Ernesto S. did a great job accommodating our needs despite some credit issues. He was polite and friendly and I am happy with my Chevy Silverado.

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional dealership in my life. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks. If you are a woman do not go there they will railroad you and take advantage. I bought my care and have broken down twice in two months. My brakes are going out and the car is constantly at my mechanics. The day I drove off the lot not even a mile away the gas light came on. My mother had a very similiar experience as she bought a car there as well. Disgusted! I am filinfg a complaint with the TX Department of motor services. I am on a campaign to make sure no one has the same experience. A bunch of liars.

I had contacted this place for a nice car. They said I'd be approved if I would send my information. So I did and was also looking at another place for car. When I told Chuck that I was also shopping elsewhere he said oh I got you approved. I was like cool I quit shopping with the other dealer. I sent in my paystubs and he said there was a problem with them. Granted I make plenty of money a month but since I have tax free things they couldn't figure it out. So I sent bank statements with the deposits... Asked if he could work with that. No answer or text back from him. After reading more recent reviews I'm happy I went with the other guys!

Bunch of lying managers who really knows who the manager is there ..bad customer glad we didnt buy from them even though they hurt my credit more with out my signature due to them running my credit through 5 diffrent banks ...very upset

Warning; all of these reviews posted were FORCED by epic auto to be written. Once you buy a car, they say they will fill up your gas tank if you write a review and they have to proof read it before you post it.

Epic auto are shady fraud artists. A couple of months ago me and my husband went in and got his dream truck, a beautiful ford f150 and he was in love with the truck except for one problem, the check engine light was on. They said it was no problem and to come up the next day and they would fix it. The next day they said they were too busy and to come up on the weekend and they'd fix it. We took it up there and that's when they sat us at a computer and forced us to write all of these reviews and make a video for their website and finally we were asking, 'are you fixing our truck? They said they did an oil change and washed it and cleaned the interior but the check engine light had to be fixed ANOTHER day. Well that's when we started making a phone call almost every day asking if we could bring it in and they kept saying no not yet. Then for the 4th and final time we went up there and they said they were too busy and THEY would call us when they could fix the truck. Well a month later we are on the highway and the truck breaks down. We have it towed there and they tell us the engine is idle and the truck is completely broken. They say they will give us a loaner car until they figure out what to do. Well today they TOOK our loaner back and asked me to stop calling! We are paying 500$ a month, car-less, truckless, and NOONE will help us. I'm about in tears right now but we are about to take this to a civil lawyer because we have the documentation and diagnostics that the truck was sold with a bad engine. This is one of the worst situations I have ever been in and epic auto are scam artists. DO NOT GO THERE.

Came to Epic to get a car because I have 2 repos on my credit and they were able to help me. I drove off the lot after a few hours of them working magic with the banks. Billy Melendez was the sales guy that I worked with

I was in the market for a new car looking to upgrade since my last car is kind of out dated. I came to Epic Auto and Johnny Lara took care of me. From the time I came through the gate till then time I left he made sure I was great, paper work didn't take long at all and he made sure to keep my payments where I wanted them. He also didn't force me into anything I wasn't looking for and also made sure they worked with the down payment I had. Epic Auto Sales really came through for me, when I needed to get another vehicle fast. Johnny, went above and beyond to assist me with getting approved. I needed away to get there and also away to get my grandmother to assist with getting the vehicle. Epic Auto also made sure before the SUV was driven off the lot that it past inspection for me. Had a fantastic experience with Epic Auto Sales in Cypress. Billy handled all my questions online and over the phone. There was great communication while I made the purchase on eBay and great service once I reach Cypress in TX. We had a long trip in coming from Oklahoma and Billy made the experience great.
