Everydry performed some maintenance work under the warranty of our home, They acknowledged where the system was not as robust and improved the system all covered under the warranty. We are no longer burning up sump pumps, and there is no risk of overflow anymore. The minor cost of maintaining the warranty is well worth it! Addressing the continuous improvement of the system sold us and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing waterproofing done.

When I bought my house the basement had "minor leaks in heavy rain" I soon learned that was not quite accurate. Problems were beyond minor. Everdry came out and waterproofed the entire perimeter of our house inside and out and installed a dump pump. Lifetime warranty is excellent and holds true. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs waterproofing done. They are amazing.

When I lived in Redford We had Everdry waterproof our basement. My allergies cleared up with in a couple weeks of the job being done. I saw the the reps at the Made in Michigan booth and just had to tell them how happy I was with the company. I would have done a commercial for them. My brother also had his basement done and at one point I called them to inspect a home I was thinking of purchasing. Thank goodness I did, there were major problems. I highly recommend them!

I am so pleased with Everdry and the system I chose. From the start with the helpful knowledgeable sales guy, the workers to the actual waterproofing system itself. I live in the area of 12 mile and Campbell, where the heaviest of the flooding happened in '14 and zero water came into the basement. I would've lost a lot of my mom's belongings, who passed away the year before but, with Everydry, no worries. Thank god!!! After moving to Michigan and understanding the common problem of leaking basements my wife and I realized we must do something to keep our basement dry. We met with several companies to understand their products and capabilities, each company had their own unique solutions. Everdry offered a far superior solution compared to every other company we met with. All other companies could keep the basement dry only under certain conditions, which was not a great solution. Everdry had a solid understanding of the issue at hand and presented a great solution to keep our basement dry under any circumstances. The cost from Everdry was more than we wanted to pay, however it was the only solution that would leave us with a dry basement. We invested in the Everdry waterproofing system and have had no regrets. After a couple years of many heavy rains we have stayed dry. We are a small family business that has worked out of a house in Utica. The first fourteen years of our operation in a sixty year old building was very pleasant and dry, the original clay tile and sump pump pit worked just fine. After four years of dreading the arrival of Spring and the wet flooring we called and got three quotes for waterproofing. With heavy machines up against the walls and tons of other equipment here there and everywhere that made the install for us and the crew doing the work a nightmare. Our job had some very unusual special needs and every worker on the job acted like a total professional. Every salesman that came to give us a price wanted to do the inside french drain, said it was the best fix. This is true but, the Everdry salesman told and sold me on the system that has a drain field around the outside walls dug down about two feet and sent to a large dry well. WELL let me tell you how dry the basement shop is now. We are glad the dual system was done by Everdry and the hard working crew.

Our home sits in a designated wet land area with a very high water table. The crawl space always had standing water. The house had a constant wet feel and heavy musty odor. We call Everdry who came out and told us what they would do to fix the problem. Their workers were great. Years later we are still are totally satisfied with the results. Our crawl space stays completely dry and our house has a comfortable feel and pleasant scent. Not only would we rate Everdry as five star quality because of our complete satisfaction but, also because of their warranty. It costs only a small annual fee and provides free service, free labor and free material. This means their waterproofing is also free of worry. We highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing.

Its really a dissapointing situation to be in but if you need your house waterproofed this is the company for you! From salesperson to ending walk through the team is courtious, fast and efficient! They were also great about cleaning up! My house has been leak free ever since and I have no worries on my mind!

I had Everdry waterproof my basement 5 years ago and haven't had any major issues. I have had them out for a few times since the installation and they have resolved minor issues with no questions asked. Their customer follow up was as stellar as it was before they initially sold me the service and products. I would recommend their service to anyone in the market for a dry basement!

From the initial consultation to final washing of my nearly 100 year old basement floor at the end, every one of the Everdry employees or affiliates were thorough, patient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We had our basement waterproofed a few years ago to replace a rusty, broken down system that the previous owners had installed many years ago. We already had one sump pump system (original to the house) and it constantly ran. We live in Shelby Township, MI and from what we have been told, there is an underground "river system" running under our houses. When waterproofing, Ever Dry put in a second sump pump system which helped empty the water from the sump area faster. We have never had any leaks, floods, etc. When the service man comes (4 times a year), he is very professional and courtesy. I am very happy that we selected for the job.

Everdry was over to our home for a free estimate. My husband and I had the inspector at our home for 2 hours and at the end he was extremely unprofessional. He wanted to stay past 10pm in our home while we made a decision that evening. We told him we wanted a day to talk privately and he was extremely rude. He said awful things regarding other competitors in the area, which also was unprofessional and quite frankly- slanderous.



After all of that, Everdry called us five times in two days, harassing me to try and give me a lower bid. When I explained I was not interested, they seemed to respect that.



Then, two days later, I have a knock at my front door. Everdry sent a young assistant to my home, unannounced and unwelcome, to talk to me more about their services.



I have never felt more harassed by a company when getting estimates or having work done on our home. I would not recommend even an estimate from Everdry, as it has now been 2 weeks of being bothered both day and night.

I have a very large basement which leaked in several spots. i hired Everdry. I had my outside and inside walls waterproofed. I am going on my 3rd year now. No water what so ever in my basement. Last winter I decided to finish off my basement with confidence of no leakage. My basement is beautiful now and I don't mind spending time down there. If I could rate Everdry With a 10 I defintely would.
