        Epic Auto Sales is absolutely fantastic. With sales associates like Johnny Lara, the car buying experience exceeds all expectations. I bought a beautiful Mercedes Benz C350 and to be honest, I did not think I would not be approved. I was wrong! I can't express enough how grateful I am to Johnny for walking me through the process and making things quite easy for me. Another plus, they are NOT pushy! Yes! A dealership exists in the city of Houston that does not pressure you into a sale. This dealership is on 12915 Cypress North Houston Road, Cypress, Tx, 77429. If you are in the market to buy, I would HIGHLY recommend Epic Auto Sales. And FYI, there is not a car on this lot that are not appealing to the eye!

        Great first time car buying experience!

        My husband had called Epic earlier in the week to find out about a car, but unfortunately it had been sold. Saturday evening, Brandon called and said they had gotten another one in if we wanted to come check it out! We went straight there and arrived just at closing time. The whole team seemed to stick around to help. Brandon and the team helped us get the car we wanted and at a price we were happy with. They stayed 2 1/2 hours after closing time! Thanks guys!

        arrived at Epic Auto Sales on a Friday and I was greeted by Brandon. He assisted me through the process and Henry2 was super nice and they are very honest. All the sales guys were so nice. The only one that was kind of arrogant was one of the sales managers. But over all, Brandon, Henry 2, Shane, Conrad and many others are totally kind and friendly.

        I came into the dealership with worse than worse credit. They were able to get me financing very quickly. I was able to pick a beautiful Infiniti G35. It is in perfect condition. The Finance Manger, Damian was instrumental in getting my payments where they needed to be because I am on a budget.         Epic Auto Sales made my 1st time car buying experience a piece of cake. Billy Melendez really helped me stay in my range and was patient while I took my time and looked around. Ended up driving 3 cars. I was really satisfied. I'd definitely recommend epic auto sales to my friends and family.
