We purchased our home in August 2018 in West Bloomfield. We inherited the EveryDry System that was put in over 10 years ago. We live in a very wet area. During the past Rainy Season we have had this year, I basement started flooding. EveryDry came out and fixed the problem. So far so good.

We had EverDry waterproof our basement and install a sump pump about 25 years ago, and have not seen a drop of water in our basement since. Earlier this year a lot of our neighbors had water back up into their basement when we had a lot of rain, some had up to 4-6 inches. We had none! Great company, do what they say and we're very happy we made this investment. Prior to having the work done, we had water in our basement 3 or 4 times in the previous 12 years.

We had Ever Dry waterproof our basement both inside and outside the house in the 1990s, and we haven't had any significant water problems since. We needed to call them out after the flood of 2014 in the Huntington Woods area, and they came out promptly and fixed the problem. We have been paying for the annual warranty since the job was done, and it is well worth the peace of mind. I highly recommend Ever Dry Waterproofing.

We had Everdry Waterproofing inspect our basement due to the water leaking through the walls during and after rains. The inspector showed us with his moisture meter how wet our walls were even though we had no rain for days before his inspection. After a thorough explanation about their plans for remediation, we trusted Everdry to fix our problem. It's been 3 years since their professional workmanship and we couldn't be happier. We purchased our home July 2016. The basement was waterproofed in 1996 by Everdry. There were no issues with water in the basement at the time of purchase and our basement continues to stay dry. We pay the annual renewal fee so that the original warranty continues.

My wife and I are very pleased with the work Everdry Waterproofing did for us. We have had the Everdry Basement Waterproofing System for over 10 years and we haven't had one single issue with their workmanship. It's great too know that when it's raining outside it's dry in our basement.

I had my basement develop a crack and the front wall was beginning to cave in. I called EverDry and their representative came out and explained what needed to be done and how it would be done. He arranged financing and everything was done exactly how he said it would be. I called once when I thought there was a problem. They came out immediately and inspected everything. About 20 or 25 years ago my basement began to get cracks in the walls and water started coming in frequently through these cracks. I also had an inadequate sump pump which was unable to deal with melting snow and heavy spring, summer, and autumn rains. So I called EverDry and I haven't had one drop of water in my basement since. Over the years I've had to have the heavy duty EverDry sump replaced twice. One call to the office and the repair tech was out the next day to replace the sump. The entire staff at EverDry is top notch, from the office staff to the excellent repair techs. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that I'm completely satisfied. I'd recommend EverDry without hesitation!
