The Closet Factory

We called the Closet Factory as we neared the end of our renovation. They sent designer Shellie Miller to see what we needed and measure our master bedroom closet. The installation was completed yesterday just in time for Christmas and my wife is really happy with the amount of room she has for all of her clothing. We each have lots of drawers, shelves and hanging space. Shellie came up with a perfect plan and our installer kept everything neat while he did quality work. We'll be calling them again for our garage, home office and entertainment center.

The Closet Factory and Shellie Miller made a huge difference in my older home. Built in 1958, the closets were really small and there never seemed to be enough room for basics like shoes and small luggage. Shellie came and measured my two closets and took extra time to hear about my needs and what I was hoping to accomplish. WOW!! I was so impressed with her ideas and designs! I am very pleased with the service and response of The Closet Factory in Deerfield Beach. There was an issue with a desk that was delivered to me where the final measurements were very uncomfortable for my work. Even though I found out that the desk was correct in its specification, the fact that I was unhappy was not ignored. Brian, the manager worked with me for a resolution and through some creative engineering, were able to change the desk after delivery to accommodate what I needed. I'd like to thank the whole group for taking a bad situation and turning it into something great. I love my new desk and I would heartily recommend Closet Factory for its quality and service. I started working with Jeanne Hessen 2 years ago with my closets. I was so impressed with Jeanne and the outcome of my closets that now I am on my third project. Can't wait to see the outcome of my new custom garage. She is a true professional and we love working with her.

Stopped into the showroom and spoke with one of the designers, Shellie. I was very impressed by her knowledge, and she offered to come to my home for a free consultation. I went to Ikea to take a look and try to do a couple of closets I had by my self. Ended up calling the closet factory to finish my home up. Just to much time and effort to get all that I want done and in time. I spoke to a rep that had me meet with Jessica Bentley at the factory. Between Jessica and speaking to an Engineer, I was able to get a design that would work with the space I have. They even had a layout for all my collections so I can view them as well. I am even impressed that they came up to do a remeasure on a corner that is a bit off from design.

Made the right choice by choosing this company to design my closet space and pantry. Jeanne Hessen our design consultant was by far the best of the best. She did everything she said she would and delivered a beautiful product.

I contact them for some upgrades to my current house. They were prompt on follow up. Jessica Bentley called me back and we scheduled an appointment for a time I could work with. I am so happy that I didnt have to wait for a 4 hour window to get this done like my cable company. When all was said and done I was in my price range to change items in my closet as well as have some additions put into my laundry room. Everything matched and Jessica was so helpful with any questions I had. There showroom had my husband wanting a garage upgrade. We will see. Thank you again for all the help and organization.
