When we bought our home the previous owner had used EverDry Waterproofing for the basement. We continued the extended warranty on the basement by paying a small yearly fee to EverDry. We have not had any basement water issues the entire time we’ve lived here and therefore have been extremely happy with the work EverDry did. We’ve also been recommending them to our neighbors on our community Facebook page that are having basement water issues after heavy rains. We are so thankful ours is always staying dry thanks to EverDry!!

Workers were quick and professional. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up when completed. Have not had any problems since. The work was done several years ago.

Our basement was waterproofed by EverDry in 2009. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The sump pump wasn't working properly and needed to be replaced. This was taken care of with no issues. I would recommend EverDry to anyone looking to have a dry basement.

We used Everdry waterproofing in January of 2017 for our St. Clair Shores home. We found Everdry at the Novi Home Expo and scheduled an evaluation. Right from the initial evaluation we felt very comfortable working with Everdry, the estimator explained our options and gave us a breakdown of pricing. We were approved for financing, which was a really nice option to have available! When the team came to start working they went through the plan and got right to work. It took about 5-6 days to complete, they were always polite and tidy. Once complete, the foreman did a walk-through of the inside/outside drainage systems and answered any questions we had. They've been awesome with any questions or follow up we've needed since then. I can happily say that our basement has been totally dry and the easy-breathe really makes a difference in our air quality! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's serious about getting rid of leaks in their basement! (RY)

When I purchased my home the EverDry Waterproofing came with the sale. I have had an issue in the past with my sub pump, I called them they were out that same day. They were caring, fast and very reliable.

Had my initial waterproofing done following wall leaks in 1997, Since than only one minor repair and sub pump repair. Taken care of by the warranty. No further leaks in the basement. Glad I had it done, no worry about water damage.

Had Inherited the warranty from the prior owner and ever since Everydry Waterproofing worked on the basement in Berkley Michigan. They had waterproofed it after the basement flooded, there haven’t been any issues for the prior owner & myself either since they waterproofed a few years ago.

The warranty transfers from owner to owner and they send you a bunch of reminders so you don’t miss out. For only $25 a year lifetime warranty, it doesn’t get any better. Payment was extremely easy and so was transferring from the prior owner to myself. They take credit card and send you a receipt right after via email so you will never loose the copy.

I highly recommend as they perform quality work and their customer service is great. Extremely friendly people answering the phone and I’ve never had to be on hold when I’ve called.

After years of a wet basement we researched waterproofing companies and were impressed what EverDry offered. Once we hired them, we were very pleased with their professionalism and timeliness in completing the job. We have not had any reoccurrence of water in the basement since EverDry waterproofed our basement 9 years ago. We recommend them to anyone trying to solve a wet basement.

My parents had the basement waterproofed in 96. I took the home over about 8 years. I made a simple phone call and was able to transfer the warranty to my name. Now in my book that's a plus. EverDry Waterproofing was the company that I chose to waterproof my basement and that was THE BEST major decision I could have made. The work was done quickly, neatly, and they really cleaned up after themselves. The air system they installed allows me to control the humidity levels in my basement. The sump pump runs quietly. The warranty is inexpensive, well worth it and they stand by it!! No flooding, no mold, no stinky basement odor! Worry free rainy springs and falls for over 15 years. Excellent customer service, quick response and always informative, professional and courteous. A true local gem.

We had our basement waterproofed by Everdry about 25 years ago. Prior to their service, whenever it rained we had a wet floor and a damp smell that was basically always there. Since then....Dry with no more odor! At one point the sump wasn't working and hubby wasn't home, so I called Everdry. The knowledgeable office staff talked me through the simple fix and I got it working again, easy peasy! When we needed the sump replaced, which is bound to happen at some point, they responded quickly and efficiently and in short order we had a new sump. The original issue was more than a sump pump as we had one prior to Everdry and still had a wet basement. We needed their waterproofing in addition. Their warranty is top-notch! Had my basement waterproofed by Everdry over 25 years ago. Have never had water in my basement since and have enjoyed the peace of mind that comes from having the warranty ( a mere $40 annually). The warranty covers the project work on your home, the replacement and installation of sump pumps and check valves as needed. What a value!

Was so pleased with Everdry that I have been recommending them ever since, including my parents who have been pleased customers for over 20 years.

Yeah, it is an expensive project; however, it pays for itself in spades. The Spring season is upon us (thank goodness) and if you find yourself with a leaky basement, do yourself a favor and get Everdry to fix the problem - the peace of mind is priceless!!!
