Location 3660 Belt Line Rod, Farmers Branch 75234.
Just got the new electronic boards. They are friendly and all but I have noticed following. I buy 4 Route 44 glasses of ice every day on my way to work. They were charging me 50 cents, then 60, now all of a sudden one day it is 80 the next 85. Another location nearby charges 50 cents. Why the difference?
Also, the breakfast toasters and burritos have way less egg on them than they used to. It is like they are cutting back on stuff but charging more.
I tried calling their phone 469-522-7077 but it rang and was never answered.

Oak Hall Virginia obviously something's wrong with the speaker system you must repeat your order three to four times half the time you get there your order is incorrect. Staff seems to be under-educated and proper protocol of Sonic drive-thru orders are usually incorrect I've stood in line several different occasions to find out once I go to place my order that the slushie machine is down half the time I order things a certain way and it's not delivered in that manner and last week I ordered a slushie and I almost choked to death on the lime and lemons that they put in it I've always had a good experience with Sonic but this year that seems staff is undertrained and equipment is faulty is that the point I don't want to return to the store.
If equipment is not working to produce a product some kind of notice should be put up an hour sign so you're not sitting in line for 5 to 10 minutes to find out that you can't even get that product

My wife ordered a burger, onion rings a breakfast burrito. The waiter confurned the order on dilivery, but he obviously did not check the contents. When my wife arrived home with the order it was a bacon burger and some cold chili fries. They were inedible. We are normally well please with your products but this time you missed the mark. The items in question were purchased at the Sonic Drive -In on Sam Houston Ave. in Huntsville, Texas.

I just left the Sonic drive in 55 Newbury st Peabody, MA where I ordered an Oreo blast and onion rings. When Scott came out to bring my order, I was on my in because I was unable to pay at the drive in. Scott came out angry and upset with out any regard to customer service. After, he proceeded to finish my order inside behind a closed door and I over heard him talk in negatively about me. After all this I decided to pay because I'm pregnant and having cravings. After, I found out that my order was wrong while in the car.

Hello I am writing in regards to the location in Gallatin Tennessee, I have just went there tonight and tried to get a buttered toffee milkshake in which the girl told me they no longer carried it but it was advertised on the menu so I said OK well then do y'all have banana splits? she said we no longer carry those either which I did not see on the menu OK but y'all do have a master blast banana split & she proceeded to tell me that y'all didn't carry that either so my question is why are you advertising things that you don't carry anymore? she made it sound like y'all have discontinued the item and not just ran out of things to make it with. I am highly disappointed with the service and I will never be going back.

Capitol Heights MD Sonic

It's sad to think that this fast food restaurant is part of the Sonic franchise. The service is poor, along with the participation of other Sonic special offers. The only thing missing is the Manager... who thinks that the quality of this service is OKAY!!!

Hire quality employees with customer service that can make a simple "Slush" and take a food order without it taking an hour to be served.

My wife just went to sonic in cheyenne wy and pd at the outside station and the carhop came out and told her that it did not go through so my asked for a manager and one never showed my wife called me on the phone and while we were talking about what to do the carhop spoke very clearly and load enough for me to hear her tell my wife she could leave but then she'd never be served at that sonic again when I returned to the sonic the manager said he had no knowledge of this problem

Told the workers i was highly allergic to onions and still they put them on there, Now im the hospital. manning south carolina is the worst sonic i ever visited. You need to fire the people that aren't smart enough to understand they are playing with peoples lives.

Today 7-3-16 at the Sonic on north university Lubbock Texas the young lady taking the order was yelling at me through the speaker i asked for the manager so she stated the manager was right next to her so i said i wanted to speak to the manager not where is your manager so she cut me off gave me my total mind you i was not at all done ordering so i pressed the button for the manager than the manager come out rolling her eyes talking crazy they must of been having a bad day but you do not take your sttitude to work with you so she refused to take my order walked off while i asked her for her name i pressed the button for her name no response so i go in the building for her name still refusing to give me her name then finally someone says andrea gonzales so i would love to make a complaint on andrea i purchase alot from sonic i would hate to stop coming here because of somebody attitude !!!!

This is about a sonic drive in in Montrose Colorado, I was an employee, I'm concerned!!!!! The inside kitchen well all is a grease pit you can see the build up on literally all the equipment including all dishes it's not good,while there I saw employees rinsing dishes not washing the washingredients water not changed or rinse water I did my best beings Im partially disabled but I can't do all the work while other go to collect a check the whole time their I never saw the main managers at nite they both worked days never nights.yes you have a 19 year old running it at night but customers want to talk to a main manager about there positive or negative feedback but yet thy throw it off on to the crew leader bs...if corporate could see the counters,walls,dishes,fryers, all refrigerated equipment and floors wow how embarrassing I feel sry for the closers I was 1 of them and what sux I liked it there and would love to work for them again but I don't feel good serving food out of this Sonic..

Red Bank Tenn. Deserves no stars for service. Spent 23 dollars there tonight and all the food was wrong when I got it home even had some missing and it was stone cold. Worst service I have ever gotten there don't think I will go back for a long time.

I would give Watson chapel in pine bluff Arkansas a negative ten stars if it were possible. The management is by far the rudest bunch of people I have ever dealt with. I live literally 30 seconds away or I would NEVER EVER go there for anything just on the account of having to talk to those people. The man who runs the place, Scott, and his son are the worst of everyone that work there. And 9 out of 10 times my order is Completely wrong. I will drive 8 miles across town to sonic just to avoid these rude people..

I would give it negative 5 Stars if that was an option due to the fact there was a quarter in the middle of my lettuce in my hamburger. If I hadn't noticed it before my next bite I could have hurt a tooth or even choked to death. We ordered our food 15 minutes before closing and apparently they didn't like that. I know you don't know me but I never just randomly do this but I'm genuinely concerned. I live in Stratford, Oklahoma and we recently acquired a sonic here and we all were way excited!! But as it turns out that excitement turned into disappointment. They were trained properly but the service and the quality of the food has been going way downhill since the trainers left. My tea might have had 3 or 4 pieces of ice in it which was almost melted by the time I received it. I knew it was new and these kids have never done it but I would expect them to at least try to do their best.

I went to the sonic here on Harrison in shawnee it was the worse place we ever went ordered 2 sonic blasts she brought out one then we had to wait almost 15 minutes for the second one then she tried to charge me more then what I paid for the first one same size &flavor will never go to that one again

The store in Algonquin Il NEVER HAS GOOD FOOD!!! this last time was it for me. The hot dog looked like it had been on the stove for several hours,the tots were cooked is very old grease,didn't get the burger orders right, The store looked like they have no sense of cleaning up after themselves. JUST PLAIN NASTY PLACE and the people are rude

We Swiped our credit card outside and it said it went through but the manager Mikey came outside and said it did not but he had a really bad attitude Stop off steam all the machines were having problems stomping his feet like a child and very unprofessional and I have never seen anybody in management or any other person act like that before with that much Attitude, Very unpleasant experience and that was the sonic on Parkway in Pigeon Forge Tennessee

I stopped at sonic port lavaca Tx. Very poor pride in food preparation and service. My hot dog was so soggy it fell apart when I picked up to eat. The lettuce and tomato were all out of hamburger bun. Bread smoochie from mustard. I ordered a strawberry shake and they brought me a chocolate. Had to buzz them 5 times before my change was brought to me. The sad part was I never heard an apology for their sloppiness. I was just passing thru. Will I stop by again? NO WAY
