I went in to epic auto sales just to take a look around after receiving a call from Preston saying that i had been approved for an auto loan. When i arrived it wasn't long at all when i met Preston my salesman who was great by the way. After i had been denied everywhere else i finally got approved and found a great car 2008 altima coupe, the rates were reasonable and the down payment was not outrageous overall great experience would purchase another vehicle from epic auto sales.

These guys have been a trip. after spending the time test driving multiple cars Daniel lined me up with a Hyundai tib. He has a great attitude and managed to juggle my paperwork processing with assisting customers that hadn't been helped. so far so good. let's see the aftermath. oh yea, so far I'd recommend them.

Don't go to this dealership. Our salesman, Preston Henry, told us that he could get us into a truck that was for sale for $10,998. He told us that our monthly payments would be $350 with a $2,000 down payment. Little did we know he had not even spoken with his manager or the bank about this deal. He told us we needed insurance on it before we could drive off in it, so I even went through the length of getting insurance. We brought in all the forms he needed and were then told we needed to put down $4,600 because neither of us have any credit. He got our hopes up. We didn't make the sale because we weren't going to put 38% of the cars worth down just to drive off in it. This kid was shady as hell and I would never EVER recommend this place. We will certainly not be returning.

This is a great place to purchase a vehicle if you're looking for an affordable yet nice car. The customer service is great and these guys really know their stuff. I worked with Hayden and Rene. These guys Rock! They helped me throughout the car buying process and kept my anxiety level low! Lol I recommend this place to all in the market for a car! Great experience!
