Everdry Waterproofing of S.E. Michigan

Very efficient online warranty renewal process, a very inexpensive way to ensure my house stays protected in the event of a flood. Also spoke with someone at headquarters and they were very friendly and helpful.

Our basement was waterproofed with Everdry about four years ago. It has held up wonderfully under all this wet weather we have received this year! In addition, we had some issues with the sump pump system last year and they were quick to come out and fix it, all covered under the warranty and it was done without complaining. I highly recommend this company.

Ever dry is the cheapest and the best service company that I've ever had. I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Keep up the good work and I will keep spreading the word about everdry!

Have you ever met a business that is reluctant to say yes to common sense requests by the customer?? So instead I called Everdry. They are totally honest, very good at follow-up on the work they provided, kept their promise as to when the job would start and finish. The workers were in and out of my house for nearly four days. They arrived promply every day at their designated start time. They were very determined to keep my house as dust free as possible, laying workshop cloth blankets all over the areas affected. They worked their **ses off. They rarely took a break. I had both the inside and outside waterproofed. Yes, it cost money for this project but a lot less than if I left the problems go on, causing, a shift in the foundation of my house as an example. To fix that problem is a ton of money. I say,take care of it know. They were so polite that my wife even commented on them. I kept giving them ice cold water or soda's to keep them cool although they had their own drinks. They had to carry large pieces of cement up the basemont stairs to their waiting truck. Unfortunately for them I don't have a walkout basement. The forman had me talk to an executive at the firm so they could ask me if I was satisfied when they completed the job. Very professional through and through. I am so sure the way they fixed the basement floor and walls, inside and out, I cannot see how a drop of water will enter my basement again. I watched every bit of their work since I am retired and inquesitive. I am one happy customer. I am not a schill for Everdry. I have not received any discount for writing this review and don't expect any. I could tell even more good things about this company but I am geting tired. believe me or not. I would not spend a moment of my time about complaing of a bad company and have them waste my. Good luck with your basement. Go Tigers!, Lions!, Pistons ---- ---what , no hockey. Oh well.

For approximately 5 years I had water seeping into my basement every spring when the snow melted. I tried to stop this by changing the slop of the ground so the water ran away from the house and sealing the basement floor. This improved things a little bit but the water did not stop. I checked with several different companies about what could be done and the two solutions that made the most sense involved putting a new drain around the house either on the outside or the inside. The cost of doing it on the inside was significantly cheaper. Everdry was not the cheapest however, they were a stable company with a good review with the Better Business Bureau and they had done another house in my neighborhood. Additionally, their lifetime warranty could not be beat.



About 2 years after the work was done, I had a problem with the drains in my basement that the humidifier drains into. Everdry came out and corrected the problem at no charge at all. It turned out that the high rust content in the ground water had clogged things up. Now, at no additional cost to me they come to my home every 3 months and clean the system out to keep it working well.

I contacted Everydry due to a leak that was occuring in my laundry room. I wasn't sure if I really needed my entire basement waterproofed especially due to the cost but decided to go ahead with the waterproofing process. I had a couple issues arise with my sump pump, etc and when I contacted Everydry had no problems with them coming out and repairing what needed to be fixed . Overall they seem to be a good company and keep their promise that if anything goes wrong, etc. they will come out and repair what is necessary.

im glad i found everdry they came out in june of this year and did a great job.

we had the malti-waterproofing done. so far it been dry in the basement.

i like the idea of the EZ- Breathe vent it keeps the basement dry and smelling much better. i hope the work holds up it would be great.

Everdry is a great company. They live up to what they say and fix any problems that arise. We had them come in to install a full waterproofing system and air filtration system in our basement. The salesperson was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. When the foreman came for the initial inspection of the job he was on time, respectful to my questions, and respectful to my home. The next day when they started working we found the workers to be respectful and responsible throughout the day. Any problems we have encountered have been rectified quickly and professionally. It has been a year and we are fully satisfied with the job.

They came and quoted over basement for $15,000!!!!! After several other opinions and quotes, we found out that all it needed was about $500 of work, filling a couple minor cracks.



When we called to cancel with everdry, they lied and said they needed to come back so we could sign a couple of papers to cancel. In reality, all they did was come over, insult our intellegence, and yell at us!!! It turned into a verbal altercation and we demanded them to leave. There wasn't even any papers to sign. They are a buch of bullies, trying to scam you out of LOTS of money!!!



I don't even want to give them the 1 star!

Don't call this company! It is a total scam. They pressure you to buy things you do not need. They charge like 4 times what the job is worth. They take pictures to make it look like it is a larger problem than what it really is.
