Epic Auto Sales was a great surprise. You dont expect to receive this type of service at a used car lot. I called ahead of time, and scheduled a visit. I also got approved before hand over the phone. I showed up, and Henry came out to greet me. It was great. He was 100% honest about everything. He didnt try to get me into a bigger or better car, he just showed me what I needed to know, and answered my questions. It was not a sales pitch. It was more him guiding me through the process while I purchased my first car on my own. My credit is average, and it was no problem at all. I high recommend Epic Auto Sales, Henry, and everyone there. They all worked together to make sure I drove away in what I wanted. If you are looking for a car, go check them out. They will have something for you, and even if you dont have great credit, like myself, you will drive away in the car you want. Go check em out!

Thinking no one would work with us since we are only 20, we found epic. The staff was very friendly and got us into a car with our limited budget. I recommend Henry, he helped us through the process and even found us affordable insurance. Which is not easy to do with our age.

After going to several dealerships to look for a vehicle, i came to epic and was welcomed right away. I had a list of vehicles that i wanted to test drive, and without hesitation henry helped me get to it right away. He sat down with me and discussed all of my options, and ended up getting me into a GREAT vehicle, with low miles, and lower payments than I could have gotten anywhere else. I do not have the best credit, and was able to get into a vehicle with under 75,000 miles, for only $1200 down and payments under $300 a month. NOT ONLY that but they helped me get a discounted insurance rate that is unheard of. I am super excited to drive away my new murano tomorrow. I would recommend these people to anyone, and I am going to be purchasing all of my future vehicles from here for sure!

If your looking to buy a new car or truck DO NOT stop here. Epic Auto is full of con men. The cars are nice on the outside but raggedy under the hood. I thought I bought my dream car but it quickly turned into a nightmare when the check engine light came on 1 day after I purchased the car. My con man i mean salesman name was Hayden and he along with the so called manager promised they would fix all the problems. That was almost 2 months ago and they still haven't fixed it nor do they seem to have any urgency to do so. With that being said BEWARE of scam lot. don't be fooled by the good the smiling faces orthe good reviews because they bribe their customers with free gas for a good review. Epic Auto Sucks!!! I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Made the process very easy, fast and enjoyable. Able to work with my individual situation and provided a variety of favorable options. Never felt pressured and we were able to get a deal done that I was satisfied with.
