanted and created an absolutely beautiful closet for us. A friend of mine had a beautiful new entertainment center installed by The Closet Factory that was custom-made for her. She referred me to her designer, Shelley Miller who is a lovely lady! I was so happy that she took the time to really listen to what we wanted. When we met her at the factory a few days later, she had designed something that was even better than we imagined! My husband and I were more than pleasantly surprised at the outcome. Not only has it added value to our home, but it has made spending time in our living room more enjoyable than ever!

Shellie made my entire closet renovation a lovely experience, from the first time she came to measure up until her last visit when she brought me an extra shelf. In between she was professional, pleasant and made sure to check on my opinion of the installer (excellent Scott S!) and the final outcome (holds more than I expected!) We had been shopping for an Entertainment Center when a friend suggested we contact Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory. So we did, and are we happy we did. She not only custom designed an unbelievable Entertainment Center she also did an amazing job on all of our closets. We loved working with her and the Closet Factory.

We reached out to Amy Mendez who designed a closet for our daughter last year. We were so happy with the outcome and final product, we decided to call her again to do the rest of the closets in our home. There are not many companies out there that you can let your guard down with in knowing that you're completely in good hands. Shellie Miller has been a friend of my family's for many years. She is honest, straightforward and always a pleasure to spend time with. When I told her about my desire to make our playroom into an office for my at-home business, she came to evaluate and measure. What I loved about her eye for design and usefulness is that she came up with something completely unique that also included a murphy bed for our children's sleepovers. My sons had been using the room primarily for video games and a place to hang-out. The way Shellie saw it, the room could continue to serve the kids for their video fun, but now includes a full-size Murphy bed and a large adjacent wall to serve as my office area. It's more than I ever expected! My tour of the Closet Factory Showroom was impressive and the expertise of their installers and Shellie are enough for me to recommend them over and over.

So far the best experience in our entire "home-project" experience, having our home office designed by the very capable and talented Amy Mendez was the best decision we've made. We found her by calling the Closet Factory after hearing from a friend that they did high quality customs work at a fair price. They sent Amy who sat with my husband and I for quite some time in order to pin down all of our must-haves and wish-list items. Our trip to the showroom to see her ideas in 3D was a great experience and we were surprised at how organized and full of options the place was. My husband liked that everything is made there, and not prefabricated. A few weeks after we ordered our "dream office," everything arrived and was installed on schedule by a great crew of guys. Whenever I walk into that old guest room, I smile at the new, efficient and well-designed home office we will enjoy for many years! Thanks Amy!

I would like to thank Jeanne Hessen of the Closet Factory for her amazing job in designing our walk in closets and laundry room. She was a dream to work with and I appreciate all her ideas in creating the perfect space to store everything that needs to go in our closets. I called the Closet Factory from a flyer that came in the mail and they sent a representative to measure and talk to me about them and what they could do. We have an old house that needed the closets made into more efficient spaces. Shellie Miller showed up on my doorstep and I was sold! She was so kind and really knew how to make things work to maximize those little closets. My husband and I visited the beautiful showroom and were impressed with the organization and professional way everything was handled. Shellie showed us our closets in 3D and we were able to ask a lot of questions and even changed a few minor things around as we preferred. My husband liked that it was HIS choice to make changes and we weren't told what had to be done. Hiring the Closet Factory and having Shellie help us has been our easiest and smoothest renovation of all!

Miss Amy Mendez came to my home and did a wall unit design that is beyond what I ever imagined! When I called the Closet Factory I had no idea that the person who came to see what was needed would be such an experienced professional, and I am very happy with the results. Somewhat of a "nervous nelly"; I purchased a new master closet and then kept thinking I'd made the wrong choices. Shellie Miller was kind enough to reassure me throughout the entire process and came to my home three different times to go over the 3D images and help me to envision how everything would come together. This little lady deserves an award for her patience! The men who came to put the system in were efficient and neat. We were shopping around for the right designer and trying not to break the bank, but my wife and I knew after spending 5 minutes with Jeanne that she was who we wanted to work with and at that point price didn't matter. After seeing the Closet Factory trucks in my neighborhood several times, I took it as a sign that they were the company to call. My master closet had completely fallen down and they sent such a lovely woman, Shellie Miller, to see what could be done. She was very helpful and compassionate! She went over options for color choices and floor plans and was careful to explain the entire process. It was so easy, I just made choices right there in my kitchen and a few weeks later some very nice gentlemen came and put in my new dream closet! It holds more than I expected and I am very pleased.

Getting our closets done was getting to be a pain until we found the Closet Factory. We tried to do it online ourselves, but were far too daunted by the process. We tried to put it together at one of those big box stores, but it also seemed like the money we saved would only cost us too much time with assembly and aggravation. In the end, we called and Shellie Miller came and saved us from the hassle and pain of "Do it Yourself." She came up with a great plan on her computer in our dining room and we chose colors, accessories and were able to see the entire project in three dimensions. Shellie was really easy to work with and kept in communication with us through the whole process. My husband and I are so happy with how everything turned out! I wish we'd found Shellie and the Closet Factory before we'd wasted so much time with other options.

Thanks to a good friend, I met Jeanne Hessen from the Closet Factory. Jeanne came to my home and I knew I soon as I met her that I was in good hands. Jeanne like my friend had told me, is great to work with and is so good at what she does, we were lucky to have her come to our home as quickly as she did. She originally told us she was booked for a couple weeks, but because of a cancelation, she called and fit us in her very busy schedule. When she came out she took the time to not only sit down with us and explain how they work and custom build everything, she inventoried everything in our eight closets and custom designed the space to make sure everything would go in properly and in the most beautiful way. We could not be more pleased with what Jeanne and the Closet Factory did for us.

Our new home is really nice, but the wire shelves that the builder puts in are the pits! We called a few of the companies that are in those home magazines, and Shellie Miller was sent over from the Closet Factory. She is one impressive and knowledgable designer!! She had ideas that my husband and I never would have thought of. The other places sent us quotes through email, but Shellie really took the time to sit with us, show us all of the various options and then gave us a thorough tour of their showroom and the factory. My husband was very impressed with the three-dimensional images that she went over with us in person, and he had a lot of fun rearranging things and asking about what would work better where. All in all, we enjoyed the whole experience! Our closet has more room than we expected...so I'm off to the mall!

After I made an appointment for somone to help with my closet project The Closet Facotry sent their representative, Shellie Miller. She was so nice and helpful! I'm so thrilled with how the master closet and pantry came out. I look forward to enjoying them for years to come.
