Sonic Drive-In Corporate Headquarters

Being a pure DTexsn, I know what a sonic meal should taste like. But being in NJ now and have to drive 35 min without traffic to get to one, I expect better. Only 2 cars are in stalls so they are not busy, but still can't get my food order correct!After,, repeating it back to me! My food was cold, but the worse part was the bread on the burger. It was so old, it crumbled as you bit into it. ( no it wasn't toasted) It Was Old! Sad part is, this is not the first time. Very rare that the food is correct,warm,and fresh. Ppl here are assuming this is just how the south likes it.!! Embarrasing! Fire these workers at Totowa NJ and start over! Show them the real sonics!!

my wife and I went to eat at sonic in Covington, Ga. We ordered a #1 which was a dressed cheeseburger but we ordered it with no cheese and only onions and mustard. We also ordered a #7 which was a footlong hotdog. both orders were with fries and a coke and sweet tea. When we got our order everything was wrong. the hamburger came as a fully dressed cheeseburger, and the footlong was a regular hotdog. My wife ate the burger anyway but I sent the hotdog back. twenty minutes later my wife had finished her meal but still no footlong, so I pushed the button and asked why it was taking so long to get my order. I was told it would be right out, and it was--- ten minutes later!!!! also the fries tasted like old grease. Guess what? We want be going back!!! Olen Seay 404-704-5654

Put a picture of a piece of your chicken tenderloins dinner, so tired of our orders always being just awful. In a small town it's important to keep customers happy. Everywhere for that matter, but $7.59 for a horrible dinner like that! Read my post on Facebook. Just wanted dinner and a movie. Disappointed yet again. And half price shakes after 8pm are a joke. Every time the machine is broken. You are right behind our house in a little town. We don't always want to drive 15 miles for a quick dinner. This should be fixed. hi i live in brookfield mo .best food ever .nice people .but this place needs there parking lot fixed and a upgrade on the building .the inside is super clean .this place would have a lot more customers if they fix the damn pot holes .drive slow if you enter this sonic.

I would just like to say that I have never been so disgusted in all my life. I was eating at the sonic drive thru in boiling springs, sc and I am appalled at the way the manager treats his employees. I was eating at a table and the car hop was working a 12 hr shift and she was hungry. She told her manager that she had to get her something to eat. Her manager then informed her that she had to ask, which I understood. She then proceeded to ask if she could take a break. He said no u are not allowed a break. She sat down and ate anyway because she is required then she was informed that he was disappointed. She was so upset that she actually quit. I will never eat at a sonic chain again. Thank you.

Went to the sonic in Cleveland Ok tonight at eight o'clock to get a shake and finally got it in twenty eight minutes. What could take that long? Maybe 7 other cars there

I'm here in one of your location at Palo Alto in San Antonio Texas and I have to say this sonic is the most horriable fast food resturant at 10pm. The clerk charged me for another order & the clerk daunte that needed to credited my card gave a dirty look at the clerk Elizabeth who took my order. I strongly suggeste this location needs good customer services. If the business goes undercover and see how the employees work you will be surprise how slow and horriable customer services this location has. No wonder the ratings for Sonic has gone down.

I ordered a lemon berry slush and they came out with a strawberry slush. I go back and ask for the drink I ordered and the car hop said she would add lemon to it which is not correct procedure. She comes back and says they made it with lemon but I can't even taste a hint of lemon in it. I left angry and will never go to that location again.

The location at stage Rd and Coleman in Memphis TN. Opens at 8am on Sundays. I arrived at 7:55 waiting to order. It is now 8:20 and not one employee is here. Customers are waiting.

I bought a foot long hotdog for my daughter she started eating it and said look mama what is this green stuff. Mold

Went there today without any issues prior at that location. Ordered a kid meal with a Jr burger and the bun had mold on it!! Notified the manager to make sure they are aware of the problem but I personally won't eat there ever again. It was so gross. I have a pic of it but can't figure out how to post it on here. So....if you eat at the sonic in kingfisher - check your buns!

I tried to get sonic in Valliant Ok. To take my order at the drive thru I was there for almost 10 min. With my kids and they would not even take my order I tried hollering at them and everything and no one would answer this new sonic in Valliant is the worst one I have been to I will never return there it is always messing up orders or you wait 10 min to get a drink and most times it wrong

I love eating at Sonic, but for the last few months, none of the stores in this area has delivered my order correctly. When did the menu change where sonic size does not exist? I ask for my meal to be large sized and it is delivered regular sized, why is this.

I bought a blue coconut slush and there was something in my cup I will not buy nothing else from sonic its not safe...I took a picture of it and posted it on Facebook.

Went to order a drink that they advertise for .99, only for cashier to tell me that is after 2pm. I advised her that their sign on menu board stated till 10am. She got upset and demanded I just come to the window. Once there I tried to ask what flavor was the blue drink....she cussed at me for not knowing the flavors.....I spazzed on her right back and then she refused to assist me. When I asked for a mng she advised me it was her. I called coporate but they didn't really seem interested either....I'm waiting on my return call. But I will tell the world never visit a SONIC!

I have been eating at sonic since late 60s in texas we finally get one in ky , You order a hamburger and you get a cheeseburger. It wrote on the menu hamburger or cheeseburger but when I order they say cheeseburger hold the cheese but I still get the damn cheese I guess the kids can not do nothing right If your not going to serve hamburgers then take it off your menu and I will take my business elsewhere So this happens at both ky locations but more at the one on hwy 42 in florence

First they get my families order wrong every time and this time the carhop was rude the order was wrong and when I told her she said that happens when we get buisy and took the recite off my bag so I didn't have the store number or info I am very upset they are so rude and unhelpful
