I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new BMW 350i at Epic Auto. Daniel was a delight to work with. Not only was he informative by providing my car facts, he walked me through the entire step of purchasing my vehicle. He wasn't concerned about making a sell he was concerned about helping ME make the RIGHT choice!!!

I was referred to EAS by a friend who purchased a 2004 BMW X5 recently and Hayden was her salesman. She gave me his information and I called to inquire about my dream car, BMW. My friend keep talking about the impeccable service she received. Never in a million years did I think I would ever be able to afford one. I spoke with Hayden and explained my situation. He is a great listener and very honest about the process. Never was I once disappointed. As a result, I drove home with my 2006 BMW X5. They have addressed all of my concerns, and they are FANTASTIC! Great for rebuilding credit. They handle everything ! All Smiles with my sunroof open. See you on the highway, I hope you get your new ride too!

I bought a car from Epic auto sales on 12915 Cypress North Houston, October of 2012. A 2008 Altima and was assured it was a great car and never in an accident. It took several months before we got our license plates in. Later we found out through Autocheck and Carmax that the car had been reported with Severe Frame damage and a Repossession in December and a Lien and February, Months after our Purchase. We called and tried to work it out with David and Henry but were told to trade it in elsewhere and they were not interested in getting the car bag. Im am very upset and this information was never disclosed. Worst experience ever with their sales guy Conrad as well! We paid $13600 for the car and had it appraised at 3 dealers for $6000. Henry and David both say they didnt know, but autocheck states it was Announced as frame damaged at the auction they bought it from. Please help me with taking further steps.

I looked at this car dealer on the internet and the next day im driving away in a BMW Henry Bennett the salesman went out of his way and staid after hours to seal the deal.after two repos on my credit report one being in less than a year Henry worked his magic and got me approved in a 2007 BMW 5 series with only 64,000 miles thank you Henry and the friendly staff at Epic Auto Sales for your great customer service and giving me another shot at fixing my credit

Buying cars at Epic is easy when your working with Daniel Dieringer. He really does try his hardest to get you in the vehicle of your choice. A hard and determined worker fighting for the consumer will always win my vote. I have my eye on an SUV in the future, so I will be back to see him. Thanks again Daniel D.

Daniel Dieringer was awesome in helping me get me an awesome 2009 BMW. He was quick and had all the information I needed to help me make a quick buying decision. I'll probably be back to check a SUV next time and I'de like him to be my sales person again.

Daniel and Louis were very helpful in helping me with getting a new vehicle. Louis worked with in finding the right sized vehicle for my family....not too big and not small. Although the vehicle I originally contacted on Thursday was gone on Saturday the selection Epic has was still within my comfort level...I didn't feel as though I was being bullied into a vehicle. I will gladly recommend to all my friends, only wish a knew about the dealership when I purchased a vehicle for my daughter away at college.
