recently went to local sonic in moss bluff la and my wife and i ordered there vanilla cone to my dismay, it tasted like tapocia puddy, i went and saw one of the managers and asked her why it tasted so course. she stated that sonic changed the ingredients in it. i asked has anyone else complained about it and she stated yes, please change it back to where it was, you have lost two more ice cream lovers for now. she also stated all the sonics have changed to this new ingredient. please get back to me, waiting to go back to sonic for our weekly ice cream. the dot

Worst Sonic in okc, always a long wait, poor quality food & the order is usually wrong.

I go to the Sonic in Borger, TX daily and order a diet vanilla coke with easy ice. I have a problem with paying for the added vanilla and not getting it. This morning I was there about 5 a.m. and the manager, Marcel, was one of them working. I ordered my usual and Marcel made my order and no suprise to me I had no vanilla. I did not have time to return as I needed to be at work myself. I do get tired of paying for something and not getting it. I have written a letter to the local Sonic and it was better for a while, but only if Marcel is not there. Just be aware if you ask for something extra you may not get it at the Borger Sonic. They have a really good way of getting extra money for the business by having customers pay for something and not giving it to them. Who is getting all the extra money Marcel?

The sonic store number 2061 has the rudest GM I have ever met. The way she carries herself is just not leadership material. Now 4 months ago I love coming to this store but now ill just have to go to another place to get my shakes and drinks. She is also rude to her employees. I witness her telling two of her off duty employees that they were fired if they talked about work when they are not on duty and she told them to leave the property. And one of them looked like he was going to order food. Isn't that a paying customer she turned down. But I won't visit the store again.

I went to Sonic for a large order of onion rings. I received 9 skinny onion rings with very little breading on them. For $2.29 plus tax, you would think you could get some decent onion rings; but, apparently not. Definitely not ordering onion rings from sonic again.

We got to the sonic at 830pm and ordered 3 shakes and 1 drink. Two people pulled up beside us about 10 minutes later and ordered there stuff. They had both gotten their drinks and good within 10 minutes of ordering. At 910pm we pushed the bottom to tell them not to bother making them, since we didn't matter. The girl said "well they are already mad" so we said "ok so where are they?" The girl on the headset say there and kept talking and just pissing us off even more. Finally while she was still talking the poor car hop(the ONLY car hop) brought us our stuff, we still had to PAY FOR THEM, FULL PRICE. You could even tell that they had been sitting there for a while because if how they looked. We were at this sonic for over 45 minutes waiting for Our stuff. NEVER again

SONIC IS NOW CHARGING 30 CENTS FOR LEMON IN YOUR ICE TEA...CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT ? I WILL NOT GO THERE ANYMORE IF I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR LEMON IN MY TEA. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A CRAZY IDEA IN MY LIFE. I WENT TO SONIC AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK....NO MORE AND MY FRIENDS FELL THE SAME. BAD IDEA SONIC............

Not good.. We asked for a different flavor and were told no, even though we didn't drink it... Poor customer service... :(

I have read some reviews about other Sonics that were not so good but I have to say that the one in Rocky Mount, NC has always been top notch for me. The food has always been the right temp/flavor...the carhops are so polite and sweet. They smile and for such young people..they have good people skills. This Sonic has always given me the impression of being a safe place which for me its clean, does not have people hanging around just for the sake of socializing. I have been there in the early hours/ happy hour/ and running by there late at night. At all times, I felt safe and the food was good! So please don't feel that there are nothing but complaints out here. Thank you

the two annoying odd balls that are doing the sonic commercials that are keep me from visiting any sonic in the usa. Where did you find those turkiesthat are doing this commercial anyway? The dark haired one was alright until he did the commercial where he's hiding in the backseat with the really weird guy, eating desert so his wife can't see him. Only an idiot would come up with an idea like that. It isn't really funny, it's just pure D sick.. Please change the commercials, the actors, or just stop making commercials all together. If the food isn't good enough to speak for it's self,

then only people without taste buds will eat it then.

This note is related to your commercials...they are absolutely the most annoying things to watch...EVER...I'm sick of the one where they repeat the same phrase over and over and over...Please rethink spending your marketing/advertising budget on something that makes you WANT to visit Sonic. The current commercials are NOT worth your money...AWFUL

I dislike this Sonic on 11116 fuqua houston tx location. Their burgers are dry sloppy and always cold. The last one i bought had a dead insect in it... I think it was a roach... Ive also heard rumors that they drop their patties on the floor and hand it to customers for fun.. I hope the health department shuts them down

don't go there. i went there last night, that was the driest burger I'v ever had. I quit going there about a year ago for this same reason. last night I thought I would give them another chance. BOY was I wrong. It was the worst service and food I'v ever gotten there. I don't know if it's the manegement or what, but something needs to change. As for me and my family and friends will not go back there again. this was the sonic on kemp st. in Wichita Falls.
